It was very clean the pool was lovely gardens were beautifully maintained spacious rooms excellent cleaning staff very nice and helpful receptionist called ros nothing was to much trouble she dealt with all our requests very quickly and professionally also must give praise to the maintenance man that came in every day to clean the pool etc such a hard worker cleaning ladies were superb

WiFi wasn't the best at all especially when other guests were trying to use it also when other guests were showering at the same time you had no shower water and on a final note there was one male receptionist who was very rude to us during our stay not helpful at all no people skills we did voice this to the manager that he was letting the hotel down but we could not fault the remaining staff they were truly exceptional

It was in the perfect spot near the southern tip (Punta Sur) of the island. Sits on top of a hill on a little dirt road, and away from the traffic…. A few minutes from walking to either side of the island and watch the sunrise or the sunset…. Very quiet and clean inside the property grounds and the rooms were just right! The meeting area and hotel desk were outside under a covered patio was the perfect place to wake up and have a little breakfast….. Everyone was warm and friendly and it was a quiet place to stay away from the center.

I have been staying with them for years The bed is comfortable the wifi works but it's room and front desk area . The t.v works and the pool is always nice they do have pool area bathrooms close by .and fruit and coffee breakfast is always the treat ! You need a half cart to get around unless you like walking . 😃 yet! Front desk can call you a taxi

When you’re on vacation it’s nice to feel stress free without a worry in the world and this place treated us like Royalty. It’s away from the the hustle and bustle of any noise downtown and it’s in close proximity to the best view on the island at punta sur! Not only is the pool a bonus but the jacuzzi tubs in the room make for the ultimate relaxing vacation! The breakfast in the morning was such a nice treat with fresh fruit presented so beautifully. So many good things to stay I could go on and on!

Great staff with relaxed easy going energy,Helpful too! Nice lillte pool that was clean with a sitting area and shade. Had a roof top area that was basically completely empty other than a chair, definitely a missed opportunity their. Had a "garden" area that was really run down with painted old tires and rotten old furniture but we didn't care we used it as a low key smoke spot to get away from everyone and the staff didn't seem to care. It's off a rocky dirt road in the south end away from everything which we liked. The room was decent nothing fancy old fixtures some rust spots etc. had a old spa tub but it was really old n had rust spots we opted not to use it. Decent free breakfast with fresh fruit, toast coffee n orange juice. Overall great lil spot for pretty cheap .

The breakfast was awesome. Great strong coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, butter w/jelly & a beautifully prepared fruit plate every morning 7:30-10am. Carlo's was very attentive to every need. He even ran off alittle over friendly iguana 😂 for me, he also arranged a rental golf cart & drove me to centro to pick it up. Above & beyond.

A little far from town but plenty to do within walking distance. Off the main road On a back bumpy dirt road behind burracho burro.

Lovely big, clean room with ice cold air con and fridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful with figuring out buses etc. and provide a lovely breakfast of fruit, toast, coffee and juice. The pool is beautiful and cool which was a lovely way to break up the day! The area is a bit difficult to get too but worth it for the quiet, it’s also close to Punta Sur which we loved.

The location isn’t the best but there is a bus every half an hour from the main road for 20MXN or a taxi costs 100MXN which can also be flagged down from the main road which is a two minute walk from the hotel.

We loved the pace of the hotel. It was relaxing, tranquil, consistent, attractive and spacious. The room was always clean and we really appreciated the layout, balcony, ample storage, excellent air-conditioning and amenities. The staff were reliable, well-informed and very helpful. We loved that the hotel was situated in a safe and quiet part of the island, but that we were still within walking distance of many attractions and several restaurants. We felt there were many like-minded guests, which made things run smoothly and in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. While there were water problems all over the island, we appreciate the lengths the the Villas Coco hotel staff went to.so that our water supply could be maintained.

We loved the fruit plate but would recommend cheese, cream cheese, egg or some protein to go with the toast.

Quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by trees on Isla's south end (away from the hustle, bustle of north end); nice pool area, close to bus route, staff will call taxi as needed, staff made sure we had adequate bottled water; good hot water and water pressure.
