The location and facilities were just what we wanted, close to the beach and the downtown area. Easy to walk to restaurants and the famous Quinta Avenida. The penthouse apartment was very spacious and the mirador with a private pool was a highlight of our stay. It was a great spot to view the sunrise and watch the clouds during an afternoon thunderstorm. Our host Gerry was exceptional, giving us a thorough tour of the facilities upon arrival, checking in to ensure we were comfortable, and recommending restaurants and attractions. When we went somewhere he was less familiar with he asked for our thoughts so he could pass the information on to future guests. It was nice to see someone so committed to and proud of his work. The pool staff was great and the housekeeping staff was excellent, we appreciated their service.

There were a few things affected by general wear & tear, but nothing major. One thing, a door handle issue, was repaired right away once we brought it up. The only real downside was the steps up to the wooden deck beside the rooftop pool, they were a little too far apart making it awkward when you were going up & down. Nothing overshadowed the positives at this location.

Beautiful hotel, great layout and very nice interior deco. Our 2 bed apartment was clean and comfortable. It had a stove, fridge, microwave and toaster ovens, as well as sufficient cutlery and crockery. Staff were pleasant, especially Gerry who was super friendly and helpful. Apartments in the upper 2 levels have their own private mini pools. The location was excellent, close to shopping and dining, as well as the beach.

-the room wasnt really clean there were hair on the floor and in the shower -our room was overall quite old

The property is very well located, currently undergoing some renovations (new elevators), some areas need attention and care. The air conditioning was great.

The restroom vent was dirty, the hair dryer malfunctioning, lavatory malfunctioning, there was no TV in the room and some of the wall outlet sockets didn’t work.
