The hotel was clean and staff was very nice and helpful.

my complaint and advice is not for the property , but the city itself has become very unsafe in my opinion , the police is out there harassing tourists at any time day and night on the main 5ave strip with all kinds of extortion schemes . It is not safe be careful.

ROOM: is Flat without key =70m2: 4-B Dorm. with big street Window + fan + 4 safe + cub + chair & desk + calm AC from 20-09:00+1 AND 6-B Dorm. The same but without safe or cub or desk AND Shared Private BATH with hot water + soap + shampoo + fan + AND Big Reception include many Sitting A. + big window + 2 fan + Kitchen (Ref. & Micro & Stove & limited Accessories). HOTEL: Big with good design & large inner court contain S.P. + Many Sitting A. AND F.D. with help calm STAFF serve the gate 24 hr. AND BAR that serve BR = Coffee or green Tea AND sweet /salt Waffle OR Egg boiled/ scrambled with cheese or ham OR MEX dish green or red (Recommended).

ROOM: No TV at Reception. Bath: Towel (= 50 MXN/stay). BR: Limited Amount.

I loved: - the territory itself, it’s like living in a jungle with an amazing pool; - the building is super pink so you won’t ever get lost; - that everyone here is at your service - I asked to carry my heavy suitcase from the 3rd from and a nice receptionist found a pretty handsome man who helped me; - the breakfast - it was simple but really good: waffles with ham or fruits + coffee ☕️ + fruit plate or juice - that each room has 3 bunk beds and 6 sleeping surfaces, there are 2 rooms next to each other and it’s like it’s own apartment with a living room and a kitchen so if you are a group of 12 - it’s perfect for you!

I was not a fan of: - loud music until midnight every day, it’s impossible to sleep even with your windows shut and earplugs in, the good thing that I read about it in the reviews before coming here and the band stops playing right at midnight; - bathroom having no door, just a curtain

Super quiet and serene - and right in the middle of everything!! The property had a lovely courtyard with lots of shade. The staff was gracious and accommodating - and the apartment was spotless.

Santuario was great!

Centrally located. A short wLk from beach and 5 Ave. Free breakfast with Cafe, toasts and eggs + ham. Staff are great. Oscar is very nice.

More flexible with checkout time. May charge a small fee because the hostel has empty beds.

Enjoyed having lounge and kitchen space just for the 2 shared bedrooms and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Great value for money for great hostel and space.

A bit of noise til midnight or later of music from a bar.

Room was very big (in fact bedroom and living room). Beds comfortable. Had a basic kitchen (but VERY limited utensils that you had to ask for). Nice courtyard. Close to main street and beach, but not too loud from any bars.

It would have been nice if there was a bar in the courtyard to make it more social. Some of the staff at the breakfast was a little rude. The breakfast was simple, only had waffles. One time the cleaner forgot to lock our door after cleaning. Luckily nothing happened.

Location and value were the best. Off the main street so quiet and a couple of blocks from everything had the whole dorm to myself. Great hot showers

Kitchen could have used more dishes and cook ware.

I especially loved that our room has its own kitchen and common area. It was very spacious. Very good location--a few minutes walk to a good area of the beach.
