New hotel in a very good location. Close to everything: sea, restaurants, shops and malls. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool area on the roof.

Looks perfect but... has a lot of glitches. We were group of friends and: - my room was dark and gloomy with no window (or rather: really small one at the ceiling) and fake balcony - AVOID GROUND FLOOR ROOMS (although I asked for upper floor rooms 2-3 months before our arrival, the hotel ignored it), - another room had no electricity, - another one had no WiFi and blocked shower, - we tried to enter the building (with other people as well) in the night and it was impossible - the door was blocked and no one at the reception. We had to wake up our friend who went downstairs and open the door, - swimming pool has a place for a great bar - but no bar, really strange.

I stayed for eight nights and was very pleased with the experience. The room was fantastic – clean, modern, and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The service was outstanding, encompassing the reception (cheers to Obat and all his coworkers always welcoming guests) and a competent/present on site manager, also a great job from the housemaid team. In the room I particularly appreciated the long pillows, which contributed to a good night's sleep, the area is also really quiet at night. The rooftop is a highlight, featuring Bali beds and a refreshing pool. The rooftop only opens around 9 am, so I often went to the nearby beach (just a 10-minute walk) to watch the sunrise. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was crucial for me as I needed to work during my stay; having a Wi-Fi router in each room was a great convenience but the rooftop wifi is also pretty awesome so I could work from there as there are electric plugs everywhere. The location is convenient, close to numerous grocery stores and fantastic restaurants. It's also near the ADO Alterno and Collectivos, though there are plenty of taxis available too. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

The jacuzzi was not working but it seems like a nice one. Water pressure in the shower is not the best for a modern building but it’s the case in many places here.

concierge group were always helpful, pool deck area very good but for cold water jacuzzi, hot water would be better for sure

constant barking of neighbouring dogs in adjacent older condo under the trees, cleaning pool at 5am for 30 minutes, woke most people up wondering whats up?

I made this reservation for my parents. And they just got back yesterday night. I have only heard good things about there stay. Location was good. Restaurants near by were amazing. walking distance to so many places. My parents enjoyed every bit of it. They said they will definitely be visiting back soon!! The apartment was very spacious.. pleasantly stocked kitchen. Huge bathroom and bedroom eith large tv. The king bed was comfortable also. There is a nice size safe in the apt and a armoire for clothes which is a plus. Also a decent balcony if you want to sit outside The security is great and they were super nice... they also let us store our luggage for a few hours.. The rooftop is the absolute best! Amazing pool and hammocks in the pool and lounges and barstools in the pool. Outside loungers and tables were available along with cabanas!!! There was also a jacuzzi off to the side that offered quiet and privacy There were also Grills and sinks and restrooms available.. there also is a bar/gam room with pool table. The space was really nice and clean! The location is perfect! 15-20 min walk to the beach. 2 mins to Farmers market. 3-5 mins to Mega or Super Aki, 5min to mall, 12 min walk to super walmart with Chedraui just another .25 mile. 10 mins to infamous 5th st. Laundry on every corner. Easy to catch cab or hop on collective or city bus.

The only downside in the apartment was the couch that is counted as a bed. It was functional but basically the mattress once unfolded layed in the floor. Would be nice if there was a tv in that room.

The building seems brand new. I had the room on the ground floor so no balcony but I didn't mind that. The family studio is spacious: one king bed that I found very comfortable and there were two small sofa beds. It's a loft style with no separate room. The kitchen is spacious and has everything but pots and pans which are definitely missing. The cleaning lady was nice and asked me if I needed paper or towels or anything else. You need to ask the staff if you need anything and usually they are helpful. The location is very good. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants around.

Two issues and fixing these would be a game changer. 1- The water debit of the shower is too low. There was hot water but the water debit was low. 2- I don't know if I was unlucky but one of my neighbors was loud, she spoke 24/7 and I could hear her as if she was with me in the room. I played music and tv really loudly to cover her annoying voice. Which solved the problem and nobody complained about that surprisingly. But she woke me up in the morning and had to use ear plugs.

The room was really nice. The pool area is amazing! Great value for money.

No AC in the hallway. We also had to wait a bit to be able to check out, since the person working at the front desk did not speak any English.

The rooftop!! Great pool!! Hotel is clean and modern. Possibility to check-in 24/7. Big supermarket just around the corner.

Make sure you don't get a room on the ground floor (balcony is not great on the ground floor!). The pool could be a bit cleaner but in general the hotel is very clean.

Nothing really, some people might argue that it is a little bit far away from the center (~15/20 min walking) but we actually liked the quieter area outside the busy party street anyways better

Amazing roof top with the pool. Location - safe, silent, good restaurants around, also big supermarkets Mega and Walmart right over the corner Room - nice bathroom, a big room with the air condition, big and comfortable bed, safe in the room, a great balcony, strong wifi, nice and polite staff.

Cleanliness - ants in the room, dirty kitchen cabinet doors, dirty bed linen and towels,. Remote control batteries were dead. We asked the receptionist for new ones, but nothing happened in two week period.
