We had a very comfortable room, huge king size bed, clean and quite newly furnished. Nice staff, had a place to fill water bottles. Location is 8 minutes walk from center Shower had very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Amazing value for money

It was very difficult to find the place. Of some reason the booking app lead us to a different place. I suggest they would add a picture of the building front to booking. Anyway this hotel is at the corner of 20 calle and avenida 30 norte. WiFi was very bad. Housekeeping did not visit us.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all amenities. Beautiful rooftop pool and clean common areas. Jessica was great to deal with, helped tremendously with all our concerns and questions. Great value for the money, we really enjoyed our stay.

No fault of the hotel, but there is an enormous tree across the street. Every morning from 45 minutes before sunrise to sunrise, thousands of birds shriek away. And there are a lot of dogs that bark throughout the night. The bed is very firm, and I like firm mattresses; but this was very very firm and thin.

At day of our arrive Hotel Eleven send message to me that They don't have a room for me and They transfered us to Attraction Hotel by BFH. Location was perfect, close to everything and quite during night. Room was clean , service was very very nice, good wifi. During first night we had not nice accident - someone wanted to enter to our room and at the end (after woke up us) They entered with help of receptionist. They left immidetly They realize we are in the room , I went out and ask what happend - I just got answer that it was "error of reservation system" . Without any apologize or just simple saying sorry. I don't want to reduce a note because of this accident because everything was really nice but it's worthy to mention.

Very good location, far enough from the busy and party streets but close enough to walk to the beach. Good breakfast (note, the breakfast is offered 4 blocks away) Great customer service from Florencia and cleaning ladies. Small pool but great to get refreshed after the walk from the beach.

The shower needs an update.

Location was perfect for us. Nice room ,good bed. Jessica was great. She was always available and made check-in easy. Excellent value for money. Easy access to colectivos, groceries and restaurants.

We were very happy with our decision to stay at this hotel. No complaints.

Florence was fantastic perfect communication through out our stay from start to finish Spotless room good air conditioning rooftop pool great views. Free drinking water in reception Breakfast is just down road at a cafe ya hax market .Its fantastic good food and coffee refills staff again excellent. Location is 30th Ave/20 Perfect staff perfect stay highly recommended.

huge room, comfy bed and a nice hot shower. rooftop pool was really nice for a dip. great location, close to many restaurants: Nativo, El Fogón, Peace and Bowl and Cafe Choux Choux are all a short walk away. ADO Alterna is just round the corner and Mega is across the road if you need some supplies.

WiFi wasn’t great, but wasn’t a problem for me.

It was great, the hotel is very clean, Rebeca at the front desk was so nice and did above and beyond to help us, Dalia and Lucia from housekeeping were great, the rooms are comfortable with a huge bed, And the pool in the roof is really nice.

We loved the location since it was a bit far from the noise and the crowd, but you had to walk around 5-10 min to get to the 5 avenue and the center.

Very friendly receptionists, excellent value for money, good views from rooftop pool, local Yucatan shower gels were a nice bonus.

Wifi could be improved - this should be better soon as they are changing their provider.
