A satisfactory quality-price ratio, diversified food, a good cleaning service. A gorgeous beach, huge pools and lots of wildlife, the location is gorgeous.

Most of the staff react very well only if they receive tips. I don't think it's normal to give tips at the breakfast or lunch buffet, as such I had a rather bad experience where although the table next to us had been served many times with wine, we weren't even they didn't ask us if we wanted water, and that's because we thought it wasn't necessary to tip. I tipped at the bars and restaurants where you had to make a reservation, I didn't consider it necessary or normal to tip at the buffet restaurants in a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. Another rather serious problem is that absolutely nowhere in the booking is it specified that the hotel is for non-smokers. Absolutely nowhere, there is no bar or terrace provided for smokers so we had to go outside the hotel to smoke.

The resort is huge and beautiful. One can easily find quiet areas on the pool or beach to read a book, or action filled spots with music and activities. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a great variety of food and drinks, and many restaurants throughout the resort. We especially like that the resort shares the grounds with 3 other iberostar resorts, and some of the restaurants and facilities are shared with all the hotels, which increases your options even more. Kids can be totally independent (depending on age), and have plenty of activities.

The size of the resort and the way it is laid out means you walk A LOT. This can be challenging for young kids or older adults. They have a club car shuttle, but you need to wait 10-15 minutes for it sometimes. On the plus side, we walked ~15K steps everyday, to make up for all the food we ate. Our least favorite part of the resort were the a la carte restaurants. The food there was mediocre at best, and the service was not what we expected. We thought these would be a step up from the buffet restaurant, but the buffet was much better in all aspects. We tried 2 different restaurants and felt the same about both. That being said, the buffet restaurant was really great, and sticking to dinners there is more than enough.

The hotel is part of a resort complex of several other hotels. Flora and Fauna are nice and you can meet different types of animals. Service and food are good and there are plenty of activities to do everyday. We had a great time and recommend it 🙂☀️🌴

We did not like that much the welcoming of the reception upon our arrival, we were not explained some general information which is worth sharing with guests upon their arrival, such as breakfast / dining hours, which parts of the resort you can use and which ones have restricted access.

beautiful hotel with friendly staff. pool area and beach were so nice. there was space for everyone so it never felt crowded. room was comfortable and spacious(however they should replace beds as those ones were used and felt a bit uncomfortable). the best part was an amazing kids club with wonderful activities all day long. people working in the kids club were amazing and super sweet to our daughter and other kids. our main reason to come back to this hotel would be the kids club. it was also nice that they have a small shopping center with a few food options next to the hotel. a la carte restaurants were great.

food at the hotel was ok, but definitely not great, at the buffet restaurants, options were also sort of limited ( compared to another Iberostar hotel we stayed in). buffet restaurants were also often crowded with long lines, we had to wait even to just get inside. i guess it is because hotel is really big. we enjoyed though a la carte restaurants. lack of fresh juices / healthy beverages during the day. they had them only at the breakfast. all other drinks were full of sugar and way too sweet.

the grounds were beautiful! Flora and fauna were lovely as well as the extensive pool area. The beach seating was plentiful, but the ocean floor was rocky in spots. You had to be careful where you entered and exited. Water was just the right temp; waves were perfect for floating with an occasional jump - kids and adults alike!

It is a great place with excellent food and drinks. The swimming pools are great. Activities for children and night shows for them are also great. The staff are very friendly and efficient.

The biggest problem was securing long chairs next to the swimming pools. Even if you placed towels to reserve them they were removed one day so we had to seat on chairs at the bar. I suggest that more long chairs be added to avoid the problem of guests not being able to lay on the long chairs next to the swimming pools.

I had one of the rooms with the beach view - definitely worth it! The food offered as part of the all-inclusive package was great! Lots of options. No doubt that I will come back.

The reception staff could be a bit more nicer and a lot more patient, especially to those who knows little to no Spanish at all.

We didnt have access to the other resorts (Maya, Lindo) While booking, these weren't available. The water in the pool was extremely hot, I've seen other resorts throw ice in it to cool it down

There’s not that many outlets in the rooms and concierge are not as helpful once you are not willing to attend their timeshare meetings where they get incentives from.

Beautiful property. Although it was busy, the property is so big, it never felt crowded! Getting around is easy with the shuttle service.
