I loved the location of the hotel. It was convenient to centro restaurants but far away not to have any noise from the clubs and restaurants. The stop for the collectivo to the beach was right out front on Coba. I was also able to rent a bike for the day from the hotel which was a nice way to get to the beach. The room was comfortable with blackout curtains and the shower actually had hot water with great water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and could answer many questions about the area.

Very friendly staff, good quiet city location, close to the ruins but you need a bike to get to the beach, bike rental available, comfortable bed and daily cleaning, refreshing little pool, small breakfast including an egg dish or pancakes with one slice of toast, strawberry jam, little butter and a small bowl of fruits with yoghurt on the roof top, big enough room safe for the hotel category - would come again!

It was better than expected for the hotel category

The location of the hotel was near the main junction, in case you are planning to use their public transportation ( collectivo ) it's just around the corner, 7/11 and few restraunts too. Also it's not exactly in the center of downtown, that was good because you are not always disturbed by loud music. The hotel was very peaceful, even though it was fully booked we saw very few folks. The front desk staff were always helpful.. they gave us honest suggestions based on our budgeted needs, Weren't trying to sell us any tours.

The room was spacious but the bed wasn't that comfortable, also the blanket was a bit rough!! Not sure of the liquid they use to clean the room...it was a bit stick. No issues with the cleaning or anything very minor.

Friendly staff and very good location. A couple of minutes walk from the bars and restaurants and from a big upscale hypermarket. Free parking on the propriety and everywhere in the street. Hotel is clean and quiet. Good quality/price ratio.

Nothing we really disliked. The only -minor- feedback would be the somehow noisy fridge in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned daily to our satisfaction. The pool was clean and refreshing to take a dip in.

The doors were thin/had spaces around them, so we were often woken up a few times overnight and early morning. Would also have appreciated more space on the bike rack.

very good location in walking distance to pueblo and also you can rent many bikes around. we were here for 5 days and all the tour bouses etc leave from near hotel so this location is really 10/10 the receptionists so friendly too

the first few days the pool was dirty you have to ask for your room to be cleaned you can’t get a cocktail or coffee on the premise you need to leave ac leaked for 2 of the nights breakfast wasn’t nice and very expensive for what it is also the restaurant area is very old looking. you also can’t just get a coffee you have to pay full breakfast only like 3 sun lounges

We loved staying in the town centre rather than beach, there are lots of great restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are massive with big bed and bright lighting. The facilities are all very modern. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Water dispenser in the lobby to refill bottles and avoid plastic consumption was handy. The cycle to the beach is not on the highway but rather a pathway alongside making it feel very safe (I'm not a confident cyclist and I was fine!) About 20mins to the far end of the beach. Much easier to park bikes than drive!

Staff was friendly. Our room was clean. My partner and I took ADO bus from canncun airport to downtown Tulum and walked to this hotel. We rented bikes nearby for the day and went to the ruins. We ate dinner nearby, as this hotel is very close to the main street with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Big clean room and a nice pool area. The hotel was quiet and in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was fine

No place for unpacking in the room. The room was big, but there were no shelves or closet. The service was OK, but some people from the staff did not seem to like their job and appeared tired and unhappy. You need Taxa to go to the beach - and taxis are exopensive in Tulum

This place is wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Alphonso at the front desk was amazing - super helpful and informative. Close to great food, bus station, bike rentals, the ruins, and the beach road. AC was a delight. Spacious and comfortable bed.

Undersheet for the bed did not go all the way to the feet for some reason? (But that is LITERALLY the only bad/weird thing about this place)
