Hotel atmosphere ♥️ Staff wonderful, helpful, animal kind...cats in residence, pool....small, sparkling clean, chemically tested daily....safe waters. At this time a lot of seaweed affecting beaches, hot humid weather and guests appreciated the pool. Tourism info available. Centro city area 20 mins walk or ride bike or catch Collectivo across the road, ATMs in supermarket area. In all a really happy, friendly, palm 🌴 garden homely hotel. Loved my 7 day stay. Cecile. Noisy at night, but no problem with earplugs

The hotel itself is beautiful and charming, like a little green oasis with a pool, located slightly away from the city's busiest areas but still within easy reach. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, offering a perfect escape from the urban hustle. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel truly welcome throughout your stay. You can choose day by day whether or not to have the room cleaned, and in case you need support with something, you just need to ask in the reception. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen but right next door to it there is a mexican restaurant, which is highly recommended, and not so far other nice coffee places and restaurants and right in front a huge super market.

Unfortunately, during my stay, it rained, and since you need to walk through the outdoor courtyard to reach the rooms, it was a bit inconvenient. Nothing too dramatic, just a bit annoying sometimes.

Hello! This hotel is amazing. Me and my daughter stayed in hotel Pacha in mid April and we had ana amazing time. The rooms were very clean and included all the desired necessities, including air conditioning, a tv and even a mini fridge to keep your water cold. The hotel is in a perfect location being 10 minutes away from the centre and right next door to a 7/11. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely incredible! We often asked for recommendations in which they proceeded to message us multiple options with their closing times and the exact location so we could follow it on google maps! Also, as two woman in Mexico alone they made us feel very safe and made sure to warn us about local scams! I will defiantly be returning and will be recommending to all my friends! I had an excellent experience at Pacha Tulum hotel during my stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with bike rentals next door and a convenient bug shop across the street. The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring our needs were met. The room was clean, which added to the overall comfort. The common area in the atrium outside was a delightful space – perfect for work, relaxation, and enjoying a snack or beer by the pool. Pacha Tulum offers a wonderful blend of convenience, hospitality, and a pleasant environment, making it a great choice for anyone visiting Tulum.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pacha Tulum; however, one minor inconvenience was the presence of mosquitoes. We recommend future visitors come prepared with repellent to make their stay even more enjoyable. Despite this small issue, the overall experience was fantastic.

We stayed in the Presidential suite with it’s own rooftop patio and pool. it was a nice large space with all the amenities we needed. Alan at the front desk was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful each day. it is very centrally located with many great restaurants and supermarket across street. Loved the big discount offered to Cenote Tortuga.

It’s near a busy intersection which makes it noisy.
