Beautiful, stylish, modern, boho-kind of place. The most comfortable beds we slept on while on our trip with super soft bedsheets. Large shower with great pressure and honey-based toiletries. Well-cooled room. Pool looked clean but we didn't have enough time to try it. Great location, a few minutes walk from the main strip in the centre, quiet but close enough to all bars, restaurants, clubs, souvenir shops etc. We had a car so getting to the beach was easy. Good deal if you're looking to stay in town.

The restaurant was closed when we stayed so we had to walk for breakfast across the road to a contracted cafe. It had a fun vibe and cool decor so it was a nice experience in the end.

We didn't have running water for almost a day due to some neighbourhood mishap; the hotel's own water reserves for such situations are obviously very modest. The restaurant staff was nice, but they are really slow and/or insufficiently organised in fulfilling their duties. Waited over 45min to get our breakfast. Tulum in general is pretty hectic and way too expensive. Would recommend anyone to spend as little time as possible in this inauthentic town.

We loved it. Cancelled our stay in beach zone and prolonged this hotel two times for our stay in Tulum. Nice, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, the cleaning service was very good (comparing to the other more expensive hotels we have stayed in Yucatán). Very cute pool area, big pool. Nice staff at the reception. Hotel has a very good connection to both beaches (ruines and zone hoteliera) with a bike. Very calm and quiet at night. Nice relaxing music during the day. We had a restaurant in the hotel with a good breakfast for reasonable places and tasty cocktails. I would 100% stay again a this hotel. Felt like home after 8 night here.

The hotel is very nice, it's exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is clean and quite big, with some comfortable sunbeds around it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, we had a small fridge and a safe. Breakfast was just perfect! Not a large menu, but enough to choose from so everyone in the family found something they liked. The location of the hotel was great, a little off the main road so we could get a good night's sleep, but close enough to walk to the center. We had a great time and I highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the shower, the water was cold and the pressure was lacking.

We loved the location, it was 5 min walking distance from the main strip of Tulum which was super convenient to all types of shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and always asked us if we needed anything; they greeted us everytime we stepped out & when we came back in, you don't see that hospitality often. The pool was super cute,clean and well taken care of at all times. The whole stay was fantastic and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would totally stay again and recommend!

Clean spacious rooms, big comfy bed, quiet enclosed space, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great location just 5/10 mins from the centre of town. We also hired bikes for c.£8 a day which made getting to the ruins and beach so easy. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was quite basic and the hot water didn't work very well / sometimes there wasn't any water at all, but they do have a water tank in reception.

Our room was very spacious and well-lit. The location is in the city, close to the main street. The bed was comfortable, and it was enjoyable to use warm blankets. The staff was friendly. The hotel had its own decent restaurant. Parking was available in the hotel's designated spaces or in front of the building. The pool also seemed nice, but we didn't have time to use it. There was a safe in the room that you could easily use

The door of our balcony couldn't lock because it was broken. The water pressure was low.

Nice and colorful atmosphere, good location, friendly staff. We loved the restaurant as well, and the bike rental is very convenient.

The A/C acted up sometimes, but it still made the room nice and cool. The staff was amazing, besides Oscar, who was rude and condescending, and was even worse when we confronted him about it. Thankfully, we only met him once so didn't affect our stay too much.

The room is clean and sizable and the pool is nice.

There was no staff when I arrived so waited at least 15 minutes before someone showed up. There was no breakfast and a lot of work being done around the hotel which made hanging at the pool alone as a woman quite uncomfortable with men working around.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had moved from a different hotel in Tulum and he was able to assist us in sorting our accommodation, getting us bikes, tours and taxi. He had book a car which took ages to arrive and he happily organised a taxi for us to take us round for roughly the same cost and without the hassle of filling the tank and driving round. The pool area is also pretty relaxing and the rooms are pretty spacious. The location is also slightly away from the busy side of Tulum which we preferred.

The hinges on the bathroom door broke and they were happy to move us but we said no, as we were already about to check out.
