A great spacious apartment with access to a roof terrace (with pool) & safe parking. Very comfy, & the manager was friendly & helpful. The only other things that would have been handy were a sieve (for cooking rice & pasta) & a kitchen cloth for wiping worktops. Great supermarket nearby (Chedraui) seems to stock everything!

The apartment could use some maintenance. Just small details. Plus, you can't have guests, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want to party in Tulum. But it would be great for a couple or family.

Luis was always attentive and proactive in addressing our needs, resolving issues, and handling any inconveniences that arose

We encountered some issues with the locks and shower, but the staff addressed them promptly and efficiently.

Large, nicely decorated, clen room with a sealing area, a table and a small (but sufficient) kitchenet. It is not close to the beach but in a central location within easy walking to restaurants and shops.

Location, clean, the pool, private parking, air con, hot showers, TV, Luiz from the staff was very pleasant.

Humidity and the air con is loud

-Quiet noisy as its on the main road - not too much light comming in through the door - safe did not have a battery in so it was useless

the staff is really super nice, we could jave left the rented bikes in the garage and we also left our luggages the day of the checkout, I would definetley reccomend

Our room was huge, and the pool on the rooftop was lovely! It is on the Main Street and has an underground parking lot which was very handy for us. It is a short stroll to lots of bars, restaurants and bike rental places.

It is not a hotel but an aparthotel, this isn’t entirely clear. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay here, and we had to ask for more toilet paper (which was promptly delivered), but it would have been nice for someone to have come in during our stay.

Fantastic Location. It's in the heart of Tulum so you're close and handy to everything. Yet not next to any noisy clubs or bars so you dont hear any of that. The pool in the rooftop is amazing! definitely a nice plus

The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment. Clogged shower heads and bad pressure and it smelled of sewage. My coins kept disappearing from the tables upon visits from the cleaners. Not sure if they though they were tips, but if it's not expressly stated, they shouldn't be picking up guests money.
