Our stay here was amazing! We rented a scooter and bikes, went on a tour to Sian Ka‘an and I even got flowers since it was my birthday :-) the owner was very nice and helped us with everything she could! We think booking a room with a balcony is totally worth the upgrade, room 10 was beautiful with the view on the trees when lying in bed! Thank you so much!

It was a little loud at night, since the Night Shift cleans a lot at night, but earplugs helped. The bikes and scooter weren’t brand new or fancy, but for us it worked out well

Very good breakfast. Every morning there was possible to choose, what you would like to eat. Staff was very helpfull. Room and bathroom was very clean. Situated near the down town. A lot of shops, restaraunts around. It was possible to rent scooter and bike at the hotel. We really liked staying in this small hotel.

Only one small minus is that hotel situated near the street and on evening and early morning there were a lot of noise.

Beautiful room, spacious, bright and comfortable with a balcony and excellent seating area. The hotel had a common area with seats which would have suited us fine but we had plenty of space. Room made up every day. Location was perfect for us. We took rate with breakfast served at front and was really good. Staff were very friendly

It was comfortable and affordable. The wifi was very poor. It kept cutting out. But it was better than nothing.

There were shelves on each side of my bed. I used one of them as a desk for my laptop. But there was nothing for me to use as a chair.

-Location is perfect! in the heart of Tulum. -Lovely staff. -Our room had such a cozy balcony - definitely worth to book it and spend evenings there 💛 -It was clean & felt safe as they lock 🔒 the entrance from 23 o’clock (you get a key, if you want to leave/comeback later than that).

-The bicycles. It costs the same as to rent from others on the same street (150pesos per day), but the ones here are “almost dead”. We rented it and for the whole time were worried if we get to the final destination -Breakfast 😔 Only omelette as an option. to drink: coffee or melon/papaya juice (no other options) and the juice were spoiled already. So either take coffee or nothing at all :) -A/C and fan - it was not working. So we were like boiling eggs just in bed during the night.

great property, location is perfect, safe to walk around. The breakfast is great, Adriana has an amazing breakfast and cooks delicious. Alejandra and Christopher were very kind with us.

clean, comfy room in a nice location in Tulum. breakfast was also very nice and even though we did not really enjoy Tulum very much, the convenient location of the hotel close to the downtown with some cute shops and restaurants was still satisfying.

Tulum itself, the hotel and the staff were great.
