The people who provided service were prompt, helpful and kind. The lady who cleaned did a great job and kept everything tidy. The ambiance of the property and rooms were homey + comfortable. They provided water and books in the lobby. The A/C was in well working condition. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. The color combination and art was appreciated, it helped keep us cool and connected while indoors. Good vibes. Thank you Andrés + Daniél + cleaning lady which we didn’t get her name.

No mirrors in the rooms other than the bathrooms. Certain electrical outlets didn’t put out much power.

Great location near the ADO bus station, not too far from the Zona Hotelera. Comfortable beds and pillows. In addition to a/c, there is a fan on the ceiling. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were able to leave our backpacks at the front desk. We've been advised with the room number, and a code on how to get in, once the room is ready. We've been also advised on where to rent bikes, which seems to be a nice option for transportation around Tulum. P.S. There was a little food truck in the corner, which you can see from the rooftop. It seems to be owned by a local family, they sell Mexican food in the evening. Highly recommended! (cash only)

Just to be aware that there is no fridge. In my opinion, this place is great for a short stay.

I specifically chose Mexican owned hotel, for a budget stay and experience Mexico. It’s pretty close the main street. Full of shops and restaurants. I arrived quite late and had to call the owner and he was available for explanation how to get in. I also appreciate that he still held my booking while I was having issues with payment. I didn’t have high expectations from a budget hotel however was pleasantly surprised by the bed, mattress quality. Overall it met my expectations.

I would say a decent shower cabin with floor drainage would be ways better than a jacuzzi tub.

We had a wondeful stay. Everything was as expected and the hosts were very helpsome. This is a great place to stay in Tulum.

I love people here. all people here were so kind and friendly even they don’t speak English. I didn’t enough time to enjoy facility but if I have next chance to stay, I will enjoy their pretty pool on the rooftop :)

I arrived in the evening. I completely got lost the way from ADO bus station. they don’t have any indications of their hotel at the entrance, so I couldn’t find their place without picking me up.

Had an amazing stay at this Tulum boutique hotel! The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. The room was spot-on, offering ample shelf space and a private bathroom. The quiet yet conveniently located spot made it ideal for a solo female traveler like me. The rooftop was my personal haven for tanning and reading. Definitely a top choice for a return visit—highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean, spacious, great room with nice tv, AC and two lovely comfortable beds. Roof terrace was a great bonus! Two guys who run the place were fantastic and even let us rent out their moped for a very good price for the day!

The Kassia Hote Tulum is very good with friendly helpful staff, great clean rooms with very good TV reception and A.C. The usable spaces in the hotel make it feel very spacious and the roof top pool is an absolute gem. You can lie back in the pool or on a lounger and not even know you are in Tulum. The location is just a couple of minutes from the main central Tulum street which means it's quieter and has more reasonble restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little hotel. I enjoyed the splash pool and outdoor veranda. Modern- clean -great staff. Great walkable location. Panaderia —- French style baker just across the street. Great tacos from street stand in the corner.

Lovely find. Cheap but clean and comfortable. Local noise level quiet as a way off the main area (5 minutes walk).
