The entire building was decorated beautifully, it was clean and the beds were super comfy. Very good location, walking distance to ADO station and many restaurants and street food. Also cold drinking water was available. It was super convenient that instead of keys we got door codes, so we didn't have to worry about losing the keys.

There was a water kettle and mugs in our room, however the only place we could wash our mugs was in the bathroom sink. I would have appreciated a little sponge and some washing up liquid or the dirty mugs replaced with clean ones.

The hotel is well-located in Central Tulum. I stayed in the Flamingo Suite and the room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Plenty of thoughtful little touches and the bed and linens were very comfortable. Check-in instructions were very clear.

The hotel is located on a street corner and there is noise -- traffic and general street movement outside. Earplugs are thoughtfully provided, but for someone sensitive to noise this might be a bit of an issue.

We loved the location of this Airbnb. It was close to the main avenue, plenty of restaurants and bars. This location made it very easy to get around while in Tulum Centro.

The only (very small) issue we had was that if we were in the room when housekeeping came, they never came back later to clean our room. Our room didnt get cleaned a few times because of this

It is a really functional and beautiful place. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Everything felt safe and very well thought. Location is excellent, cleaning perfect. The shower was strong and with perfect temperatures. The decoration of the room is really nice.

Some noise on the streets at night, but they offer ear plugs for that as well.

The support the host gave for finding the location and moving in was fantastic - very communicative and timely. We booked the parent room for myself and my parents (three people in total) and the room itself was beautiful, and came with a gorgeous and sizeable bathroom. The wifi was solid, the air conditioner worked great, and the master bed was very comfortable!

While the room fit three people (a little tightly, though), I would say that the futon available for the third person (me in this case) wouldn't be comfortable for long stays. It has a hard rod right in the middle and is on the shorter side so my feet hung off unless I bent my knees. It was fine for two nights but any longer would have resulted in some back issues. I highly recommend to the host that they consider upgrading the futon, or advertising the room as a two person room only. Otherwise, it was a lovely room and location.

The accommodation itself is absolutely wonderful. The beds and bedding were excellent and super comfortable. Almost every possible detail thought of to enhance the comfort of guests. Greatly appreciated! 😊

It's a few blocks from the main street. It wasn't far but the back streets are not well lit so it was a little creepy walking back to the hotel after dinner.

The room was beautiful, super easy self check in and very secure property. Everything was perfectly clean and the facilities were great. Staff were very responsive, helpful and friendly. Considering other prices we have paid in Mexico, this is the best value for your money. Amazing accomodation and cannot recommend enough!

Bottled water in the hallway. Instant cappuccino in the room. Shower was nice and water was hot. Room decor was lovely. Location was close to the downtown fun but not the noise. Plenty of parking all around.

We really enjoyed the stay at Castillo. The room was cosy and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The manager and staff were very helpful and stored our luggage after the check-out for a couple of hours which was great. Overall a great stay and I would recommend it.

The room was a bit small but ok for us as we stayed only for 2 nights.

We did not sleep at all at Castillo Tulum because the owner had not supplied correct information to be able to enter the room. Or had not taken care of good operation of room entering code of this self service check in hotel. We could enter the hotel but none of the rooms with the verbally mentioned room entering code.
