It is a very clean hotel. ADO bus terminal is 300 m. Coffee places, restaurants, shops bike/car rentals are everywhere. You are in the middle of the party place/Centro.

It is a budget hotel in the middle of the town. This street is the main street and it is a party place.The hotel was very, very noisy; there was no toilet seat. There is a window in the room but it is an indoor window, it is onto the corridor. All the rooms have windows only to the corridor. This building is a long building surrounded by other ones, so they could open windows only to the inside corridor. So you can hear all other guests and next door there is a night club/bar, the loud music is on all the night. Plus there are other noises, you can hear a very loud machine? Or the voice of air-conditioning all night.

Very nice room with ac on the main street. Easy 5 to 10 minute walk from the ado bus station and basically kitty corner from the collectivo stop for the ruins/playa del carmen.

Some very minor things: The TV only has internet TV but the internet isn't good enough to support it. Although youtube worked fine on my phone. And it's FAR more expensive to book it in person, I paid around $30 for the night but when I tried to book a 2nd night directly with the hotel, it would have been almost double. So I took out my phone and booked a 2nd night with booking in front of the guy(which he was totally cool with) and saved myself $30. The hotel business is weird.

The location is good and the staff are very friendly, especially Daniel the manager who gave us useful information regarding directions, excursions, etc. The rooms were cleaned every day, the air con worked consistently and the shower had amazing pressure and was very hot. There is also an outdoor area with seating in front of the hotel and on the first floor. We really liked this as we weren’t ‘confined’ to our room. We could still sit outside and enjoy the fresh air when we wanted. Generally speaking, the rooms look exactly as they do on images so you know what to expect.

As it is on the main road in central Tulum, you could hear music from across the street some nights (although this wasn’t too loud it kept you awake or prevented you from falling asleep). During our stay, we rented bikes and a motorbike from a nearby hotel so that we could visit the beach and the ruins (which are in walking distance, but not in the scorching heat!). I think it would bring more business to the hotel if they offered this service too as it would prevent guests from going elsewhere.

The location is superb. Restaurants, bars and shops are really close and easy to access. Commuting to the beach/Tulum ruins/cenotes was very easy too (the collectivo stops just about a block away). Orlando and Xavier are friendly and have great suggestions for places to visit/eat. They are proactive and make sure your stay is pleasant.

Tulum centre is a vibrant party town and this hotel is located at the heart of it with many bars around it, so it is a bit noisy at night ... if you are a light sleeper this can be a problem. Because Tulum is a humid place, closed spaces can get a bit of musty-salty smell. This was promptly solved with the air conditioner + fan use

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very cosy hotel, located in the heart of Tulum. For a short stay (in our opinion this is important) everything suited us. Orlando was always very friendly and helpful (he hinted to us about Senote Tortuga and we did not regret it, "thank you Orlando for everything! :) )

The only minus was the lack of a fridge, in such heat it's nice to keep some bottles of cold water. We pointed this out before we left. Orlando said it was a very "young hotel" and they would improve. We wish them luck with that.

The location, the room was spacious enough. It was spotless.

We never had a Hand towel, we had to ask for the shampoo in the second day. The towels were not in good conditions, some of them ripped off in the borders. The rooms are not sound proof so I could hear the people on the other rooms, the birds in the morning, the cars, even the people talking by phone 6 am in the morning in the balcony.

The room is very nice and comfortable. The staff is nice, and they are happy to keep your luggage in storage the whole day after you have checked out.

The worse is the noise: the hotel is right in the middle, near to a club, and the sound-insulation is non-existent. I could'nt sleep, for that it was not a good experience. Also the common spaces are very small. There is no filtered water provided, which is really annoying because the tap water is very bad... And I would have appreciated a kettle to make tea... Simple things like that can really improve our experience.

I was a little nervous cuz it's right on a busy street. But no worries! It's surprisingly quiet and chill here. It's just what I needed. It's not like I hang out in the room and when I do it's awesome air conditioning 😜

The sink faucet is a little funky But hey it's Mexico in a modest room and it works fine 😂

Very great staff, very clean Room, air conditioning really efficient, hot water in the shower perfect. Staff very gentle. Great location central in tulum 5 of walk from de ADO buss station. Really convenient for a couple of nights.

Didn’t have a second blanket in the room. But not a big deal. The mattress is not that new… but still confortable.

Location was great in the middle of town.

The currency rate if you pay at the property is not even what is the banks rate, the set up their own estimated rate. in this case, currency exchange places had the rate at 17.1 they charge an extra with the conversions to dollars of 19 or 20. Si spent a few more dollars there.
