great location, walking distance to every night club in the city. Nice and helpfull stuff, large comfortable rooms. We got good recomendations to rent a scooters from the nice couple. We could leave our backpacks for extra time in the hotel without extra charges. Tasty and warm breakfeast included :)

quite loud noises/music coming in the nights from the nearby clubs. Take some repelant as the mosquitos can bite in the night :) The reception is not open 24h, so if you share the key with your friend, could be difficult to get into the room.

Great atmosphere (you feel like you are waking up in the jungle), nice and available staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast and very clean room. Great location, when it comes to restaurants, bars and clubs.

Very noisy all night long, especially during the weekend, but appreciated that earplugs were available in the room. Water pressure is very feeble. Payment by credit card comes with an additional 3% charge on the overall price of the stay (it was the same in other hotels as well).

De todo. The host (Andrea) is a wonderful person always making sure the guest has everything that he needs. The place is in a very good location and it passes such a nice & chill vibe. Breakfast also complete and good. Totally recommend and I will be back.

This property is located right in the middle of the town. A great leisure vibe and the staff are very helpful. The host makes a very delicious breakfast. It is basically a wooden village house and I love their decorations and the cats.

There was some loud music in the night which stopped at around 1:30-2:00am. Probably that came from the bars and pubs nearby. I know this is not in the hotel's control.

A fabulous little gem in the heart of Tulum's main strip. When we arrived we were greeted by Ale who was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, with fresh towels and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. The aircon worked really well and the bed was comfy. The decor is nice and the tiny little courtyard is really cute and tropical feeling, like a little oasis. The absolute best thing about this place though is the breakfast! Lovely coffee, fresh fruit, yoghurt, delcious sweet bread with jam, scrambled eggs with beans & toast. Fit to burst and sets you up well for the day. They also let us leave our bags there for a few hours after check out which was a huge help. Thank you for a lovely stay!

There's nothing I didn't like, but if I were to be critical I'd say the room was a little dark and breakfast is only served from 8 - which is a little late if you're wanting an early start to the day.

it’s very cute and cozy. The rooms (upstairs) have a jungle vibe. Surprisingly there are absolutely no mosquitos. The bed is enormous and comfortable, it has very high ceiling so it doesn’t feel humid nor hot (there is also an aircon). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious!! We intended to stay for 3 nights, instead we stayed for 5. I would definitely recommend

The staff were very very friendly and informative you could tell that they genuinely cared about their job and they made the stay so much better. The hotel it's self was very pretty and the room was a really good size and the shower worked really well. Best place we have stayed in our 3 weeks in Mexico highly recommend 👌

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms, beds were made every day. Beautiful plants all around and four friendly cats :) Great localisation, it is a big plus too

Check in in Booking.com said from 12:00 onwards. I arrived after 15:00 and my room was not ready yet. Located almost next to a bar or club that plays loud music until 4am. You get some ear plugs and maybe it could help to sleep a bit better.
