The location was perfect, access to the main town was 10 mins walk, access to the beach was closed. Staff were fantastic, friendly and very accommodating, had a wonderful community feel to the place

Wish I could have stayed longer

Great location close to town and relatively close to beach (for being in the town), super friendly staff including Richard the owner who gave me a great recommendation for dinner. The common spaces are beautiful and very comfortable. The room was basic and simple, nothing fancy but exactly what I expected. Great value.

Great place to stay! Richard was always so helpful and happy to chat over our morning coffee and breakfast. The room was spacious and clean and we loved the laid back feel of the different seating areas. Continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh each day but you can order from the menu if you fancy a change. Thanks for all the tips and advice on exploring during our stay!

Nothing really! We got quite used to using the bikes each day until another guest started doing the same, so we would have loved a few more bikes to be available - however it was a great extra to have them included for free as most hotels charge, so it’s not really a complaint!

It was my second time staying at this hotel. I had an amazing time with my friend! Adriana made it so easy for us. She is very professional and friendly; providing very good input on restaurants and bars. Her sister was also an amazing addition to the team! The room is very spacious with amazing soft towels! The food at the restaurant is delicious. The ingredients are fresh and the cook is very good! The common terrace is ideal to have a drink at night, read or practice yoga in the morning. The location is perfect. It is closed to all the bars and restaurants. Also the hotel provides bikes to go to the beach which is ideal. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciate feeling at home!

I loved everything about the property!! The location is excellent (close the restaurants and the beach), surprisingly the nicest and softest towels I’ve experienced in a hotel, the bed was comfy, the room is huge, bikes are included which is super handy and convenient, food at the restaurant was delicious… I really cannot say enough great things about this place! the staff was also super friendly and attentive. The room was quiet and AC worked great!

The staff were very helpful and the owner in particular had excellent advise having lived in Tulum for 15 years. The bar serves good food and excellent Margaritas with a good value happy hour too! There is nice outdoor space to relax and the bed is the comfiest one we stayed in during our time in Mexico.

The room didn't have a fridge, which would have been good to keep water chilled. It was also quite dark - could do with improving the lighting in the rooms.

Amazing owner and restaurant staff including little Lucia) pictures don’t do justice, at this place you feel like home even if you stay for a few days. All of our requests have not been an issue and all questions we had always ended up in a very helpful conversation.
