Very nice room and bathroom. Rooftop pool and bar area really nice, a great place to chill out after walking around town. Supermarket right across the road was fabulous. Very comfortable bed although we had to ask for an extra pillow, only 3 supplied on a king bed.

Water went off several times during our stay, power also a couple of times. Both rectified quickly. Bar on roof was not often staffed and no towels, fixed that by taking our own drinks to the pool and asking at reception for pool towels. Hotel was very quiet as it was low season. Nice balcony overlooking garden but couldn’t use due to mosquitoes in their thousands, garden water feature not working so stagnant pool below us. Coffee machine in room but no coffee or creamer/sugar and no teaspoons or glasses, just 2 mugs.

I stayed in this Hotel for 15 nights, the conditions are generally quite good, it needs improvement in several things, but I found that there is a mood whenever I will not mention them. The staff was very kind, the breakfast served next to the Nido restaurant was perfect. The location for me where the Hotel is located is the best because you are 5-10 minutes from the center of the village which has countless bars, local food and everything you need either on foot or by motorbike. And for the beach by motorbike or bicycle 15-20 minutes max. The road where the Hotel is located has everything you need, such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and everything. For my part, I recommend it.

The cleanliness was generally average. Often from early in the morning there was a commotion from the work of the hotel as well as the building next door. WiFi is an issue in general.

Friendly reception staff. The location of the hotel was great, everything important was accessible to us on foot or on bicycles that we could rent at the reception. Breakfast was in a restaurant located in the immediate vicinity. Every day we could choose any of the various delicious omelets they had in offer. There is a bar and a swimming pool on the rooftop. The bartender there made the best margaritas in town :)

Although the reservation was for three people, we had only two shower towels upon arrival. We asked for an extra one, but when we requested for change they again left us with only two. We did not have a coffee machine, although the reservation stated that there was one in the room.

The location is very nice with restaurants, shops and a Big Chedraui supermarket nearby. Rooms are in great conditions and cleaning every dag :) The rooftop pool is also a perfect place to take a swim and relax.

The balconies are a bit small and a lot of mosquitos in the yard, but nice with outside area. The wifi was not the best, and some days it did not work.

Hotel il quite clean, workers are reactive on casuals needs, beds are cumfortables, the tv is small, the bathroom is functionnal and big enought I really loved the soap shampoo cream they gave !! In front of big supermarket chedraui

Noisy because of the restaurant at the lobby but stopped music at 10-11pm For no there're a lot of constructions (street & supermarket) but was cheap Once all will be done, the price will increase.

Clean and new hotel with helpful touches: refrigerator in room, water cooler in lobby, rooftop pool and bar. The hotel itself was wonderful and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and bar on the roof, and geese in the atrium garden were a comforting presence, despite the strange sounds at all hours. Hotel provided beach towels for use on the roof and visiting nearby beaches and cenotes. We parked our rental car across the street in the supermarket parking lot for free (convenient).

Perhaps a good location if you know Tulum, but a bit challenging (finding good restaurants with regional dishes, cenotes, and archeological sites) if you’re adventurous but with little knowledge of Spanish. WiFi is necessary for mobile apps like google earth we’re used to when on the go in the US, so navigating got challenging. If you don’t know much Spanish, hotel staff and locals can only help so much. The geese in the atrium made the strangest sounds: like a malfunctioning PA system, but didn’t interfere with sleep because we were tired at night.

The breakfast in the hotel next door was really tasteful. The location is central close to supermarkets and restaurants.

The pool didn’t appear very clean and the lift wasn’t working on our arrival. Staffs weren’t very attentive.

The room was really confortable and the staff was really helpful with everything. You can just rent bikes here and go to the beach (it's around 10/15minutes and it's safe to use bicycles here, very flat path). The breakfast is outside the hotel but it's great and the staff there is really thoughtful. At night we used to just go for a walk and I never felt unsafe there. I totally recommend it.

The hotel is really comfortable, clean with great facilities such as the rooftop pool and lovely garden in the centre. The room was really comfortable with great showers. The staff were really helpful and friendly and it was great value for money. The location was great too- there's a massive supermarket across the road, the beaches are a 20 minute cycle away, the main stretch where there are many bars and restaurants is close by. The bus station is about a 29 minute walk or you can order a taxi to get there.

The laundry service is very expensive. Definitely use a launderette outside the hotel if you need to get laundry done.

So many trees and plants in the lobby and fantastic daiquiri at the sky bar. They were so kind and allowed us to leave our luggage prior checking in and also checking out, lending towels and anything we need even before our stay.
