I stayed here with a friend and we’re grateful to Isabel and Omar for doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, and the staff was always helpful with suggestions. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as it only included bread, butter, and jam. However, after kindly asking for eggs and papaya, Isabel went out of her way to accommodate our request. She was incredibly kind and attentive.

I would suggest to review the breakfast options.

Nice and helpful staff. Small swimming pool on the roof. Refrigerator on the room. Located close to the supermarket (Super Aki) which is also one pick up point for the tour buses to Chichen Itza. Close to car and bicycle rentals. Possible to walk to Ado bus station (but it is a bit far) and city center. 24/7 reception.

More or different types of food needed we have been here before amd its the same menu.

The staff working in front desk and also the two people working in the kitchen need better people skills they are not motivated at all they are not profesionals if it was up to me i would replace them promptly.

Room was fairly small. Breakfast was a la carte. The selection was good but the portions were small. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The staff spoke English.

The road to the hotel is in dire need of repair.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a small but good selection. The location is in the heart of downtown Tulum and walkable to great bars and restaurants. They also offer a bicycle rental to see the city.

The rooms were smaller than we imagined, hot water in the shower had an inconsistent schedule. Apart from this, we really enjoyed our stay

The Rooftop Terrace and Pool and Interior garden space are nice.

Nothing not to like, the front desk staff are very nice!

Great Free Breakfast! Clean newer property with very comfortable beds. Very convenient location. Staff very polite and helpful.

Wish they had more English TV stations

really friendly helpful staff, rooms were soo quiet and comfortable, amazing breakfast in the mornings and lovely pool on the roof terrace

a little bit of a trek to the beach however perfect location as the path was leading straight down to the beach and the town was great. few building sights around the area but nothing too disruptive
