The location was handy to the town of Tulum and colectivo stops. There was a grocery store across the street and taco vendors very close. The staff were helpful and courteous, cleaning the room each day. The pool was quiet and pleasant and was inside a pretty courtyard. The hotel was safe and well maintained and had a peaceful charm. I wish we could go back soon! There was also free purified water that you could use from a large dispenser.

What a perfect place to spend a couple of days in Tulum! Big room and bed, nice shower and very nice pool. They have a lovely area to sit around the pool and the complimentary water, tea and coffee make it an incredible good deal. Very close to some good shops and restaurants. Recommended! Whenever we are back we will definitely book again! Gracias!

My friend and I would definitely recommend this hotel - it is located close to the main strip, yet secluded, on a quiet street, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff was wonderful - Felipe and Joselin, thank you for being so helpful and kind! Felipe was always there making sure we have everything we need. Joselin was making a delicious coffee and breakfast. … The room was spacious and clean, the outdoor seating area by the pool, where we had breakfast, comfortable and nicely set up… I even used the pool a couple of times… we rented a car so having a parking spot was a big plus.

- Big, bright, clean room with fridge and good A/C. - Staff we’re very lovely and helpful. - Big supermarket across the road. - Good value for Tulum (which is expensive relative to most of Mexico). - Short walk to main tourist area with some bars, restaurants and street food very close by.

- When we checked in the room was full of mosquitos in spite of the room having very good fly screens on doors and windows. Perhaps it was left open by previous guest or during cleaning. When we told the staff, they sprayed the room for us, however the room then smelt very strongly of fly spray for our entire 3 day visit. - The pool gets quite warm during the afternoons.

The location was very good, just walking distance from some supermarkets, restaurants and Main Street. The hotel is a bit old but the decors are nice, it’s very clean, rooms are big and staff is amazingly friendly. Good value for money.

I liked everything.

Good water pressure in shower. Air conditioning and ceiling fan included. Fridge. Big supermarket very close. Restaurants near by. Just a few miles from the beaches and ruins. Helpful staff.

No curtains on the window, but after asking at reception, they provided me with an alternative window covering. But then, I discovered that the main curtains let the light in anyway. Very poor internet connection. I had to keep reconnecting every 10 to 15 minutes. You can hear all the traffic from the nearby main roads.

Super friendly staff and always eager to help! They rent bikes for 100 pesos per day which is amazing, as the hotel is not super central. The shower had good pressure and was hot. The wifi worked all around the hotel, but I remember that sometimes there were some problems in the rooms. Very good value for money!

The hotel is a little oasis. You can chill out by the pool and drink coffee, water and tea at the outdoor bar. The tables around invite you to linger. The room was very spacious and clean. We were also asked if we wanted the room cleaned. We felt very comfortable.

Everything was so comfy. The staff, I don't remember their names, sorry!, were really friendly. They helped us a lot and allowed us to leave the luggage for some hours... They have a kind of bar/ kitchen with water, coffee and tea which has proved really helpful! A place to come back!

A nice, spacious room, clean, with comfortable bed. Nice and clean pool with seating around, we enjoyed the stay. It is close to the main street, a shop is on the corner, it is also close to restaurants and parking is available.
