Reception was very nice.

The property itself was very nice. We had a lot of problems with the noise outside. It is a very noisy street. The pulmonias would go down the street with the music extremely loud. You could not get any sleep till about 2 to 4 o'clock in the morning. I don't know if it was the windows not being sealed properly. Or the music was just extremely loud. Not a good place to go relax. That is a shame, because the facility is very nice.

The building was modern and attractive, as was the unit, the rooftop pool area was nice and the desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The full unit with kitchen and laundry facilities make it a perfect choice if one is in town for more than just a few days.

The room design was trendy, but some aspects weren’t functional, e.g., the large round supports under the dining table prevented one from getting the chair up to the table’s edge for dining. There was bright lighting, but some task lighting was needed either from a lamp or a wall sconce behind the bed for reading; one had to use the ceiling light and walk across the room to turn it off when retiring. On two occasions the front desk was unattended and I had to walk down into the garage to enter, which was not secure and not suitable if a person isn’t fit.

Great location albeit noisy as located on busy street near Malecon and Motorcycle Weekend took place while I was there. I loved it though. Rooftop pool is small with only two lounge chairs but pool had fountain waterfall and the view is gorgeous. You can see cruise ships on one side, the cathedral on another and the ocean and the hills on the other two. Cesar was very friendly and helpful. All the staff members were great. Restaurants, the Malecon, Plaza Machado, bakeries all within walking distance. Easy to flag down pulmonias if you wanted though too.

Everything was great for me.

Kitchen could be more complete with cloths soap salt pepper a pot (not just frying pan). More than 1 towel per person!!

Our flight change the arrive time and we landed at 11:30, to much after the check in hour. We let them know and they give us a solution for it, they was super flexible and understanding. We been in the building at 12:30 and in the beginning we had a problem with the room and we lost a night. In the next day they solve the problem very fast and the staff was super nice and friendly. They have elevator, parking and pool. The loft was ok, with balcony in the 4 floor and air conditioning. The bed and the pillows was ok. The location is amazing; Super close to the beach and to the downtown.

-Whit the problem as I mentioned we lost a night, they don't give us nothing as a compensation or discount. -They don't have a emergency number in case something happens. -No enough towels or bed clothes in case you stay an a week or more. -You need to pay extra for cleaning because the loft don't have nothing for doing yourself.

I loved the location. Less than a block from malecón and best sunset watching. Same with food options and oxxo is a block always. We walked daily To plaza machado for breakfast and evening strolls. I loved the size of the room, the washer and dryer and the size of the bathroom. Wonderful front desk staff, always happy to see us and personable with great recommendations.

The bed, it’s a preference but it was too firm for us so it was uncomfortable for a week to sleep on. Also, the pool area only had two chairs so only a couple or family could be up at the time.

Location is just 2 buildings from the beach! I went to sunset every day! I liked the kitchen. I liked the roof top pool, except it’s so small that if someone r we lose is there you feel like a third wheel!!

I had to buy my own TP, paper towels, kitchen towels, garbage bags, serving ware, knives, pots and wine glasses and cups! Not very well stocked and as usual, they don’t care. Also, most important, they don’t supply you with any water to drink!!!???? I am not a fan of these horrible rental situations!!!!

The studio was nice, but I was shocked to be charged double the advertised rate.

The advertised rate was $58/night. The amount I ended up being charged was $125 (for one night)--more than double. I thought I had selected a "Show total with fees" option before purchasing. It is unclear what fees brought this nonrefundable and unchangeable charge to double what I thought I was paying. I'll never use Booking.com again because I feel scammed. The washer/dryer stopped working mid cycle. After checking the breakers and settings, I looked at the plug, which was slightly angled out of the socket. I pushed it in a little and it started. The coffee maker just made a burnt smell. It didn't heat/transfer the wait on the pot.
