Price, Location and friendly hotel staff. Close to all amenities and downtown.

Lots of noise. Parking garage under our room echoed very loudly at night. People talking in the lobby sounded like they were in our room, and the sound of construction and constant banging and moving of furniture all night made it almost impossible to get a quiet night sleep.

Very friendly staff, secure parking available (though limited so request ahead), pets accepted (with 300 MXN per pet per night fee), very close to Malecón and great restaurants, hot water in shower, stairs were great exercise, comfortable space, and fast wifi!

Everything was great, rooms were basic but clean and met our needs (someone high-maintenance may think differently).

The reception was good, pleasant and warm. The staff as a whole are great! My room was spacious with a kitchen and I really enjoyed my view from the balcony.

The location is incredible. Right in the middle of the historic Town Center. The man working the front desk in the afternoon and evening was really wonderful. He was super nice, and spoke great English.

There wasn't really parking. Just one pull-in spotz which was taken But the parking on the street seemed safe

The staff was great and very helpful especially the owner who always help us in assisting us in giving us direction onto our next place to visit in the area. Also providing us with the weather and the possible times it may be dangerous for us to be out walking since it’s Hurrican season.

Good value, good reception and staff, 2 beds, AC, TV, cool bathroom soap, cool electro - shower, cooler with hot water and coffee on 1st floor.

No drying bar in the bathroom, no table (only small bedside table), slow and sometimes unstable wifi.

Clean and comfortable. Good value. Pet friendly. Staff was helpful and nice. The bar soap was nice. Two blocks from the beach and plenty of restaurants.

Rooms were very small. Everything was upstairs and there were only stairs, no elevator. You had to ask for towels, they were on the worn side. There was absolutely no check-in before 3.

Shower and WiFi good, location next to all nice bits of old town and five minutes from beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Cheap, though should be.

Socket hanging out, noise carries in corridors, note not an old heritage building, room small, though most of these explain why good value.
