The rooms are compact and perfect for travelers who will only need a place to sleep. The building is renovated, so it is a modern, nice structure, and the atmosphere is very good and chill . Room temperature is just perfect (which is almost impossible in yucatan lol), making your sleep very pleasant. Great internet conexion, good shower, mattress is okay and you can request more pillows. There is no small fridge in the room, in case you have kids and need to pack stuff. The breakfast is very good, compared to other places at the same price range . There are different ioyurts, several toppings , granola, fresh fruits, fresh salad, and the eggs are not the powder ones, so it tastes like real eggs (lol)), there are traditional and tast Mexican food (the chilaquiles are my favorite) , coffee and hot chocolate. The staff is super nice and welcoming. Parking in the region is also a plus. You will be 1 minute from the most interesting and charming avenue of Merida. Nearby restaurants, bars, etc.. This Ibis was a great experience :-)

Great value for what we got, amazing breakfast, location nearby paseo montejo (nice main street with alot of old colonial houses turned businesses, museums and fancy restaurants), it's a little further away from centro which is where alot of things to see in merida are but still close enough that it can be walked to, free parking in a private parking lot, close to convenience store and Walmart for essentials, responsive staff, good water pressure and hot and cold water

Room was a little dated and items seemed worn out but everything functioned as it should, probably just needs replacement of things like towels and bed linens

Clean, comfortable and meeting all basic needs. Convenient onsite parking and breakfast included in our stay. Walking distance to the Paseo de Montejo. I appreciated the use of a glass bottle to refill for fresh water in the lobby - rather than going through many plastic bottles of water.

Small bathroom with limited towels (x2 towels for a room for two and may only) but the plus was our towels got refreshed daily. Did not have bedside power outlets so that was a bit inconvenient. The location is further from the central square but with our car and onsite parking, it was easy enough to get around.

Breakfast was good and the location is very good, everything is around and the montejo avenue is practically next to the hotel, I liked that.

The hotel doesn't provide a swimming pool and they close the kitchen very early in the evening. Also it would be good if the hotel provides more T.V channels in English, my wife doesn't speak Spanish and she was feeling a little frustrated about it.

The staff was very friendly and I love that they are dog-friendly. Our dog even got gifted a toy when we checked in! That never happened before in any other hotel, so that was a highlight :) great convenient location to go for walks and explore the city. Parking was secure and easy. Rooms are very basic and the bathroom was a bit outdated but everything was clean. We had a great stay!

Excellent location, price, the room was little but really confortable and clean. Enough for a business trip . The breakfast was delicious and has different options every day so it was nice.

We were three persons at the room, since it was a laboral trip we needed splited bills for everithing. At first it was a problem about the split of the bill since the reservation was only made by a single person. Nevertheless the staff and us find a solution for it.

I like to stay at this Ibis Hotel, as its location is in the middle of Historic downtown anf the modern developments. The beds are great and the shower excellent.

There is no shelves on the minicloset, so it is not easy to acommodate belongins

1) Parking was excellent. Plenty of spaces available at the back of the building. Lots of shady spots and car was visible from hotel window for peace of mind. 2) Very clean room, towels and bed etc. Daily cleaning was available. 3) Peaceful at night and with plenty of fan/AC settings to pick from. 4) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to locate the new location of the bus station (Google Maps was showing the old location) 5) Felt safe 6) Check in and check out was quick and speedy 7) Close to a big Walmart, food court and car rental spots

1) it is a little further out from the center (approx 30 mins walk). However not an issue if you're driving and there were also lots of food options nearby.

Location its great, everythjng is clean very comfortable

Staff is not very helpful , as a solo female traveler they often ignored me , not ride just didnt care , they need more trainjng
