The breakfast was not offered during our stay but our stay was absolutely wonderful! We loved it! The place was BEAUTIFUL and clean. We stayed in a room right by the hotel. The staff was nice. The rooms were super clean and cleaned daily during our stay. We stayed four days. I highly recommend! Wifi worked great! Awesome value for the services provided!! The town square was wonderful too. Great food for amazing prices! And amazing churros too!!

Breakfast wasn’t offered because they were under staffed but were going to be reactivating it right after our stay. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy.

For what we paid this place is great value for money! Our room was clean, it had two double beds, air-con, fridge freezer and a tv with netflix etc. The decor could be improved inside the rooms - but for what we paid it’s definitely not an issue.

It is a bit far. But again, for the price we were more than happy with this and enjoyed the walk. in the dark it might seem a little far, but it was perfectly safe for us anyway.

We (family of 5) has stayed in Hotel Avila twice in the last month. Great hotel, super clean, newly renovated (or built?) and comfortable rooms with coffe machine and fridge. Clean bathrooms with thick towels and hot water. Comfy beds, Set away from the road so it's quiet. Thick curtains that keep noise and light out. Didn't try the pool but it looks inviting and clean. Private parking in front of hotel. Easy walk into town. Supermarket (chedraui) 5 mins away. Helpful staff although they don't speak much English.

Excellent location within city. Very clean and new. Very secure large parking area if you are driving a car. Also had good wifi, television, prime, YouTube etc....

Stayed one night only on our way through Mexico. There was nothing we didn't like.

Place is super clean, great location for our needs which was visit the town but also right on the highway to go visit Chichen Itzá Mayan city, close to must go Cenotes. Would definitely go back. Very quiet.

Staff very kind and helpful. Room very clean, all the installations working well. Súper to do Chitchen Itzá and Ik Kil Cenote during the day, 45 minutes in car from there.

Maybe, add some natural juice to the breakfast but it’s really a detail

Great people, nice swimming pool, rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. Initially we were about to stay there for one night, but finally spent there 3 nights. Located not directly in the center so better if you have your own car. Recommend

Super friendly staff. :) The room and the bathroom was quite spacious, very clean. We had a terrace view on the pool. If you are looking for a place outside Valladolid I highly recommend. There is a shopping mall nearby with supermarket.

Very quiet area, clean big room and bathroom brand new. Extremely clean place and very polite staff. Five stars becauce there is no more.
