The hacienda grounds are large and beautiful. There is a restaurant on the site. There was plenty of parking. If you are driving and coming from the toll road, the main road goes right by the hotel. So it was very easy to find. .

We had some trouble obtaining toilet paper, and there were a few strange round bugs in the bathroom. Also, there was no Internet in the room - you had to go into the lobby area or the restaurant to access the Internet. We had a car, but if you were walking, it would be a long walk to the Centro of Valladolid. However, it’s on the main road so probably you could get a bus easily nearby.

We enjoyed the location, even though it's kind of far from the center of town, Valladolid is pretty small, so since we were driving into town the location was actually ideal for us. We enjoyed the accommodations, and the staff was very helpful.

For the value, I don't think there is much to dislike about this property. The parking is a little restrictive and the few covered spots are hard to get, but other than that this property is very good.

The gardens and pool are massive - really nice to have a space to relax in. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable, there was always hot water and everything was very clean.

It said there was a minibar on the listing but there wasn’t a fridge anywhere in the hotel, so we had to ask the restaurant to store milk for our toddler, which they kindly did. The hotel is quite a long way out of town - about a 20 min walk.

Nice and clean hotel in beautiful surroundings (old hacienda). Excellent pool, very nice garden. Small fridge in room. Shopping centre with big supermarket right next door. Half hour drive to Chichen Itza.

2 km walk or drive to town centre (which is absolutely worth it). Hotel's own restaurant is not very exciting

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable. Good pool and garden to cool down after a hot day. Good restaurant and bar facilities. A lovely chapel is attached to the gardens btw. A convenient commercial center is around the corner with supermarket and ice cream parlor.

Rooms and pools could do with a modest maintenance upgrade.

The grounds are beautiful. The room stays cool, and the beds are comfortable. Restaurant is nice with good meals. Has an outdoor pool.

The room is small, and there is no fridge. The shower is horrible, water going everywhere. Wifi doesn't work well. Not close to the center.

Very good for Quick overnight staying. Good service. Very helpful people and staffs.

No bathroom refreshment accessories. Plumbing is an issue. Have to play around with the pipe knob to get hot water. No floor dry mat to dry leg and avoid water getting into the room. Restaurant is expensive.

We were late in checking in and were looking for something less expensive to stay till the morning. The hotel isn't expensive but if you are on a road trip and just visiting town for a day without staying too long in the hotel - it is worth staying there.

The room could be more clean.

Beautiful hacienda at the gates of Valladolid. Splendid park on the premises with clean pool. Nice rooms and clean linens. Overall a very good hotel with good value for money. Great dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Breakfast could have been better. The WiFi was basically non existent, because it was so slow. Only one towel per person, however you can always ask for pool towels. Water pressure was super low, water cane only trickling.

An amazing stay in a beautiful unique property. Comfortable with ample space in two bedroom bungalow with 4 queen sized beds. (Beds were comfortable) Pool area and grounds are beautifully landscaped. A very relaxing scenic hotel. Cafeteria and restaurant were nice. Will stay again the next time we are in Valladolid.
