I loved the pool in the cave and our private tub! The bed was the perfect softness, unlike so many firm beds in the hotels we stayed at previously. The staff is amazing! The restaurant is very good! Only 3 minute walk to a supermarket and other small shops. Taxis are very good and trust worthy here.

The doors to the bathroom are just shutters and don't close out ants and other insects. So I suggest putting a towel under the bathroom door when you close it at night. Other than that it was perfect! It's a 20 minute walk to downtown but it was much quieter.

Overall a lovely oasis of greenery and great service. The outdoor areas are exceptional and there's a warm water cenote-style pool down below.

The location is outside the center of town and not very attractive; a car or taxi is a must. The restaurant staff are terrific, but the restaurant setting itself is so-so; a trip into town delivers much better dining.

THis hotel was awesome, we loved it. We loved our room, so beautiful. The property was beautiful and the little cave swimming pool was so cool. The breakfast was really good. We would absolutely stay again. We had a rental car so we didn't mind being a little further out of the city. The staff was wonderful. Beds were so comfortable and my kids loved that there was a TV.

There is nothing i did not like about this property

Overall everything was great, the staff is very nice and super reactive on Whatsapp, which we really appreciated. The bedroom was huge and fancy, and the shower was gigantic as well! We also enjoyed our bedroom to be very close to the terrace to take our breakfast outside. The cave swimming pool and the sauna are nice to relax and the common areas are very pretty.

The swimming pool cave water could be a bit warmer. Also there's no real closed window in the bathroom, it's like always open. We didn't feel unsafe it was totally okay on that side but the thing is, the mosquitos can easily come to say hello :) It would be nice to at least have a mosquito net on the windows.

This hotel is AMAZING 🤩 I loved everything. The room was stunning with a double shower 🚿 facing the patio full of plants 🌱 felt really exotic. The breakfast was delicious. Alan was very welcoming and kind; he did our check-in. But the restaurant staff, gardeners, cleaning ladies, everyone was great and provided excellent guest experience.

Stingy attitude towards "included" breakfast where anything outside of the strictly defined items cost extra; seems unnecessary for such an expensive hotel

Beautiful property, very stylish and nicely done. We had an early pickup on the first day and the staff kindly arranged a great take away breakfast. Food in the restaurant was great as was breakfast the next day. We loved the open shower and the treatment in the spa was one of the best I have ever had!

The hotel was even better than what we could see on the pictures. spacious et modern room, comfortable bed, large bathroom very nice patio complementary beers & drinks in the minibar cenotaph pool was enjoyable good breakfast in both quality and quantity friendly staff

This property is beautiful. You feel verysecluded but centro is just a few minutes away. It’s a great location from which one can explore all of Yucatán. Concierge was outstanding. Arranged several excursions for me, all of which were perfect.
