I had a lovely stay at hotel Palma, which is perfectly located right by the seaside. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast which offered a variety of options. It was a delightful experience overall, and I would definitely return in the future.

One small downside was that the window blinds couldn’t be adjusted independently of the frame, which wasn’t ideal due to strong winds, making it hard to let in natural light to have the room as bright as I would have liked.

We really wanted to visit spa and especially sauna and even called to book in advance. When we got to the hotel spa was still working, but when we were ready to enjoy it, we realised that sauna was not even warm, water in jakuzzi was cold and steam bath was not that steamy. My partner went to the reception to ask if there's a problem with sauna and if it could be solved, then that lady called someone and told that the issue will be solved. It was not. Some time later we again asked someone at the spa area about sauna and they also called someone. It felt like personnel knows about the problem, but nobody wants to solve it at all, because they were kind of apologizing, but saying like "oh, our guests always forget to close that door and sauna stops working".

Convenient location in between old Marina(old town) and Porto Montenegro.

The interior is slightly outdated and service is a little inconsistent. When I arrived, there was a nationwide power cut which delayed the check in by nearly an hour and the staff’s attitude was not giving the impression they care so much. Also, I wasn’t given shampoo and shower gel for first two days and they suddenly appeared in the 3rd day. The room tv remote wasn’t working so I reported. They said they will send someone but it continued to be not working(there were 2 tvs and 2 remotes, one of which was working) throughout my whole stay.

The beach is literally just a 5-second walk from the hotel, which is the only one in the area with its own private beach. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel's food is amazing—be sure to try their soups! The hotel also offers its own parking and is conveniently located near everything you might need and 5 minutes walk from Porto Montenegro. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very lovely. Love the decor and the unusual lighting covers. The best part of the hotel is the beach front, just literally at the doorstep. A few minutes walk to the famous Porto Montenegro. The breakfast was the best we've had in our stay in Montenegro, and we've stayed in 2 hotels before Palma. Finally, the spa was amazing. The jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and hotbed were all included and thoroughly enjoyed by us

There is no Internet in the room! You only get Internet in public areas. I don't think that should be the case in 2024! Also, the TV in our room stopped showing pictures. Finally, the light comes up when someone opens the door. It's inconveniencing for the person who is already in the room sleeping

Beautiful hotel, lovely, kind staff and excellent spa! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the view from our room was stunning. WiFi can be connected to each room which is good as main hotel signal, wasn't the best. Just an all round excellent hotel. We plan to return!

The ONLY fault was building work within the hotel at the moment was a bit noisy for daytime snoozing but it is the very first day of season so they're likely finishing soon.

The hotel is in a great position and easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Tivat is a lovely town with a nice atmosphere. The private beach is great and always had space available when we wanted to use it and the bar staff brought out food and drinks when ordered. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and has everything needed.

Nothing much not to like. Would have been nice to maybe have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Hotel Palma is in a great location, just a short walk from the pebble beach and surrounded by some lovely restaurants. The hotel offers a good range of facilities, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The twin room was comfortable, though the beds were a bit on the smaller side. The bathroom was modern and clean, which added a nice touch to the stay. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a relaxing trip in Tivat.

This is the most perfect hotel in Tivat according to prices and what you receive for this. First of all, there are soooo delicious breakfasts and dinners (sometimes we paid for dinner in the hotel and that worth it!). I enjoyed every time we ate in the Hotel. Location is also perfect! I can't image some better option, the beach and the sea is right straight away you. And so nice people who work there. I traveled a lot, so I can compare, and my concern — I wanna definitely come back to Hotel Palma!

The only not that satisfied thing was cleaning, maybe. I would say it's not bad, but sometimes they came at 8-9am, sometimes at 4-5pm. I thing maybe they need to have more cleaning stuff to make this faster. But this is only my opinion and this is doesn't matter I guess
