Everything the hotel had to offer! On my first night, I used the jacuzzi in the spa and it was such a great temperature and very relaxing after a day travelling. I then booked myself a massage for €60, and it was incredible. I made use of the gym, there was a running machine, and plenty of weights to use. There was also other equipment, but I stuck to these two things. I made sure to book onto a relaxing massage and throughly enjoyed it. And I made use of the jacuzzi in the spa, it was so relaxing and a great temperature after a long day in the heat & sunshine. The food for breakfast was really delicious. Such a big buffet with lots to offer. Lots of fresh fruit, selections of milk which was great. And the coffee was also amazing. I went to the hotel's beach club just outside of the hotel, the sunloungers were so comfortable and clean with a very short distance to the sea. The sea is so beautiful and I had such a great swim there. The service for ordering drinks at the sun loungers was great, and good prices. I felt safe there and comfortable enough to leave my bag whilst going for a swim- i was a solo traveller. The hotel bar was great with tasty cocktails. And the bedrooms were always such a delight to come back to at the end of the day. The room was always so clean, and beautifully made up with air-conditioning. I loved it all, will definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I got a little confused as to how the air conditioning worked in the bedroom. I didn't realise you had to leave a key inside at all times. And I found the window hard to close in the room which also stopped the air conditioning from working, due to this l had to ask reception for help and for the rest of my stay wasn't able to enjoy the view from my window, as the shutters were closed and I didn't feel comfortable opening my window again after all the trouble I had previously been through/with air conditioning.

Great location, location, location. Plentiful breakfast and covered all needs. Rooms not large but comfortable with plenty of storage areas. This Hotel is right on the beach and beach promenade. Many restaurants along the promenade and also mini mart for shopping needs, ATM only 5 minutes behind the Hotel. Beach chairs and towels were NO charge…which is a huge saving. Lovely terrace balcony for drinks overlooking the magnificent scenery of Tivat Montenegro. Staff helpful and courteous. We were close to ferry wharf to do a day trip by boat and close to bus stop to catch local bus for 4 euro to Kotor. Highly recommend extremely scenic.

Fantastic view, smooth check-in and check-out, rich breakfast. Rooms are very small, but convenient and tidy, and the bathroom is also small but nice and renovated: all the bathroom equipment works perfectly well. The hotel has its own beach space, which is well-maintained.

We would rate this place as 10/10 if it wasn't for the lack of soundproofing. In the room, you hear everything that's happening in the corridor, in the next room, and on the street as well. This means that you will get up not when you want, but when your next room neighbors' alarm clock rings :)

I had a lovely stay at hotel Palma, which is perfectly located right by the seaside. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast which offered a variety of options. It was a delightful experience overall, and I would definitely return in the future.

One small downside was that the window blinds couldn’t be adjusted independently of the frame, which wasn’t ideal due to strong winds, making it hard to let in natural light to have the room as bright as I would have liked.

Ridiculous over priced at around £200 per night.The room was comfortable but very small,probably only suitable for single occupancy. No outside space only opening patio doors with a glass barrier

Amazing breakfast, a lot of options to choose from. View is great. Receptionist is welcoming. Really a nice place, we just didn't like spa experience.

We really wanted to visit spa and especially sauna and even called to book in advance. When we got to the hotel spa was still working, but when we were ready to enjoy it, we realised that sauna was not even warm, water in jakuzzi was cold and steam bath was not that steamy. My partner went to the reception to ask if there's a problem with sauna and if it could be solved, then that lady called someone and told that the issue will be solved. It was not. Some time later we again asked someone at the spa area about sauna and they also called someone. It felt like personnel knows about the problem, but nobody wants to solve it at all, because they were kind of apologizing, but saying like "oh, our guests always forget to close that door and sauna stops working".

Convenient location in between old Marina(old town) and Porto Montenegro.

The interior is slightly outdated and service is a little inconsistent. When I arrived, there was a nationwide power cut which delayed the check in by nearly an hour and the staff’s attitude was not giving the impression they care so much. Also, I wasn’t given shampoo and shower gel for first two days and they suddenly appeared in the 3rd day. The room tv remote wasn’t working so I reported. They said they will send someone but it continued to be not working(there were 2 tvs and 2 remotes, one of which was working) throughout my whole stay.

Close to the beach, excellent breakfast.

The beach is literally just a 5-second walk from the hotel, which is the only one in the area with its own private beach. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel's food is amazing—be sure to try their soups! The hotel also offers its own parking and is conveniently located near everything you might need and 5 minutes walk from Porto Montenegro. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very lovely. Love the decor and the unusual lighting covers. The best part of the hotel is the beach front, just literally at the doorstep. A few minutes walk to the famous Porto Montenegro. The breakfast was the best we've had in our stay in Montenegro, and we've stayed in 2 hotels before Palma. Finally, the spa was amazing. The jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and hotbed were all included and thoroughly enjoyed by us

There is no Internet in the room! You only get Internet in public areas. I don't think that should be the case in 2024! Also, the TV in our room stopped showing pictures. Finally, the light comes up when someone opens the door. It's inconveniencing for the person who is already in the room sleeping
