Fantastic budget hotel if you like 70s decore as rooms are dated but clean. Pool & reception area more modern. Reception staff helpful & Muhammad the pool guy super friendly and keeps pool area spotless. If you want 4 star pay the money if you want brilliant value in a good position near everything stay here.

There was a nice pool. It was nice and affordable. We paid for one room and it was like a suite - there was a bathroom, shower,, bath, balcony, 4 beds with small dining room. Everything was clean. But this is a good cheap getaway. But what really gets this place points is the pool. It's really really clean and nice and well maintained but it's amazing for value considering the prices in the local area
There was no soap in the bathroom

Fabulous location.... Situated well for both holiday makers and travellers.... Typical tourist, holiday type vibes can be found on the sea front (beautiful beach). Promenade good for running, as are many other paths close to hotel too. Beach is short walk from hotel. If you like more of a local experience, avoid the beach, go right out of the hotel and find your feet from there, you can really immerse yourself into the local life in Agadir if you avoid the seafront. So, ideally located for whatever you desire. The pool, although cold (it's December after all).. Is fabulous for swimming, it's a proper sized swimming pool so you can get your lengths in if you like to swim! Pool area is lovely, Mohammed makes you feel very welcome and makes a fabulous Moroccan tea! The prices are also very good at the bar. This hotel is simple, dated, yet fabulous! You can have a typical Moroccan breakfast at a good price. Good service too. Rooms are basic. The staff at this hotel are honestly amazing, so welcoming and always extremely polite and helpful. Anyone who books this hotel can see from the photos what they are booking before their arrival. Overall... Great value... When you pay for a budget hotel and receive 5 star service... What's there not to like? You have all you need at the hotel, you wouldn't have booked it if you were in need of a luxury modern hotel! Perfect for me, suited my needs and exceeded my expectations. Would I return? Absolutely! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at hotel Kamal!
Ground floor bathrooms could do with upgrade. My room didn't relate to what was expected/suggested by booking.com. Still, I enjoyed my stay.

The huge pool is the hotel's pride and joy and it doesn't disappoint due to it being kept clean and tidy, due to the pool attendant's tireless efforts. We were travelling with our 2 year old and he's the sweetest guy as he made sure we were comfortable and safe and fed his pet turtle first thing he saw us in the morning as it made our little girl happy. He's on his feet all day to keep the pool area up to scratch, sets up sunbeds and parasols and serves drinks from the bar, always with a smile on his place. The hotel itself is clean too and all areas are fairly spacious with a bit of a dated but quite timeless interior.
We've got the 4 single beds room and the layout of it was great, spacious with a dated but mostly clean interior. The bathroom urgently needs renovation though, it was just about clean enough to take a shower but we really weren't keen to spend any time in there for longer than needed. Worst part was a leaking water pipe next to the toilet which flooded almost half of the bathroom twice but we've asked for the cleaners to mop it up when it happened and they were very forthcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay, I was comfortable and safe. Breakfast was suitable, which filled me up bread cheese, selection of breads and jams, eggs, olives, and tomatoes. Juice, tea coffee, morrocan tea. plenty of sunbeds, Mohammed at the pool bar is an amazing man, helpful, kind, always greeted you with a smile very hard working, a credit to the hotel. Mohammed at reception, thanks for your help. Big thanks too,Abdul at breakfast and Hussain, the door, man. The wonderful lady who maintained very high standards of hygiene throughout,on the 3rd floor during my 3 weeks stay( so sorry I forgot your name, a credit too kamal hotel. The hotel has a tortoise, lovely to see him eating and being fed It's also in the centre which is a bonus.😁suited me perfectly sun, safety lovely pool. I shall return
I liked everything about this hotel. I read the reviews, and this hotel has cats they live here outside it's there home. They are non-threatening. I love cats, so I did not mind. However, some guests did.

Spotlessly clean hotel. Staff are great. Great selection of excellent and affordable shawarma and taco shops just across the road. Likewise a fab juice and smoothie bar. Pool is clean with plenty of sunbeds. Fifteen minutes walk to the beach. This was my second time here, and I'd happily stay again for the price I paid for a week (£160 for 7 nights bed and breakfast)
The rooms are in need of modernisation, particularly the bathrooms, pillows and towels. My shower was a hand-held hose over the bath. Bring your own hairdryer. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of bread products and jams, boiled eggs, tomatoes and olives. Some fruit, cereals and yogurt would be welcome though.

The staff were so nice, especially the man working at the pool & bar, I think he was called Mohammed, always helpful, friendly but professional, it made relaxing so much better. I would return purely for the relaxing atmosphere at the pool. My room was huge and had access straight to the pool which was fantastic The brekfast had great options. The reception & door man were very helpful and friendly, honestly for a budget hotel, the staff were so good. I was never uncomfortable which some hotels you are pestered to buy tours etc. Here it was not the case, if you asked for help it was readily available, such a printing my boarding pass, storing my bags. The hotel felt safe as a solo female traveller.
The bedroom was very dated, especially the bathroom, it didn't have a full shower, which would of been annoying for longer than 3 nights. But it was a budget price so this was reflected I suppose. However I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here in February and was happy to return. Staff extremely helpful to sort out our accommodation needs. Mohamed was still hard at work at the pool always cheery and smiling. Great comfortable foyer. Breakfast was very filling and practical but repetitive. So close to the airport bus terminal, Uniprix supermarket should you need alcohol, many small restaurants and Wafacash exchange bureau . Beach within walkable distance.
Wifi signal in some higher rooms was too slow but problem solved using my cheap data SIM with INWI from their shop across the road. Bathrooms are showing their age and there's no socket next to the bed. They kindly lent me an extension cable which sorted me out.

Great location and value for money. You will not find better at this price in Agadir.
The breakfast isn't great and I regret paying for it in advance. Everything is prepared the day before, and the bread is from yesterday. There is a great bakery nearby with set breakfast menus for around €3 per person.

Since I got a room with a view to the pool & a kettle / fridge on request, i was very satisfied with my stay, the hotel's queit atmosphere and great location - the staff was also very accommodating & i enjoyed the vintage/ simple style , i stayed in a triple room with balcony this time.
There's no toiletries except tiny soaps but the shops are next door plus the breakfast doesn't include an omelette, so I wasn't too interested, esp since you can't eat outside/ at the pool, but altogether tasty if you're into pancakes at least. It's a pity the pool closes 7 pm, 8 pm might be better but the staff also wants to go home at some point i suppose. It's pretty loud on the street side but still bearable.
