The check in even though late at night was speedy and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Towels were changed each of the 19 days that we stayed at Afoud. The domestic staff ensured that the room was kept clean. We enjoyed the breakfast each day which was more than adequate. There was a choice between continental and Moroccan which we appreciated. The location in the heart of Agadir with the pleasant refurbished square out side, the proximity of the near by lovely Jardin ibn Zidoun and walk to the beech all added to the enjoyment of oour stay.

More comfortable seats/chairs on the balcony would have been a bonus We have stayed at Afoud previously and all being well we would be happy to stay there again.

Breakfast was nicely presented and the room was very clean. The hotel was quiet.

Shampoo and soap could have been provided by the hotel. When I asked for shampoo I was told by staff to walk 15 min to the grocery store to buy some at 9 pm.

Loved the breakfast, the terrace of the restaurant/cafeteria and the very spacious room with the balcony. The staff was also very friendly. The location is great, close to all amenities, the beach and restaurant.

There is a safety box but a little small and outdated, which I could not open. Bring also with you toiletries like shampoo, as they only provide soap.

The room was clean, tidy & spacious. Breakfast was great, although a little confusing about what was available. It is either European - omelette with pastries, bread, yoghurt, juice or Moroccan - omelette, porridge & breads.We didn't realise until our last day we could have hot chocolate included. Maybe menus with a list of what the options are would be helpful. Also it was cold outside (winter), the seating inside is limited, but the breakfast time is long to allow enough time for everyone. Not too far from the beach and easy to get a bus from the airport, or taxi around town

Staff was excellent. Very helpful and generous. The hotel is near various restaurants and mini marts with a larger supermarket close by. So it was an extremely convenient location

The bathrooms and rooms are older. The bathrooms especially could use some updating.

Everything! The staff are so welcoming and kind, the room and facilities are so homely and clean. 🥰 Hand on heart, my soul was most blessed. Truly thankful. 💖

It was not the matter of not liking. Just taken aback by the visibility of neighbouring properties, but to be fair, Sweden was more exposed, c'est la vie. 😊 The locals were lovely, patisserie, and resturrant below. The mountains to the right, behind the Mosque, I could hear the adhan perfectly. A beautiful public garden across the square. Agadir Amazigh Heritage Museum, fantastic breakfast, the best coffee and Plage d'Agadir is less than 10 mins away on foot. Fantastic facilities. Très bon, dix points. ✨️

Location in centre of sorts , close enough to beach and souk 5 minutes by taxi .Lovely B/F plenty choice .Room nice and cool with air conditioning .On a night nice and quiet .Just one downside no UK tv unless it's luck of draw so if you are not well it's your laptop etc .Taxi are arranged for airport by hotel.Been to this hotel many times everyone very welcoming .Go try their Patisserie fresh made every day yummy

This hotel is such expceptional value for money. Right in the centre of town but nice a quiet with a host of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep including the famous La Fontiaine Cafe and Bakery across the road. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is immaculately cleaned and the rooms are all spacious with small kitchenette and fridge. TV has BBC News and 2 or 3 MBC film channels which are in English. The breakfast is perfect and is worth every penny especially when included in your room rate - Omelette cooked to order, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee or teae, yoghurt, 3 danish and 2 fresh baked rolls. The maids clean your room every day and all the staff are so very friendly and provide a perfect service. The food in the restaurant/cafe is always so fresh and tasty and again not expensiv at all.

There is no pool or sunlounging area

Great location, spacious clean room, good breakfast very helpful staff. The room could do with redecorating, but it was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The best thing was the attentive and friendly service from the concierge Hameed. After helping with our luggage, he made sure to take us through all the facilities in the room, made sure we could connect to WiFi, set up the tv to an English channel, and helped us with information about the local restaurants. This made a great positive impression on us, especially as we were quite tired after a 4 hour drive and with a small child.

Very good breakfast and fair location and nice road park in front of the hotel.

One of the new staff at reception was totally unprofessional and un polit and run behind our car thinking that we took one towel to later it was not missing. She insisted to open all our luggage in the reciption area in front of everyone in the hotel which was very shameful. They later apologized but the hurm was done. This was our worst experience with them where we stayed with them for more than 5 years. How unfortunate.
