I was a bit sceptical after seeing the previous reviews on here, but I would like to say that I had a fabulous time staying here!! The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic halfway between the beach and the main centre. The pool was clean and well maintained and I love how happy all of the cats were and well looked after. My bedroom window framed the sunset beautifully too the room was basic, but good value for the price that you pay!! The food from the café on site is very reasonably priced and the staff in there are also lovely the vegetable lasagne that I had was delicious - it would have been nice if they could also serve some Moroccan food as well The little shop across the road was very helpful and reasonably priced and there’s somewhere to change money too The cleaning wasn’t perfect I agree but it wasn’t awful either! we are paying such cheap prices which probably means the cleaners and staff are not paid particularly well / don’t have top equipment for cleaning They also have a lot of work to do / a lot of rooms so please take that into consideration too I thought the cleaners were great and friendly / helpful too All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend

I loved the location perfectly situated for a quick walk to the beach and places to eat. The pool is perfect for sunbathing the staff cleaners and the pool guy the staff at the cafe / restaurant are all super friendly.

Even though I was alone I did pay extra to have a visitor and every time I would have a guest the person at the reception would charge me extra for my guest. The wi-fi is horrible it works well in parts of the hotel but at the room is got the wi-fi didn’t work at all. The hot water for taking a shower wasn’t hot good thing it wasn’t too cold. The breakfast was very simple not really the best.

We had the pleasure of staying at Appart-Hotel Tagadirt, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The cleaners also deserve a special mention for their kindness and attention to detail—they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is simply perfect! Being so close to the beach and town made it easy for us to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Whether it was a stroll along the beach or a visit to nearby attractions, everything was just a short walk away. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with a genuinely warm and helpful staff, I highly recommend Appart-Hotel Tagadirt. It felt like a home away from home!

Exceptional location and I like the maze structure and the sentorini vibe. Its a very old property, the furninishing and washroom things were very old but functional (we took two rooms both met our expections). In both rooms we had a induction cooktop which worked and some basic utensils. Many people complained but we were here to chill and order food from outside, whatever was there was sufficient to make breakfast. The pool was very nice to me but it was quiet deep. The cleaning staff came multiple times and gave toilet papers, soaps and gels. Many cats roam around and some will come to your roam if you invite. So BIG PLUS FOR CAT LOVERS. They have a porter to take luggage, expect to pay some tips. I carried myself (there are a lot of stairs here and there so you have to be physically fit), I am not sure if they have wheelchair friendly rooms as I could not personally see. Also there is a childrens pool. Having said that you wont enjoy your honeymoon here(if you cant afford a resort in agadir, then just go to some other affordable place), but if your goal is to chill (its also walkable to the beach, and from my room window I could see the sunset in the sea the golden hour view was gorgeous). There is working refrigerator also so you can keep some perishable items as well. Each room has a wifi router but when i tried to connect with the password mentioned it did not work, may be some guest changed, I did not ask for help as I had orange and got the best reception here in all of morocco i travelled. (> 20mbps).

Personally nothing, but this hotel is not for everyone unless they do some major refurbishing which I feel needs a lot of investment. Also I want the hotel to be like this as if some investor buys it and turns it to a luxury resort then we will forever loose this nice affordable resort in founty and it will be then 300$ per night.

The hotel dates back to the 1970s or 1980s, I think, and you can see the passage of time, but it is clean, quiet and safe and all the staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel has a well-maintained swimming pool. It is also worth noting for its unique architecture, distinguishing it from the new molochs. The design is inspired by the architecture of the historic centers of Moroccan cities - the medinas. Its part is even a small bazaar - souk. Close to the beautiful beach, promenade, restaurants. If you're looking for a non-trivial place without any infatuation in a good location, I recommend it!

Probably lack of a good maintenance man. The condition of the towels could be better

The hotel in general. Although there are a lot of stairs to do, during my 33 days stay, I got used to it. Even with a new knee prothèse. The atmosphere around the pool every day and the nice music chosen by the pool guy. Nice and friendly people in the basic restaurant. Hotel Tagadirt is a very good base to start from. Why? It's location is a 100% nearby everything you can think about and if you don't find it use a petit taxi who are constantly passing by the hotel. The hotel attracts a lot of clients/tourists so somethings must be good, aren't they?

There are some little things but I don't go do mention them. Why would I? I booked this hotel for a reason. That's all I gone say. I have nothing bad to say about Hotel Tagadirt.

I had a wonderful stay just a short walk from both the beach and the city center, making it easy to explore Agadir. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, always ready to help. The outdoor swimming pool and gardens provide a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day out. WiFi is available everywhere and this place offers excellent value for money with a warm, local feel. It’s a great choice for travelers looking a comfortable stay in central Agadir with a friendly atmosphere.

The hotel was very well located only a few minutes walk from the beach. Although there were some bad reviews I have to say It was one of my best stays at a hotel. Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant cleaning staff were very helpful also. The room we had had the most amazing view of the beach!

The only downsides are the bedding is very thick cotton that is not always comfortable in the hot weather and there is no air conditioning. However, since it would only reach 26C during my stay it was still very comfortable and I slept well every night. Also there is no kitchen

Nice hotel. Lots of shops, bank, restaurants nearby. Nice pool didn't use it though as we were out. Cab to marina only 5 minutes away. I lost my phone in cab. Went to tourist police to report and it was handed in next day. Including £10 in phone cover. Tourist police are very good if you have a problem. Locals respect them. If your being ripped off tell them your calling tourist police. Def would come back. Lovely ensuite hot shower.

Steps going to the rooms. No lift. Small window in room but prob good in summer to keep room cool.

It's been great. The people here are brilliant they have really looked after me, the cleaners, pool man, waiters and everyone. I was lucky to find this. When I finish my pool lengths in the morning. there's always a tall glass of English tea with milk ready waiting. Cushions arrive for my seats when I sit down at tables. Clean towels and smiles every day 24/7.

I appreciate I am maybe not the sort of tourist/traveller they are looking for but... the receptionists struggle as to why I would want to launderette. If they had had their wits about them they could get a local company in to sort it out and cream of some commission. Also when I arrived we played this silly game with the card reader not working. I had to go down the road to the nearest bank and draw cash out to pay for my whole stay. Having spoken to other tenants they seemed to do it to everybody.
