Bedroom was clean and bright and had a decent view of the pool and was in a very quite location. Could not have asked for more really.

Only downside to our visit was on the last day while checking out one male employee who i never seen before during my stay and seemed to be a manager (as he was wearing suit) was extremely rude and shouted at us while leaving the accommodation which was quite sad actually as all other employees and staff were extremely helpful kind and lovely. If i had his name i would have sent an email to the hotel to complain. Pool bar prices were also quite pricy for Morocoo. Other than that i would return to the Hotel again.

The facilities are amazing, the food is quite good. Nice comfortable bed, everything is clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect.

The room needs a little TLC. Only 1 socket is available to charge your stuff. I had to turn off the fridge in order to have an extra socket. There are a few more sockets in the room, but none of them work.

Great location right on the beach front and truly wonderful staff really made us feel extra special. Hotel was spotless and daytime activities just enough for us without pressure. Animation team and bar staff do an excellent job to keep guests happy. Good selection at breakfast and some lovely restaurants just a minutes walk away.

Evening entertainment a bit limited but singer does cater for multiple nationalities. Decor dated so understand not to everyone’s taste but I feel it adds character to the hotel and rooms were absolutely spotless which is all you need. Wifi limited but I don’t go on holiday to be on my phone constantly so adequate for all of our party

The staff, they are wonderful people, the location right on beach, and close to town Center. There’s few restaurants Bars in the hotel.

It’s a very large complex extending over several blocks. Wi-Fi is very weak or not available unless your room is in the main building. There are no outlets to charge your phone or laptop. I unplugged the dryer in the bathroom to use the outlet to charge my phone.

Staff and service were amazing. I want to thanks reception guys in general and the animation team - you all are great. Also own beach and people looking after that is a very good asset.

There could have been more personal hygiene related stuff in the bathroom.

We stayed June 2025 for 1 week with our 4 older children and had the best time. Spotlessly clean throughout with great attention to detail. Lovely big pool with plenty of loungers. Pool staff friendly and fun, our kids played water polo and darts with the team and had great fun. Staff all very attentive and friendly from front of house to waiters and cleaners, thank you we were made to feel really welcome. Food was amazing, we went all inclusive and had planned to also eat out but only did once as the food was so good. Always fresh, with loads of choice, different every lunch/dinner. Not standard ‘Brit’ food but that suited us. Fresh tagines and pastas lunch and dinner, beautiful salads. Fresh omelettes for breakfast or freshly made hot flat breads plus other standard breakfast foods. Take your own English teabags!! Although freshly made fresh mint tea whenever you want it. The lunch buffet was served outside, plenty of seating, I couldn’t get over the choice. Drinks were served nice and strong! Plenty of staff so hopefully can keep same standards when much busier as it was very quiet when we went. Gorgeous beach literally 5 min walk with dedicated loungers. Lots of restaurants on beach front, not a lot to do in the evening outside the hotel but entertainment is in the bar with singer (same every night) a little cheesy but we had fun singing and dancing regardless. Hotel grounds very well kept, roaming tortoises on the grass. Front of desk happy to sort trips and offer advice. We would recommend going to the Souk, Crocopark and seeing the goats in trees! Cabs are reasonably priced and easy to navigate. Would visit again and recommend. Kids were very happy as were we.

Lovely duplex suite with sea view, nicely decorated in Moroccan style. A/C worked fine but was outside the bedroom so left bedroom doors open to keep cool which was fine. Nice big balcony with gorgeous sea view. Fridge in room. Bottle of water and fruit in room on arrival which was a lovely touch. Also slippers and bathrobes provided. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Freshly squeezed orange juice and Moroccan pancakes at breakfast were good.

Had to pay 2 Euros per day to use the safe in the room. Also had to pay a deposit for the beach towels. No iron in the room. Hotel wifi was very hit and miss throughout our stay. Didn't expect this from a 4* hotel. Breakfast generally was disappointing for a 4*hotel. Limited choice offering the same food every day - braised cabbage, roast potatoes, broad beans, same pastries, dried out pancakes, same cakes. Fried eggs were fine but the omelettes were not proper omelettes! The woman making them did not seem to know how to make an omelette - no fillings apart from cheese and she didn't mix the eggs properly so the omelette came out part yellow and part white. The fruit selection was the same every day, the bread was stale but OK after toasting. The cheese was tasteless.

It is really close to the beach 1st line, the staff was helpful and polite. Room cleaning everyday! Rooms are nice (old designed but nice)

The WiFi was terrible. Although they were aware of the issue, the problem persisted, likely due to a lack of investment. The hotel seemed to cater primarily to an older demographic (65+), and during our stay, around 95% of the guests were elderly couples—perhaps they don’t prioritize technology as much. The pool was overcrowded and not heated. Additionally, there was a rule prohibiting outside food, yet the prices at the in-house shop were extremely high—three times more expensive than regular supermarkets and even beachside shops.

The warmth and generosity of staff and the facility. Terrific food, local and international. Great AI and the hotel insisted I kept the green-pass band until leaving overnight. Every night is a party with dancing in the Cocktail Bar to live music...lucky us. Outsiders and guests welcome.

I wonder if the music acceleration by the pool 3pm to 5pm could be calmed a little? Also a new playlist of all the terrific Arab African musicians that there are, with some ambient notes in the mix. There is a terrace on the Roma restaurant elevation, ideal for a sofa club of white leather sofas, gas flames, soft music and swing seaters. It could be a lovely and mod addition for residents and welcome passersby. Service is already excellent.
