Great hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful gardens and only 4 munute walk to beach. Pool bar staff (Abdoul) and reception staff were great. Bed was very comfortable too. A bonus was some tv in English!

Evening buffet was very similar every night. It was tasty but more variety would be good. Also bedroom doors need some insulation- I was woken up between 6 and 7am every morning with neighbour’s bedroom door slamimg.

moved out from amwaj to here due to Amwaj being very unclean. I really enjoyed my stay at prestige Agadir, great team, good facilities on site and the best time was at hamam massage with the therapist they made it a very enjoyable experience with a lot of laughter. you made my stay even better from Amwaj. definitely will be coming back.

they keep hold of your passport up until check out compared to other hotels and apartments they are different. perhaps if you want a deposit for the room you should give the customer an option either to keep their passports or place a refundable deposit. I don’t really feel comfortable someone keeping a hold of my passport documents especially when I don’t know anyone personally with all due respect.

Really it was very good stay and the staff was smiling all the time specially Asma she was very kind helpful and best person we met there .

The position was excellent and the value for money is great. I’m satisfied about the stay. In addition to this, when we arrived we could book a taxi from the airport for just €18 which is excellent considering that taxi in Morocco just want to overcharge and scam tourist, so they would have asked us way more money.

There’s a club in the hotel, maybe they could put the music a little more quiet because it could be annoying in the night. In addition to this, sometimes we didn’t have hot water in the shower. Last thing I didn’t like is that when we were about to leave we asked the receptionist if he could book a taxi for us. He called somebody on the phone and starting talking in Arabic then asked us €30 for the taxi. In the way to go it was €18 so we got charged €12 more. I don’t understand why, they should have been more transparent on this. He asked us to pay in cash so he probably kept some money for him.

Great Stay – Spacious Rooms, Lovely Staff & Perfect Location! We absolutely loved our experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to the beach, markets, and exchange bureaus. The area felt safe, and taxis were always available at the entrance. The rooms were spacious, just like the pictures (if not bigger!), with comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and all necessary amenities. The cleaning service was excellent. The food was good, though breakfast was a bit repetitive. However, there were plenty of options, and the traditional Moroccan dishes at dinner were delicious! The pool area was relaxing, and on our last night, we discovered the shisha space, where we enjoyed watching football. The staff was amazing, always smiling and helpful. A special shoutout to a young receptionist who was super patient and kind, he even joked with us when we locked ourselves out of our room! The price was very good, but keep in mind that some additional charges apply, such as the tourist tax upon arrival and payment for dinner drinks before check-out. We noticed some negative comments about this, but it’s all clearly mentioned when booking, so it shouldn’t be a surprise.

• Some noise due to renovations (during the day!!), though it didn’t disturb us at all. However, pickier guests might be bothered by it. • WiFi occasionally failed, but mostly worked well. • Not many activities/animation, likely due to Ramadan/off-season or maybe it’s just a chill hotel. (Again, didn’t bother us but might be an issue for people expecting animation).

I loved the hotel the staff and place was so clean, the hotel is beautiful and I would definitely go back. We went in Ramadan in March. The hotel rooms were dated but they were renovating them ready for summer. I loved the place and would definitely go back. We had the pool to ourselves as it was so quiet. The beach is only 5min walk from the hotel. The staff and cleaners were lovely. I extended my stay for another 3extra days as it was just perfect.

The pool was very slippery and my partner slipped in the pool and hurt himself even though we watched the man clean it every morning, the food options were very limited and so we ended up eating out every night even though we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. The balcony doors don’t lock and the bathrooms are mouldy and the shower was turned on and was burning hot then cold and it wouldn’t stay one temperature so if you have kids it would be dangerous. There was a lot of building going on till 12am at night and while at the pool they were using a kango to renovate the rooms ready for summer so was hard to chill out by the pool but we just went to the beach as it was so close to the hotel.

Great location,very impressive reception areas and communal pool areas.Friendly helpful staff.Lovely restaurant with a good choice of food,not too hot though if you left it late to eat.

We were upgraded to a suite to be away from the 2 nightclubs that are located at the front of the hotel,unfortunately the view was just a fence with a hedge in front.The rooms overlooking the pool areas had a better view but the trade off would have been increased noise at night.The rooms were only cleaned once over a 3 night stay and they didn’t leave any towels so it took a couple of requests to get replacements.

The staff were all amazing. The spa manager Salma was lovely and her and another spa lady rushed to my aid when I rolled my ankle to massage it so I could go shopping 🤣. I had a treatment with Khadija, and she was very good, professional, and thorough. The staff in the bar restaurant were attentive and chatty, which was great as a solo traveller. When I reported problems with my room they responded immediately.

The bathroom area needed more attention to detail for a 5* The shower was mouldy and the tiled spa bath didn't look clean enough to use. Dirty ring on basin area. Also no hangers in the walk in closet. The issues I addressed did get attention but the shower needs a deep clean and waterproofing . The gold headboard is also peeling behind pillows

As soon we arrived at the hotel we have been upgraded to nice suite by manager ADIL he was professional and so helpful and showed as around and made our stay comfortable and organised everything for us, the reception guys were also nice and friendly and they dealt with our requests. Also the parking stuff were great looking after the cars 24HRS, we also loved the swimming pool vib and the surrounding areas were nice and clean and everything was tidy and well organised. The restaurant food were excellent and staff were good, we loved it specifically the outside area of the restaurant, you can relax and have a drink, the view of the hotel outside and inside in remarkably fantastic. The suits were huge and had everything we needed, the bed are so comfortable and luxurious, so all in all i would recommended strongly

Just the Wi-Fi was little disconnecting from time to time but was fine

Our room was huge, spotless and overlooking the beautiful pool. It had one of the biggest, comiest beds I have ever seen!!! When we arrived we had large bottles of water, fruit and pastries waiting for us in our room - a luvvly surprise. The breakfast was good, there was plenty choice availabe to find something for all tastes. The Spa at the hotel was divine, I had 3 treatments during our stay and they were all amazing, especially the Hammam with scub and head massage 💆‍♀️. The hotel is in a great spot, close to the beach and plenty of eateries all within walking distance.

Only thing we both comented on was not having any tea/coffee making facilities in the room but it wasn’t a huge problem - just would have been nice.
