The 2 pools were fabulous for my children (the big pool is very deep but great for jumping in with a rubber ring!) The apartment was modern and well furnished, Netflix worked perfectly which was a huge plus The complex felt very safe, quiet at night and we had an excellent view from the top floor

As others have mentioned, a sewage smell from the drains in the bathrooms but this went away with air conditioning turned on There could be more in terms of kitchen equipment, cutlery etc but didn’t really bother us

The apartment was clean had two double bedrooms and three balconies so always a sunny spot to find. The kitchen functioned well although we did little cooking. The staff were always friendly, willing and helpful, readily providing anything we asked for. (hair dryer, extra towels etc) The pool was a little cool (early in the year!) but clean with lots of loungers for sunbathing. Restaurants were within walking distance. A taxi to the marina/promenade was simple to find outside the gate at around £2 per journey. It was a real bargain.

One of the balcony doors wouldn't lock but as we were on the second floor, security wasn't a real issue. The toilet seats in each of the bathrooms were loose. The first room we looked at had a tired feel with curtains having partly come off rails. (staff happily gave us a better room).

Check in process very easy and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful and provided anything i requested (Iron/towels etc). Apartment was very spacious and had everything needed. due to reading reviews (after i booked) i took my own towels and toilet roll however this was not an issue plenty were provided and they were replaced upon request. WiFi was very reliable and probably best of the hotels i have stayed in previously around this area. Regarding location i also read negative reviews but i think these are unfair. 5 minute walk if you turn left from the property to supermarket/restaurants and 10/15minute walk to the real central 'touristy' area and beach taking a right turn out the front depending on the route you take so no issues with this either.

As others have mentioned the kitchen utensils were sparse, this did not bother me as a solo traveller eating out mostly. there were bare minimum fine for limited amount i used them, but could imagine if you wanted to cook regularly for multiple people you would may struggle. Would be nice to have a hotel bar or small shop onsite but cant really put that as a negative as i knew this was not available when booking

Amenities - Fast and reliable WiFi. Clean pool (cold but freshing), area surrounding pool was very quiet and relaxing in the day time. No bar on site but there is a shop selling alcohol just down the road at a reasonable price. Local area - Overall it felt safe, the apartments are situatued on a well lit road which can be used to either turn left out of the main gate and left again at the end of the road to get to some busy city streets. We particularly enjoyed Paul's for fresh pastries and bread. The Dominium Hotel cafe for coffee and Vitamix for a really good salad. Local bank for currency exchange. If you turn right it's a 25 minute walk to the more touristic beach front with bars and restaurants. Personal favourite was the Chinese restaurant Jade. Modern Apartment - Cleaned and finshed off to a satisfactory standard. Bed was a little firm but to our personal liking. The lounge area with sofa and TV was relaxing in the evenings. Basic cooking utensils provided but I'm sure the staff would sort you out with whatever you might be missing. An improvement would be to provide cloths to help tidy up and wash dished. Staff - Helpful and friendly. Reception staff helped with organising late check out and printing documents. Relaxing stay and great value for money. Thank you.

Modern appartment in lovely residence in quiet area. 15 min walk to beach and souk. Helpful staff. I would recommend.

All good. Lack of equipment in the kitchen and we felt shower room needed some attention.

- clean, spacious open rooms. 2 bathrooms and a w/c with a 3 bed apartment. One bathroom and a w/c in a one bedroom apartment. walk in closest in master bedroom - good air conditioning in all rooms - staff were helpful and friendly and accommodating when we arrived early and late checkout - location was good but about 10 min drive to beach - 3 pools - 2 for kids and one main one and a small kids park - a lot of development around the area and within the hotel - wifi was mostly good, wifi was better in some rooms than others

- need more utensils like pots and pans (had a kettle and one pan) and no cooking utensils (reception said they were awaiting an order). same with washing up sponges or liquid etc. - need to pay for cleaning and changing of beds/towels - no onsite shop but one around the corner which we saw on the last day - taxi’s not easy to get from outside the hotel - some of us found the bed uncomfortable and some found it okay - beds were firm so depends on personal preference

-I liked that is quite ,new and clean property. - As i find some issues when i was doing my check in as the reception was closed at that time, security was so humble and let us wait inside until our problem will be solve. -Also the staff were very nice and helpful , especially Mrs Dounia she was calling me and following up with me until all the issues i faced ( such elevator and lights in my apartment for few minutes only) were solved and she ensured i had a comfortable stay - I would recommend this place for families , pool is nice and children will definitely enjoy it .

_Reception close at 19:00 , so expect that u will find some difficulties if u r arriving after this time. _Its new property so some furniture were missing , such side tables in the bedroom. _ In my case most of the plugs in the apartment were inoperative

amazing place with exceptional hospitality . Security guards Yousef & Yousef made me feel at home . always asking us if we need anything making sure we are comfortable . helping us get taxis to and from places also helping us get the morrocon rate and not the foreign rate . yousef & yousef we love you . thanks for everything hope you either get promoted or something to help you two really appreciate it . thanks again

wasn’t much to not like to be honest we stayed for 5 nights first day we come we had security guards yousef and yousef helping us and making us feel at home . they looked after us like we was there own . Dominium residence ain’t Dominium residence without yousef & yousef . thanks millions my friends see you next year In’Sha’Allah

The property was very clean and well maintained (everything was very modern). There are 2 pools that are also very clean and well maintained. The apartment itself had a living room/ kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom and also 2 balcony’s which were all good sizes. The staff were lovely and always helped where they could. There was a small shop a 5 minute walk away (cash only) and lots of restaurants a 10 minute walk away (I recommend the Roastery, Vita Mix, The Pavillion and Churros and Company!). I would really recommend staying here, it’s amazing value for the money and a good base for a stay in Agadir!

It is a little far from the main touristy area (Agadir marina/ promenade), walking wise, however a taxi is only £5 to get there so not a problem if your using a taxi/ hiring a car!
