We really enjoyed our stay in Zephyr, the hotel is well located with around restaurants bakeries banks and small shops. The beach is reachable by foot in less than 20 min otherwise there are taxis which pretty affordable. The people from the hotel were always nice and helpful and especially Adil who was always there to help or give advice when having a question.

We got a 2 bed apartment and the size was fantastic , It was huge . The beds were extremely comfortable, with 3 massive tv's.we had all the comforts of home. The pool restaurant was very handy and Bryan was a lovely man to deal with . The staff in the hotel were all lovely people, We had the pleasure of being looked after by Ali on reception Rida the bell boy. Mustapha the security man was very welcoming every time we came and went . And not forgetting mustapha the pool attendant who was always on hand to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be back very soon. 🙂👌

1 minor drawback was that no where locally served alcohol , so no glass of wine with dinner unless you travelled out of the area . Between 20 - 50 dirams depending on the driver .

Very spacious appartment with 2 separate bedrooms and big living room with kitchen. Very clean, fast internet connection

Strangely there was no electric kettle for tea/coffee and using the electric stove was somewhat inefficient as there was no proper kettle provided. We managed somehow but for such little more investment (15-20€) it would look by far more professional and useful for the guests- at least coming from Europe. Also there was NO RAG/sponge to keep the kitchen tidy- a bit weird. Another 3-5€ max. We ended up buying it in the shop. In my opinion it should be provided for a short term rental

5 star experience from check in to check out. We arrived 2 hours early but staff accommodated us with early check in. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities as advertised. Location is superb as close to all amenities e.g shops and restaurants. Housekeeping staff did excellent service as everyday they top up. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn't be more happy.

Overall good experience

A really nice aparthotel in Agadir Bay. The staff were excellent and welcoming, particularly on reception, and the room was great. I also really liked the fact you could use the next door sports club, with the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, for sunbathing and food/drink. As a female traveller, I felt safe and welcomed and would definitely use again when I visit Agadir.

A great apartment hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I've read some reviews about difficulty checking in but I experienced nothing but excellent service from the front desk, The facilities are modern and clean and the layout of the room is perfect. Excellent view from the balconies. The housekeeping ladies were lovely - especially as I had to keep sending them away to come back later. One of the reasons for this was the extremely comfortable beds, just the right amount of firmness resulting in an great nights sleep and waking up much later than normal. Genuinely some of the best nights sleep I've had was in those beds. Even though the hotel is is in a busy area, there was no late night noise, but that may have been due to having a room to the rear, overlooking the childrens playground. Excellent value for money, excellent facilities and superb WIFI, which was important as I was working. And if you needed anything organising or some helpful advice, Adil the concierge was always on hand. Thank you!

It would be helpful to have 'do not disturb' labels to attach to the doors. Some days I didn't want my room cleaning and would have to tell the housekeeping not to bother or come back later. Also there was no kettle in my room. I was able to warm water using a pan but I prefer a kettle - maybe it's a British thing.

Good breakfast nice to be able to sit by the pool having it! Staff were very friendly. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment - it was excellent - 2 balconies, all rooms ensuite, cleaned every day and tonnes of towels provided and changed regularly. Could not fault the acccomodation. The pool was lovely too and plenty of sunbeds. All very clean. Great options for breakfast near the hotel also - The Roastery served great breakfasts and very good value.

Hotel staff could have advised that it is very easy to just flag a taxi outside the hotel to get to the marina and same on the way back. It costs just €5 (50 dirham) to get to / from the marina in one of the white taxis - if you order from hotel reception they pocket another 50 dirham! They are more than eager to book the taxi as a return option for you in which case they take 100 dirham from you - I preferred to tip the local taxi man instead! We figured out the taxi situation after a couple of days!

Reviews I saw before worried me a little bit, but when I got there, it was amazing. It was bit of a wait to get checked in, but other than those, really nice rooms were very spacious and very clean

We have stayed at Zephyr hotel many times before and it’s always our go to hotel.. It’s not one of the big flashy one’s on the beach that cost an arm and a leg. The zephyr is modern, clean and comfortable, it’s a 5 to 10 mins taxi ride into the centre of agadir but we always rent a scooter so it’s never been a problem location wise. The staff on the reception are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are all comfortable and spacious, we always stay in a 1 bed apartment which is perfect for us. All rooms have a kitchenette so you can be quite independent if you like. We will return again next time we go to Agadir. Thank You. 👍

The hotel is modern, very clean with great decor and quality of fittings. The communal spaces were bright, open and airy. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the waiters in the restaurant. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bed linen and towels were spotless. The food in the restaurant was excellent, lovely fresh ingredients with very cheap prices. The two pool areas were spotless and there were plenty of loungers for guests. It was a lovely hotel to stay in for both comfort and cleanliness.

The bathroom was a little small and the shower cubicle was a bit leaky as the rubber trim was starting to come off. The dishes in the kitchen were minimal and one of our glasses were cracked. These were really minor problems. The hotels location wasn’t amazing - 30 minutes walk from the beach and away from the central area of the tourist area. However, there were some nice restaurants around the hotel so we didn’t struggle to find reasonable places to eat or entertainment.
