Excellent service, especially from Mohamed (reception staff-with glasses!) He went above and beyond for our family and went out of his way on countless occasions. He is studying tourism and will make a superb manager in the future. Wonderful guy! Cleaning staff too were so thoughtful and kind. The gentleman on night security outside was always polite. Location is perfect, 10 mins walk to the beach. Pool is in the sunshine all day. Apartment has everything you need and is well equipped if you wish to cook. 10 min drive to souk el had. 15 min walk to large supermarket and great mini supermarket 2 min walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a really great accommodation with the living room and the kitchen. The bed was a little bit hard (as I have read this is a local thing) but we had some blankets and requested more so that was all right. The staff was really helpful! Especially, Mohamed. Thank you! I loved the swimming pool and Sisi, the cat of the hotel. 🐈🐈

The location was close to the beach but far from the marina,the central of the vivid part of Agadir. However,there is a hipermarket close to it. Yes, the kitchen was empty. At least, a a little dishwasher gel would be great! And last but not least, as a person who also works for a hotel, I could appreciate a little surprise for my birthday! I mentioned it in advance but not a Happy Birthday welcoming, a card or a small chocolate... It isn't a big deal for a property but it can mean a lot for the guests! ;) And we have a nice balcony but the lights were out...

First of all, hotel was booked just few days before trip. Reading reviews made by others, whole picture of expectations was made. I didn’t make high expectations on internet/wifi as this is on different level in Morocco than in our country and it helped. As stay was including new year day, hotel was full. Initially, given room was on first floor with following change to floor number 4. Apartments on floor number 4 were excellent for Morocco. Staff is on top level including reception, cleaning, restaurant. Breakfast was stated on reviews made by others as simple and similar for all days. I can say, that breakfast value for money is good. If you’re looking for lobsters and Prosecco during breakfast, you will be upset. If you’re happy with good coffee and Moroccan tea with fresh fruit, boiled eggs and sandwiches, yoghurts or cornflakes with milk-you will appreciate breakfast quality. Hotel staff gave a contacts to local guides for tours-quality and price is excellent. Hotel location is only 10 min from beach, 5 min from good restaurants and mini markets, Victoria drink store is 280m away. Taxi to big market will cost 2 eur. In general-we had superior vacation in Morocco.

Unfinished building in vicinity of the hotel, which affects views from some rooms, but not impacts safety or anything else. It is also out of hotel control to finish buildings in the vicinity.

•The staff were so friendly and helpful. •Location was perfect. There was such nice restaurants only a few minutes walk away. •Close to the beach. •The hotel felt safe as there was a security man at the door. •The hotel staff recommended day outs and places to visit and organised taxis for us.

•Wifi was slow. •Curtains in the bed room were very thin and let the light in.

Liked the layout and facilities where very good, room very clean and lovely pool. Very nice restaurants and pasticcerias nearby.

Reception staff did not understand English very well making it difficult to find out local information. Beach was realistically a 15 minute walk for older people and taxi was MAD 15 if you negotiate hard.

Fabulous Apartment Hotel, 10-15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from cafes, restaurants, banks, bureau de change and some small supermarkets. Was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Added bonus of the swimming pool for the children. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. 10 min downhill walk to the beach or 10 dirhams in a taxi. Less than 10 min by car to Souk el Had. Victoria shop round the corner if you fancy some beers for the fridge. Apartments itself was spacious, massive bed, nice lounge and balcony and powerful shower. Staff were helpful and friendly too. So good we've booked for November!

All the staff that we interacted with were very helpful and friendly.

The WiFi in our room was extremely weak and the lift would close on me and the kids whilst getting in sometimes which I found dangerous. But these were the only 2 aspects of my stay that I didn't like.

Absolutely lovely location and hotel,me and my friends had such a blast and the hotel was absolutely perfect, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Rooms would get cleaned and beds made everyday. We get towels and shampoo and towels gets cleaned and replaced if you would like. Would definitely recommend and would come back to Rofaida

Great location, lovely appartment hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.

The only issue we encountered was poor WiFi signal in our appartment as we were on the 5th floor. We had to go down to Reception to use WiFi.
