Beautiful hotel, everything exactly as in the photos. delicious food, great location. The hotel is clean and well-kept, although it is obvious that it is not very new. Lots of nice corners where you can relax and drink coffee. Comfortable beds. Nice, discreet service.

No glasses for drinks during breakfast and lunch. I don't like drinking wine from a plastic cup. Bars could have desserts with coffee. Coffee for breakfast tasteless. No cake forks or small ice cream spoons.

Food is very good although almost same things everyday The view is amazing Drinks are good quality Staff and the animation team were superb. They are so energetic and always push you to participate e.g beach volleyball. Big rooms with sea view Good service throughout whole resort

All the rooms given were twin beds, very uncomfortable to sleep when you are couple. Had to pay deposit for kettle Exchange rate for currency at this hotel is not good

Excellent location right on the beach, fantastic facilities including huge outdoor pools, a great gym, an indoor pool, a spa, and really nice restaurants. The rooms are really nice, wi fi connection is good, water is provided daily, and cleaning service really good! The food is delicious with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and offered throughout the day - you definitely won’t go hungry! What really impressed us however was the staff - everybody was so friendly and helpful, especially with our one-year-old boy. We didn’t have one bad interaction and everybody made us feel at home. Animation team were also great - special thanks to Anwar, Ibrahim and the team for the great entertainment. Also a shout out to Mustapha in the gym for being so helpful and friendly.

Would maybe recommend some more baby items - e.g. plastic plates, etc. - that would be a great perk. We went in early November and temperature was around 25 deg. For me the pool temperature was fine but can understand why some people would want a heated pool.

The beach and sea view are stunning. The hotel's public areas and swimming pool are significant. Staff are very friendly. It is comparable to hotels in Tenerife but cheaper.

8.1 rating is fair The food is tasteless. The food in Asian restaurants tastes nothing like Asia. （McDonald's is 5 minutes away by car） The room facilities are ancient: The sheets and towels look like they have been washed millions of times. The shower and wash basin drains are clogged and drain slowly. The bin cannot be opened. The dead fly in the corner has not been seen or cleaned by the cleaners for a whole week. The air conditioning controller is broken. The doors and windows are seriously rusted. The towel office opening hours were very short, so we had to wait a long time every day for towels to be changed, and one employee refused to change the towels for the same day???!

We recently stayed at Riu Tikida Dunas in Agadir and had the most wonderful experience as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. I travelled with my husband, our 4-year-old daughter, and our son who turned 11 during our stay — and the hotel made it truly special for all of us. Our son is autistic and tends to wander off at times, but the incredible staff and security were so attentive and reassuring. They kept a watchful eye on him and always made sure he was safe, which gave us such peace of mind. Their kindness meant the world to us. What touched us deeply was how they celebrated our son’s birthday. The staff surprised us with a beautiful card, and during dinner that evening, they organized a wonderful celebration with a cake — he was absolutely over the moon with joy. It’s these thoughtful gestures that made our stay unforgettable. The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable, and the views were simply stunning. Our children especially loved the swimming pools — they had an amazing time every single day! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The warmth, care, and dedication of the staff are what make it stand out. We felt not just like guests, but like family. We 100% recommend Riu Tikida Dunas to anyone visiting Agadir — and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

Wide beach frontage, good sized bedroom/bathroom, good quality fittings in room/bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Good choice of food and availability for every meal. Cheerful and helpful staff on reception, in restaurants and … well everywhere! Easy currency exchange at reception. Well tended, clean gardens, lawns, trees, pools. Lots of casual seating both inside and outside. Lots of sun-beds … although hate the reserving with towels! Quick drinks service at bars. Mini fridge in room with still water already chilled on arrival. Good selection of local gift items in hotel shop. Good security on beach gate.

Sunbeds saving with towels … sometimes for hours on end! Wifi very intermittent, particularly in the pool area. Kids Club language was very French, not very easy for a 5 year old English child. A few more external ‘locals’ selling their products would have been nice but not a deal breaker.

The variety of food that was on offer was incredible and was of a high standard. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming at all times which made the whole experience wonderful. The gym was well equipped and had everything anyone needed. There were plenty of sun beds for all the guests. Gorgeous views of the sea and sunset every night!

The shower in the bedroom leaked every day and the floor of the bedroom felt dirty. Also, the hotel wifi connection was weak in most areas around the pool which meant you could only get strong WiFi near the restaurant.

The facilities were fabulous - 4 outdoor pools and one indoor (great for when we needed some time out of the sun). Food varied and high quality - I would highly recommend the Morrocan resturant. Staff so friendly and helpful thoughout. It's a great location, beautiful views. Very clean plus there was the bonus of meeting an eagle on the way to breakfast and getting to hold him.

Asian restaurant not amazing. A lift to help get luggage down stairs at check out would have been helpful, but luckly a kind guest helped me carry the suitcase downstairs

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The food options were excellent, with great choices available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For dinner, we especially appreciated having two restaurant options—Moroccan and Asian—which added variety to our dining experience. The pools, including the indoor pools, were also very good and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The room size was spacious, and the views were absolutely amazing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

The entertainment program and activities were not well-organized, and the staff seemed disengaged, treating it more like a "tick-box" exercise. As a result, we didn’t find the activities engaging at all. The reception staff were often too busy and didn’t seem to notice or acknowledge guests waiting. Additionally, the rooms were located on the first floor with no lift, and there was no assistance available to help with luggage, which was inconvenient.

Great location, right by the beach, walking distance to town and marina so not too isolated, beautiful grounds, large pool, hotel rooms large, bed comfortable, temperature just right. Food was varied and good quality. Excellent customer service, I had a birthday card delivered and beautiful decoration on my bed on my birthday even though I didn’t tell them - that is attention to detail! Would definitely stay at Riu again.

Shower drain blocked and took a long time to drain in our room. Some staff were clearly much more attentive to certain guests at dinner, maybe regulars or tippers. We moved from the area we were seated at first night (where we were pretty much ignored by the waitress there) and received excellent top notch service in our new area for the rest of our stay. The shows were a bit lack lustre.
