Location is 5 mins away from the sea.front, and a 20min walk from the largest souk in Africa. Hotel is huge, there are two pools and a restaurant. The view from my 1st room was the pool but I had to move as the person above had a very loud blender, I only mentioned this to the staff and immediately was given a new room with a sea view and a floor where no one was above me - this now included many beautiful sunsets and honestly how incredible was this customer service!! The stay at the hotel, location but more importantly the staff from the Manager Jamal through to his staff all so welcoming, friendly, informative and so helpful that I've booked another stay. As they say actions speak louder than words:-) highly recommend this hotel.

To be honest I was there for 8 days and I felt the time flew by so fast, so this I definitely didn't like.

The location, the staff, especially Faisal, Hanan, Um Yousif and Waffaa.

There is still construction, therefore expect some noice. Also, payments at the cafeteria in cash only is a bit strang. Solutions could be helpful, such as adding the bill to the room when checking out. Other thing, when my kids were at the swimming pool, no staff were there to watch them out, so i had to stop what I am doing to be at their sight.

Nice hotel , kept clean . Apartmebt was reall good size ,bedswas extremely comfy. It had air conditioner as well and amazing big terrace!! In kitchen there was some plates, cups cutlery pods etc , small cooker , kettle and fridge freezer so was really handy ! Towels was change for new ones every day ! Staff was friendly Outside pools was nice one small one for kids and one bigger one for adults :) sunbeds and bar as well. All was kept tidy! 10 min walk to the beach , but hotel in general is more on site and a bit far from city centre :) I would recommend

Staff was helpful. I didn’t have proper charger with me to charge my phone and front desk found one I could use. I ate the 495dh breakfast deal I saw someone complaining about on this site or on Google - it was baguette, msemen (a moroccan fried bread), jelly, nut butter (was either almond or peanut, not sure), fresh squeezed orange juice, olive oil, creme cheese, butter, a hard boiled egg and choice of Moroccan mint tea or coffee. This is standard breakfast in any Moroccan home. Nothing to complain about. I had room facing the ocean & had a balcony (half of the rooms face the city possibly). Each room has its own hot water tank which is a nice amenity. I was completely surprised that my basic room had a kitchenette with hot plate and cooking items & utensils. And a nice refrigerator. Pool was very nice too. Saw complaint that there are not many shops around which is true but the red taxis are cheap enough to get you to better serviced area when needed. There is a liquor store next door for those travelers who need that and want to save money over hotel prices. They also have a few necessities like water & chips. Very near the beach without the cost of the beach. 300dh/night if book directly with hotel + 11dh tax/night.

This hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach or 10 minutes the other way to a main road with French style cafes or mini supermarkets if you want to do self catering (as rooms are equipped with hotplates and utensils). The pool area is quiet, uncrowded and very pleasant. Rooms have good size balconies with views of the sea or pool. All staff were friendly and helpful (the lovely cook even made us omelettes before we left despite the restaurant being closed). Others have mentioned the nearby nightclub which can be noisy so if you think it will bother you ask for a room further away, take earplugs or join in! The hotel is good value for money and we would stay here again.

Excellent value for money. The accommodation was clean, the water was hot and the kitchen fully equipped for oooking if I had wished to. The bed was comfortable. I had a view of the ocean from my balcony. I did not use the pool but the facilities were clean. Moroccan breakfast at a reasonable cost.

The hotel does need renovation in some areas and decor is old but don't let that put you off. Surrounding areas are a bit like a wasteland as lots of construction in progress in this area.

Clean and comfortable bed with one each of a fluffy and supportive pillow. Terrace for sunning without leaving my room. Abundant hot water for showers. Strong and fast WiFi for each room. Smart TV with apps for keeping up with shows. Quiet at night. Close enough to walk to the beach and other attractions. Friendly, welcoming staff that were able to help arrange excursions and get a taxi for my return to the bus station.

The hotel in close to the beach 10min walk and the Agadir strip of restaurants 10 mins the other way. The rooms are cleaned daily fresh towels, bedding ect. They are traditional and basic, but very clean. If you are looking for modern maybe not for you. The pool area was always clean and all the staff were really welcoming and helpful. They even printed off my boarding passes before we left.

It could be modernised but isn’t essential.

Fairly priced, helpful and friendly door and reception staff,clean and comfortable beds, nice pool courtyard area very relaxed., hookah bar nextdoor worth a visit.

Surrounding area still under development (lots of development ongoing in agadir at time of review, more a reflection on the city than the premises) , club nextdoor could be a little loud on into the night. Otherwise no complaints certainly worth the money.

We booked for 4 and we get one room with double bed and two sofa beds which was uncomfortable at all to sleep on we had to ask for bed sheets and pillows The cupboard Was smelly you can’t put your clothes in and there was noise coming from the bathroom location 20 minutes to the see
