very nice and helpful staff. both the reception staff, the restaurant staff and the gentleman who greeted us every day with traditional tea - the children liked him very much. Very good breakfasts, freshly squeezed juice, a large selection of bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs to order, cheese, cold cuts, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, crossainty, and other sweet delicacies. the staff cleaned the rooms every day - even our clothes were folded.

the only downside is : unfortunately, there is a restaurant/club next to the hotel where loud music is played several times a week and you can hear it in the room. Fortunately, only until 2:00

The property is basic fridge only and a sink n kitchen comfy sofa and bed was lovely clean towels clean room bathroom toiletries everyday breakfast was amazing nice coffee!! When we arrived the taxi we booked through the hotel DONT they no show and never booked us one back but same price!! Taxi always outside lovely bars near buy swimming pool was lovely and 1st day not anough sun loungers but rest of off holiday there was bit defo in summer won’t be anough but beach is so near were can rent for cheap!! When we arrived our room didn’t have balcony so I complained and was willing to show us other room we took the first nothing like the picture they must show the best rooms lol but get what you pay for but lovely if yoh don’t ask you don’t get changed room easily staff are lovely we didn’t hear music once and we on first floor so must of been caus it Ramadan

Hamza, who worked at the reception, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His warm attitude and constant readiness to help did not go unnoticed. Equally impressive was Aischa, who took care of our room. She was always smiling, incredibly polite, and made sure our room was spotless and comfortable every single day. It was clear she genuinely cared about our well-being, often checking in with a friendly word or gesture. Both Hamza and Aischa consistently made us feel valued and well taken care of. Their hospitality and positive energy added so much to our experience, and I believe they are true assets to the hotel. Mainly the staff and location: the staff was very friendly and helpful, and very considering of my son's disability. The location was very convenient for us who wanted to stay by the beach, as it was less than a 5 minute walk from there.

The way the building looks, as it feels depressing due to how dark it was. Rooms lacked basic facilities hotels usually provide, like an iron, coffee-maker and water bottles in its fridge, and the furniture that were in the rooms was old and worn out, making it harder to stay there. All of these things together make the payer feel like the room was not worth the expensive price the hotel asks for.

I chose this hotel based on reviews of the staff. As a female travelling on her own I was quite apprehensive, all my preconceptions were dispelled. Hamza treated me like I was family, he went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was comfortable safe. Abdul Rahman was also another person who was full of laughter and again so respectful. Ayesha who cleaned all the rooms was so kind and lovely.

The hotel decor is dated. It needs love and attention, small things like new shower curtains, the one in my bathroom although clean was full of stains. The little rugs by the bed again clean but all they needed was needed washing or better still replaced.

Nice location - few minutes from the promenade and the beach. Spacious rooms with huge balcony. Staff in every part of the hotel was very friendly and helpful, especially many thanks to Yussra from restaurant, and to Hussein who took really nice care of the terrace and pool area, making sure we have all we need when relaxing outside and by the pool. Breakfast was very good, in form of buffet offering many tasty (sweet and salty) choices.

The rooms could use some refresh - some furniture and equipment seemed very used - old fridge, stains on bathroom tiles, balcony door cannot be locked, etc., but taking in count the price it was fine.

Excellent staff - our cleaner was lovely, all the staff at reception were excellent and all the catering staff serving breakfast were brilliant and friendly too. A few very nice restaurants particularly ‘Plage Bleau’ only a couple of minutes walk away. Great beach 2 minutes walk and lovely the pool and seating area.

Noisy at night with the adjoining restaurant and nightclub so definitely needed my earplugs to sleep and will ask for a room at the other side of building.

The hotel is located 4 minutes walk to the beach. You have a good restaurant just near the hotel with sea view and also a club/ restaurant with free entrance( maybe because you stay in the hotel) open till 2 am. Shops and ATM very near the hotel. The hotel reception is fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. All of them speak good English also French, marocan-arabic and maybe other languages. They kept our league for the day we were leaving because our flight was a late one, helped us with a taxis,details about everything we asked for..etc everything! I don't think I ever met such nice stuff at any hotel Ive been.. The hotel room was cleaned everyday.. they surprised me by arranging the room especially for my birthday!Big room with balcony and sea view.

This hotel I think has been in Agadir for a long time. Everyone knows about it! It means good business! But I think it needs a little touch. It is visible the furniture is old and the bathroom is old also..

Location very close to main beach and Agadir promenade. Hotel is quite well laid out, with secure parking. Staff friendly, pool was clean, room was spacious etc. Breakfast was good with plenty options and quality was nice. Kind of continental style buffet breakfast.

The shower in the room was a really dumb design, where the glass shower panel deflected water which sprayed all over the bathroom floor. No matter how you printed the shower, the water would run down the wall or glass and pool onto the floor and run everywhere. A minor annoyance. If you have a rear facing room you will have to endure loud music up til 1.30AM when the downstairs club bar closes. Note that we were told this before checking in and we were given the option to choose a front facing room. We took the rear facing one and took the music, and were rewarded with an upgrade to a massive multi room suite with huge balcony and kitchenette. It was amazing ha. Oh also, the TV service wasn't great but that's not really a big deal.

Fantastic location close to beach and restaurants across the road. Super sized apartment and great water flow in shower. Staff friendly, kind and attentive especially Saadia ( who greeted me every day to clean the room) Aisha (who helped me move room) and Yusef (who booked trips and helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs). The staff left me feeling so welcome and looked after my needs as a single traveller. Excellent breakfast buffet and freshly squeezed orange every morning, wonderful olive oil too. More authentic Moroccan experience here in terms of architecture and away from tourist hotspots.
