Clean and comfortable with a great view

I don’t believe it’s 4 star worthy as needs to be updated and could do with more umbrellas beside the pool

The staff were very helpful and polite. Moroccans are very happy and friendly people in general, so it was always pleasant to interact with them. The room was spotless, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the shower was just amazing. Breakfast was delicious. There are surfboards and bodyboards available for the guests. There's a kiosk serving drinks in front of the beach (inside the hotel) with the most amazing view of the sunset. The beachfront entrance is a few steps away from the beach.

The check in to us almost one hour in the front desk. Some of the staff there were a bit grumpy and not so friendly. The pool activities were too loud. They put the music incredibly loud for a couple of hours, but after the family activities everything comes back to normal.

The location was ideal for us with a child of 4 years old. Staff was really nice and polite.

We wasn't really happy with the breakfast facilities I think they could have done more better with options.

The hotel was kept spotless by very competent, polite and friendly staff. The location is perfect for the beach , shops and restaurants if you felt the need ,

The evening entertainment could have been more varied but am aware we went out of season

Good Hotel, Bad Managment.. We waited 6 Hours until our booked Room was ready!! Although we came at 17 O’clock, we got our room at ca. 23:00 O’clock, no one will hear you if you complain, i talked to receptionist 3 times with no response, sent three different emails in the days after that , to all written emails in the room and on the website, without response, so if you have a problem, you will be alone there !! Foodcourt is big and have good varieties but bad organised, sometimes you dont find forks or knives , sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes to get omelette!!

Lack of staff training at reception and in the restaurant. Apart from wadeeya, he was amazing, and the chefs were so good. Other waiters were ignoring us, not bothered, or we didn't fit their profile, kept us standing and waiting for a table for more than 10 minutes, although there were tables available. Lack of cutlery and glasses. There is no variety of food everyday same thing. Machines sometimes not working. If you come after 8 pm, you get no fruit or desserts . Your front of house reception staff need training. Salma is an exception. Your hotel is lucky to have someone who is exceptionally good at her job and at the same time knowledgeable and knows how to talk to customers and resolve issues.. A lot of ants, red flies in the room. No slippers or gowns in the rooms.

We booked a standard double room which was very spacious, the bathroom and shower was also a good size. There was ac in the room but we did not need to use it as weather was mild. The property was at a beautiful location, just a short walk from the beach. It was clean surrounded by well maintained gardens, trees and swimming pools. We had booked half board, at a reasonable price, the food was excellent. They provided a large selection of varied hot and cold meals, salads and drinks. The waiters were helpful and friendly. They looked after everyone. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday.

Bed was not comfortable, we booked a double room, but were given 2 single beds pushed together which left a big gap between the beds. Muslim ablution facilities were not provided in the room. Live music and entertainment was too loud and was played late into the night.

Pretty much everything! The staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. Awa (the lady at guest services) and Ghizlam (receptionist) were so nice and helpful during the stay. We had a bit of an issue with checking in and I felt like Ghizlam went out of her way to help us. The hotel is in a great location, minutes away from the beach and shops and the hotel has taxis outside which can take you elsewhere easily. It was really easy to book excursions. The food was great. There is very little I didn’t like but I’ll be honest the WiFi was shockingly bad (you couldn’t connect in most areas and didn’t reach our room). With that being said I still loved staying there as having no internet didn’t bother me. I would definitely book to stay there again.
