The pool, location, nice people, Omar with activities outside of the hotel

Not all resturants were open and the ones that were open were buffet only. I also didnt like that there was an addition fee Moroccan tax for the hotel room- not stated on Booking

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Les Dunes D'Or hotel, and I must give a huge shoutout to the incredible animation team! The highlight of my trip was definitely the Aladdin show, which was simply the best performance I've seen in a long time. Special thanks to Souf, Mario, and Midou for their outstanding energy, creativity, and enthusiasm. Their dedication to entertaining guests is truly commendable, and they made every moment enjoyable. Their performances were captivating and full of life, leaving the audience in awe. If you're planning a stay here, make sure you don't miss the Aladdin show—it's a must-see! Kudos to the animation team for making my stay so memorable. I'll definitely be back for more!

The location is perfect. The sea view rooms are amazing with the sound of the sea all night. Hassan and Momo of the animation team are amazing. Loved the Aladdin show. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was ok, I liked the local Moroccan food, the bread and the deserts the best. House keeping very good.

The owner/hotel management do not buy enough plates. Plus they think it’s ok for a 4 star hotel to use only plastic spoons. I know it’s all inclusive but come on! The service in the bars and restaurant is all very poor. All the staff are very unhappy. The old man chef giving out the pizza, he is giving every guest one piece like it’s something very expensive, again come. The hotel manager needs to be in the operation more to correct the poor service from the staff.

The staff were brilliant - the animations team was exceptional. Always lots of fun by the pool and in the evenings - loved every bit of the animations (Aqua gym, water polo, dancing, karaoke, darts, archery and mini golf - there is something for everyone!) and the staff were so lovely they really made us feel welcome and valued, they remembered our names and even waved goodbye as we were leaving! Ultimate customer service and just made our stay!

Room balcony had a big palm tree in front of it and the leaves were in it. No major issue but by our last day the flowers opened up and there was lots of bees. We didn’t bother because it was our last day but had it been our first we would have asked to swap rooms. Also there was no double bed only 2 single beds joined together - would have been more comfortable to have a double bed. These aren’t big issues at all but just something for the hotel to consider in the future

The hotel is big but the breakfast room is divided in smaller ‘ rooms ‘ with a moroccon touch on the wall . The breakfast area has also the typical tajine pottery which adds some atmosphere . Staff ( from cleanerlady to restaurant manager ) are all very , very nice and warm . Location is right on the beach ! Swimming pool area + palmtrees is pleasant and tidy 👍

Please charm-up your lobby-reception area . It is not welcoming at all. And add some colour / Maroccon fibe 🙏 Less volume from the speakers by the pool ( most people bring there own music / ipods etc ) .

I was a bit hesitant to book because of some of the reviews but I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s quite big but it’s all connected and it’s really nice to walk around since it’s not just one big building with rooms but rather lots of small buildings with rooms, which makes it feel more like a resort. It also has sooo many areas to sit or to lay down, either by the pools, in front of the beach, at the beach itself, etc. It was all extremely convenient and the location was perfect. Our room was super nice, the aircon was working perfectly, the shower was as cold or as hot as you wanted it, the beds were comfortable and there was daily housekeeping and they replaced our coffee and tea every day. We only hired breakfast so we ate out one day, the rest of the days we loved the hotel so much that we just ordered take out and got it delivered to the main entrance and we were able to eat by the pool or by the beach. It was an amazing experience that totally surpassed my expectations, I would definitely do it all over again.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the fact that entertainment at night was very loud until quite late (11 or so) and so if you wanted to read by the balcony or have your balcony open the music and the noise was quite annoying, but that’s just me!

Excellent hotel, very clean, fabulous pool, and the location is perfect. The hotel is across the promenade from the beach, and they have a private section of the beach where they have free sun loungers for hotel guests. Food for the all-inclusive is very good for what you pay, and you definitely will not go hungry.

Our room was beside the outdoor stage where the evening entertainment is held and was very noisy up to 11pm every evening. Long walk to toilets if you are at the bar nearest the beach as the toilets in that area were closed for works.

This commitment to cleanliness not only enhances the overall guest experience but also showcases the resort's exceptional attention and commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all. Khadija that everyday prepare our room was absolutely fabulous. Also for few days we had to ask if she can come back later on to do the daily cleaning and she never deny. Overall from reception to bar and restaurants every single person that we had contact was extremely kind and polite, ready to assist us for any need. Probably are better resort in Agadir? For sure. But here you’re welcome and well looked after. Definitely we will come back, Inshallah 🙌🏻

Bar can close a bit late in the night.

Beautiful property and lovely location . Clean environment and people are very lovely and caring. Amazing pool and great activities close to beach. Very nice and clean area. We had a car with us so we explored the city very well. The cleaning lady has such a big smile on her face. And they cleaned the room every day. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Guy sitting on currency conversion desk had no smile on his face. No response to hello or hi,Feels slightly rude. In hospitality sector a smiling face can go a long way. One of the room had sewage smell and air con was not good enough.

The breakfast service need lots of improvement, lots of staffs but no organisation. They using plastic cup for orange juice, not enough cups and glasses. You press coffee in the machine and you get hot chocolate. I asked to speak to manager on two occasions but response from the staffs. The breakfast finish at 10.00 and the whole buffet is cleared by 10.05 . So you arrived at 9.50, you have no chance to have your breakfast, by the time you find cups four coffee and the glass for your orange juice, the buffet is gone.
