Very nice breakfast with anything you like available upon request—don't just rely on what's on the buffet. The location is good, not far from the seaside, but it's not on the beach. You need to walk 5 to 10 minutes.
The black floor tiles make the space look dirty all the time, despite the staff's efforts to keep it clean with regular mopping. Using black tiles was a bad idea as they perpetually appear unclean.

Food - one of the best hotel breakfast we had. We would also recommend going to the in hotel restaurant or bar because the food there was also absolutely amazing (at extra charge but worth it). Service- really nice and welcoming, provided us with everything we needed. Facilities - pool was clean, towels were provided by the pool, the hotel was designed beautifully and every part was aesthetically pleasing. Location - walkable to everywhere and anywhere, we walked to the beach twice during our stay and it was very doable and nice.
Service - reception could have provided more information on check in about the facilities of the hotel and where is what. Wifi - terrible during our stay without a doubt, we both went with the hope to work but there was no internet in our room and even when sitting in the lobby etc. we kept having to switch between the 3 available networks.

Great location and a very very clean hotel , there were always staff cleaning floors after you made a dust footprint . All the staff were very professional and all so nice and helpful. Great choice at breakfast everyday. Had a quiet calm relaxing feel to the hotel where you could really wind down and enjoy the holiday . There was a well equipped large gym on site and the pool was a good size.
The tiles surrounding the pool were extremely slippy once wet , so had to be very cautious walking back to sunbed. Would have been a bonus to have a spa hamman there, but I think that is in the plans

The hotel's architecture, interior and swimming pool area are luxury. The breakfast is excellent, the choice of food is wide. We liked the mix between European and local cuisine. The location is quite good. Beach and Souk El Had within walking distance. Taxi on the street always available. There is a decent shop in the hotel. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful.
The room was a little disappointing. The tea/coffee maker turned out to be the same as the kettle. Only 3 tea bags with unknown herbal content. There was no minibar. The bed linen was not snow-white, but with yellowish spots. The small shower head didn't work. The English language skills of the staff are not advanced enough. The pool was very cold in November.

- the hotel is clean and aesthetic - great location, close to a lot of restaurants, beach, and shops, and it’s safe since it is in front of the palace, where there is a lot of securities - since the hotel is close to a lot of places you can either walk or take a taxi and it won't be too expensive - we tried the food from the bar, and it was tasty and cheap - The staff are lovely and friendly and always ready to help. One staff member, which I forgot the name of, helped us book the quad bike activity, and it was 5* - there is a supermarket inside the hotel, which was a bonus. We went there to buy some snacks - the hotel is super clean; there is always a cleaner around to make sure that everything is clean, and the hotel smells unreal 😍 - we also had a free upgrade
- not many options in the breakfast, since it is a luxury hotel we were expecting to find more food options, for instance, a stand with fresh fruits, more drink options, maybe a stand with some continental breakfast options for the foreign travellers with sausage, bacon - the spa is under construction, not opened yet - We asked for a staff member to cut a mango for us, and they cut it with the same knife as onions, and the mango smelled like onions. However, the next day, we requested mango, and they listened to us, and we had mango in the breakfast

We had an unforgettable experience at the Dominimum Palace Hotel while celebrating our 3rd Wedding Anniversary. To make it even more special, it was my wife’s first trip to Africa, as she comes from the Philippines. The hotel truly lived up to its 5-star reputation, offering top-notch facilities and a prime location just a 12-minute walk from the seaside. Booking our excursions to Croc Park and the Agadir Panorama Tour Cable Car was seamless, and we appreciated the convenience of being picked up and dropped off safely. Each day started with a delightful breakfast featuring a wide selection of dishes, followed by relaxing afternoon coffee, and culminating in dinners we thoroughly enjoyed. A special mention goes to Amine, who welcomed us warmly during our evening meals. His exceptional hospitality and engaging conversation made our dining experiences even more memorable—he truly is a stellar ambassador for the Dominimum Palace Hotel. The swimming pool area was an absolute delight, providing the perfect spot to soak up plenty of vitamin D. The facilities were top-notch, featuring a bar serving refreshing drinks and a great selection of music to set the mood. A highlight for me was playing table football with one of the attendants—we were evenly matched, which made for a fun and friendly game! Our suite was impeccable, generously sized, and meticulously cleaned to the highest standard. We were thoroughly impressed and extend our gratitude to the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. This trip was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and cherished moments that we will always treasure.
The bed was quite firm, which was unfortunate.

Very clean. Looked immaculate in the public areas 10 minute walk to the beach area. Coffee bar was lovely. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on their faces.
No guidance on what the hotel has available and where it is. Rain shower head didn’t work. Drainage wasn’t great, drainage smell. Lights worked randomly. Lights in bathroom fell and wasn’t fixed. Some local info would be great. Found out on the last day that they have excursions from the hotel. Need to call room service to have a menu delivered to the room then to order.

- Great hospitality and customer service - Smooth service - Clean to a high standard - Facilities i.e. gym, restaurant, coffee station, multiple lounge areas and high table for laptop and coffee - Big restaurant - Ascetics, interior & exterior design - No alcohol (better for professionals) - Quiet and relaxed - Polite and friendly staff - Great value for money
- Ants in my first room floor, desk and bed! (changed room after notifying reception) - Room 450 bathroom door does not fully open - Room 450 wifi connection extremely poor. Had to do my work in lobby area. But room 481 wifi was fine after changing rooms - No food menu in room for room service - 5 star hotels usually have bathroom slippers & gown with company logo. This hotel did not.

The property and services is immaculate I can’t fault the stay at all it was nothing but exceptional service and was treated like royalty. My names Kabir and I hope the staff reading this really understand I appreciate their time and effort in making my stay perfect. A few staff members who have gone above and beyond for me are ; Saadia - housekeeper 10/10 service who’s friendly and has the most affectionate smile and on our last day of check out gave my wife a bouquet of roses. (Which she very much loves) Mustafa - night receptionist made my check in and stay as smooth as possible with a professional service and made sure I was comfortable with my wife throughout the stay Muhammad - F&B waiter an amazing character and personality who made my stay very enjoyable and memorable. Ayooub Jafari - breakfast chef, an excellent chef who made sure everytime I sat down at his restaurant I was catered for with the best of food and service and his daily assortment of fresh fruit during breakfast. Ismail- security, gave me great tips and advice about local Agadir where to change money and things to visit and also kept us safe through the whole stay and ensured we didn’t feel uneasy. The reception team is amazing the girls at the reception who work there bring light to front desk with their hospitality and professionalism.
Faultless ! It was truly a experience I will definitely be experiencing again

The hotel is fantastic, the staff were all very attentive and polite and were so helpful and accommodating during our stay. The hotel was kept exceptionally clean throughout our visit and the room was spotless. The pool is large and we had no trouble getting a bed, it was low season so not sure what it would be like in high, pool towels are provided which was great. The seating areas in the hotel have been really well thought out and there are 2 lovely outdoor, rooftop terraces a very well equipped gym, table tennis tables, snooker and table football available to us. There is an on-site supermarket with good prices and a coffee shop.Water was topped up on the days that we asked for the room to be made up and there was a kettle and coffee machine in our room. The breakfast had a great variety on offer and we were very lucky to spend an evening in the restaurant with guests who were breaking their fast for Ramadan, which was a fantastic experience for us. You must try the mint tea which is available and the food from the pool bar was exceptional, along with the pool bar staff. If we return we would certainly stay here again, for our first visit to Morocco, we are very grateful that we found this hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our long weekend so relaxing ❤️
