Lovely room overlooking the beach and Jane our housekeeper was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and had exceptional customer service. Food was good and of good quality. Fridge stocked up daily with water and cans. Short walk to the shops etc.

The sunbed situation was ridiculous. One couple of German women put their towels down on one of the day beds and didn’t return for 7 hours! All the sun beds were always taken around the pool, mostly by people who weren’t even there!

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Service was excellent from all staff at the hotel. Rashid suggested and arranged a tour of Agadir, which we found to be an excellent way to see the city. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was bright and spacious. The fridge was stocked with cold drinks each day. The pool area was spacious & very relaxing. Food was really tasty with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We used the private beach area, which was great and just across from the hotel- drinks could be brought out there from the outside bar. The hotel bar areas have very comfortable chairs and couches that are well spaced out . Lots of activities planned throughout the day & evenings if you would like a break from lounging at the pool! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

There was a musty smell when you entered the rooms around and in the wardrobes.

Hotel is in a great location for a walk along the front during the day or night. So much space for seating, entertainment at night is amazing really enjoyed it ! Day beds are amazing and great around the pool. Staff are nothing but helpful and kind at all times. Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and tea. Pool is cleaned daily. Gym is amazing and has 3 floors, plenty of equipment and probably the best hotel gym i’ve ever seen. Tennis courts are great and made available whenever you want to play. Nothing but a positive experience for us

Everything was great. Was slightly a shame that we were in the only room on the 3rd floor without a pool view which faced the hotel next door but not a huge deal as there was a clothes rail in the bathroom to dry clothes so balcony wasn’t essential.

It was a really beautiful, small peaceful resort. The room we had was quite spacious with a lounge area which was nice. The resort had plenty of food variety. The location was good and easy to get taxis from. The staff were very polite and helpful. My stay was very smooth.

The rooms had a slight odour of mould and I noticed some mould around our room. There were some bits of the room that needed maintenance like a broken mirror in the bathroom and broken/flimsy soap dispenser. There was also no bidet with the toilet which was quite shocking as this is a Muslim country. My room had no balcony and there was no rack provided to dry clothes. There was also no poolside music which was nice for the most part, but it would’ve been nice to have a DJ playing music for a brief period in the day.

The hotel was spacious but never felt crowded, even though it was fully booked. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, fresh, and cleaned thoroughly every day. In fact, the whole hotel was spotless, thanks to the hardworking and friendly housekeeping staff. The location was definitely a highlight—just a few meters from a beautiful long beach walk with stunning sunsets every evening. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with enough sunbeds for everyone. The evening entertainment was fantastic, with great artists and fun hosts—we ended up on the dance floor every night! The gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a good workout and was never too crowded, making it easy to use the machines. However, the opening hours were pretty odd (9-12 and 15-19), which wasn’t always convenient. The hotel also had two tennis courts, which my finance made great use of. A staff member, Momo, was always around—either joining for a game or finding another guest to play with. The food selection was decent, but the quality was really good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the spa (which we paid extra for). The staff kept chatting and laughing during our hammam treatment and in the common areas, which made it hard to fully relax.

The location was very good and I liked the fact the beach was right behind the hotel and large swimming pool and lots of day time activities and rep to book external excursions. It also had an amazing spa.

The breakfast buffet had limited selection and I felt that the lunch buffet could have been more varied as it was pretty much the same everyday. The entertainment/ bar would have benefited finishing at 12 or aleast to have some live music continuing in upstairs bar. As it would appeal to more of the demographic of the hotel guests.

The staff is extremely nice, and generally the facilities too. The hotel is located perfectly, and is worth it 100%.

Some of the food wasn't to my liking. I feel like many of the dishes are twisted a bit to what I am used to in europe, and it sometimes doesn't fit. Like the beans at breakfast, the sausages, the pasta made with lamb meat and some other dishes. The food generally had good taste but I was pretty bored and tired of it at the end of the trip.

We arrived around 13:30hrs so our room was not quite ready. We had lunch whilst waiting for our room, this was tasty and there is so much choice. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, not many channels to choose from on TV so we stuck to CNN. The shower was powerful. Each day, the staff worked hard to clean this large accommodation. The decor was lovely and location great, 10 minute ride to the large market, 25 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed a massage too, the live entertainment was great. Beach is right outside. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy more facilities. The food in the al a carte menu was very limited so I would not bother, in fact, a few of us changed our mind and ate at the restaurant. There are overwhelming choices for food. One of the staff offered us a private taxi to visit around Agadir for 3 hours for €40, we took this opportunity, visited Oufla, the markets and our driver was fantastic. A special thank you to the lovely lady who made us fresh protahs every morning!

The Receptionist on arrival must learn how to smile and greet Guests! The all inclusive alcohol was not tasty and we couldn't drink the spirits so stuck to red wine which was average, my tip would be to bring your favourite tipple from duty free. The towels were quite worn, not soft, could do with replacing. When the room was cleaned we weren't given pillow covers or enough toilet roll. Bathrobes were on request, not already in the room. Toiletries were basic, just one wash gel for everything so if you are particular, bring your own shampoo etc. The lock on the toilet door was not working. There should be more choice of English channels on TV.

Everything was great especially the staff and food was good for a 4 star. I feel the staff favoured the French guests In the morning at breakfast because they seemed to run around after them but left other guests waiting longer but this was only outside in the morning.

I didn't like the fact that Booking.com sold us this hotel without a balcony and not explaining there was no balcony as I would not of booked it if I had known.

The cleanliness and staff were so nice and helpful and great location to stay. Hospitality and care for guests were amazing offering drinks and buffet was nice

Only at one point halfway during the trip in the buffet a member of staff was telling us what we need to do to sit at a table outside during lunch but no one told us what we needed to do at any other point during our trip
