We loved our stay in borjs hotel as the staff looked after us very well from always asking us if everything is okay with a smile on their face. The rooms are big and comfortable for a family stay along with the breakfast that has multiple delicious food to choose from. A big thankyou to Amin who helped me to organise an event in the rooftop, it was amazing and a big thankyou to the pool staff since they did their best to make our stay 10x better. We will definitely be back in the future with Borjs Hotel as it was a memorable stay.

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like since everything was perfect already however, if there was a lunch and dinner option with breakfast it would've been great as the selection of food provided in breakfast was incredible and I would imagine how lunch and dinner variety would be aswell if there was an all inclusive option.

The hotel is a mix of traditional and modern , it has spacious and clean suites . The service is on point and the sttaf are too kind.

It is mentioned that it was close to the beach but i had to take a taxi everytime i wanted to go to the beach. And the lighting is very low

The property was excellent. The room we had had a very Moroccan feel to it. The property itself had a very Moroccan look, lovely flowers and plant surrounded the property. Pool area also had the same lovely look. The staff were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. Always smiling. They were a great credit to the property.

We couldn't really fault the property

The breakfast buffet was good. Enjoyed the fresh cooked omelette in particular. Location wise it’s a bit away from the main town area, but the location was perfect for us for a chilled quiet week away and literally 5 mins walk to the quieter end of the beach too. Taxis are so cheap (£2)that the 5 min drive into the town was so easy and there were always taxis outside the hotel or driving past within 5 mins of stepping outside. The suite we booked was a really nice size and we loved having the outdoor patio area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we would definitely go back. We purchased Moroccan SIM cards for our phones at the airport for £10 for 10Gb but used the Wi-Fi at the hotel and didn’t get close to running out of data

The patio door was very hard to lock, but was ok once you got the hang of it. It’s a busy hotel though so we never felt unsafe

All in all, quite a pleasant experience! What i liked: good value for the money (february), some music but not too loud and stopped early enough, comfortable room, friendly, smiling and helpful staff both at the reception and at breakfast, nice pool area, good view from balcony, rooftop bar with good selection and excellent service, close to the ocean, good breakfast selection. Great massage service!!!

What i did not like: Towels are sometimes really dirty. Please, don’t hand out dirty towels to your guests! Attention to details can be improved, broken toilette lid, broken switch… easy to spot and easy to repair. :)

For the room service, I ordered for bread, but they didn't deliver. I requested to change bed sheet after two days, but they didn't not change it

Each day they have to change bed sheet or on request at least

Borj's has lovely big rooms and a nice pool area. It is good value for money.

The hotel is next to a building site, but this is typical for the area.

The entrance hall is beautiful and the room was just as nice and clean. The pool and pool area was very clean and tidy. It wasn’t overly busy or loud even tho there was a lot of people staying at the hotel. A pleasure overall !!

That fact I only booked a week there but iv booked my next holiday for April back to the same hotel.

We hadnt realised how quiet the ramadan period was so the hotel was 99% empty, however it meant the staff were on hand quickly at all times! The room and hotel are fairly well kept and the pool area was great, we could have beers and a limited menu, it was quite well located for access to the beach although its still a ten minute walk

Adjacent to a wasteland, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, no minibar as advertised, no spa etc due to the off season which wasnt made clear but nothing that spoiled it

I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, there was a little bit of everything. The receptionists were very nice, especially Abdul. To be honest, I don't understand why the reviews were so mixed when this hotel is very nice. The swimming pool was bigger than I thought it would be and food is very affordable. The staff are incredible at their job and made me feel at home. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will be back next time!

When I went in January it was around 20°C-23°C, so the pool was a bit too chilly to swim in. But I managed to catch a tan by sunbathing by the pool instead :)
