Professional well serviced and beach-near located Holiday Hotel. Good reasonably priced little restaurant, separately charged. Extra engaged kitchen and service. Hotel staff very professional, attentative and friendly. Security Guard very comitted, super friendly and forthcoming. beach nearby 5minutes walk not too far from shops and city central (though the central and marina is a long walk away). motorcycle parking for 1-4 bikes is arrangeable on site and well guarded.

Pretty big apartment. Clean, well managed. Staff at the front desk all the time. Maybe 10 minutes walk to the beach. Really large pool, you can do laps in it. Separate shallow pool for kids. Restaurant inside the hotel has reasonable prices and quality is excellent. Comfortable bed, kitchen area provided for some basic cooking. Very suitable for staying with kids. Large living room, with large sofas, you could sleep on them too if needed.

Hot water was dodgy. Some times it would be luke warm, and sometimes it would be hot enough for a good shower. You need run the water for ages to hope for hot water. Kitchen can be improved with better pans, sauce pans, and providing some basic ingredients like salt and black pepper to make simple/basic cooking possible (like marking a breakfast etc).

Upon arrival they offered us an upgrade from a standard to a superior apartment which had an amazing pool and beach view. The staff was really nice and helpful, whatever we needed (like extra towels etc) they provided and quickly. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they even washed the dishes. The rooms were spacious, the couch in the living room was huge and the bed in the bedroom was big enough to fit my husband and I and our toddler comfortably. There was always warm water. The pool was cleaned every evening. There is an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi just for women. Overall we were really happy with our stay and we would return.

The pictures I guess they were taken in the best apartment they have with decorations. The facilities were a bit old to be honest, they need some maintenance, like the bedroom closets and the bathroom. Also the dinning table had unstable legs. We didn't have carpets and air-conditioning in the living room (like the pictures). Also, the lights were missing lampshades or chandeliers. It looked unfinished. The bathroom was a bit old and cold looking, no trash can and no cupboard to put our things in. They must be renovating probably. The indoor pool is not heated (nor is the outdoor pool but that's fine in the summer).

Nice location close to the beach, cash points with a half-olympic sized swimming pool. The beach area accessible from the hotel was not as busy as other places in Agadir. Taxis were available for going into the attractions and staff were friendly. Restaurant has sufficient options for when you're not eating out and don't want to self-cater. Views out onto the mountains and beach were good. Balcony is a good addition for outdoor access.

Corridor noise

I booked 2 bed apartment, it was clean and functional. it 5 min walk from beach. good for family. Apartment has cutlery and kitchen , so you can cook something for fussy eating child, like mine. Room was clean everyday and new towel were provided. just ask for new towel if needed some extra. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would go back again. Food was good Cleaning ladies were great and kept place sparking.

Booking.com did not make it clear it was not a pool view apartment. i did not bother to chase up and change the room next day. There was no complimentary water, tea and coffee was provided in the flat . Note the second bedroom is small with no cupboard and headboard on the sngle beds.

Breakfast is not buffet but from a set menu however and can be mixed upon request. Plenty of choices for all - we had 2 excursions booked early in the morning and the staff catered for our requirements happily upon our request with a smile. All the staff from the reception, pool, kitchen, cleaning, security areas were phenomenal and would go out of their way to assist. I could go and name some but it wouldn't justify the rest.. overall fantastic stay, good quiet location and 5 mins from the beach.

Nothing much just a note to self with 7 members in the family it would've made it easier with 2 bathrooms. Also please note you will charged a small fee for City taxes upon checkin/checkout

When me and my family first arrived the girls at the reception was really nice and polite and they even recommended a nice seafood restaurant as it was our first time in Agadir which was called (Mister Fish). They moved us into a two bedroom as they saw it was four of us and that we only booked a one bedroom with 2 couches just for a one night stay it just was soo sweet of them. The hotel was not only clean but was comfortable. It was a 5min walk from the beach I would definitely come back if I visit Agadir again.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment....The apartment itself was big, size wise. The cleaners were very helpful and polite. The reception staffs and the security guard were very attentive to our needs. The restaurant was a very good value and food was great too.

When the weather gets too hot outside, our bedroom gets too hot too. There was only 1 air conditioning in our apartment and it was in our living area and there was non in our bedrooms and it was very hot. If you open the bedroom doors, flies get in and they are really annoying when you try to have a good sleep. There was no microwave also.

Hotel has a really nice and helpful staff. On our check-in, they even gave us a free upgrade to bigger apartment. There's a nice pool (although the water is freezing but our kids didn't mind) and next to the pool, there is a restaurant with really nice food and great prices. Near the hotel, you can easily find taxi or walk to the beach and some mini markets. The apartments are huge and they even have everything you need for cooking. We had a really lovely stay!

The staff were very helpful and the location is a short walk from the beach. It is good to be able to cook in the apartment and the wife was ok. I could walk (20 mins) or drive (5 mins)easily to the Marjane hypermarket for groceries when needed.

A little noisy at night due to single glazing and the smell of cooking/cooking fat was quite prominent throughout the hallways and room on some nights. Rooms might be better without the brown rugs as they seemed a bit dusty and worn.
