All the staff were so pleasant, kind & helpful. Including the security guards. I have never felt so cared for in any other place in the world

Very comfortable bedroom, with balcony and good views, shower very good, bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast - buffet style, very relaxed we could choose what we wanted and take our time. There was more than one dining room so we could find somewhere quiet, which was nice. Evening entertainment was fun. The pools were marvellous.

Bit of a panic on the first day after Ramadan. No lifeguards available and two young people got into difficulties in the big pool. We swam over to help, other visitors were also helping and the two (brother and sister) got out safely.

For the price paid I think the value here is excellent. There's two pools, lots of bedchairs, comfy beds, rooms cleaned daily and friendly staff. For just over £16 per night I think it's amazing. The bonus of course is a private beach, which is less than ten minutes walk away.

For the price paid nothing. I can't believe all the negative comments on here. Okay it's not the Ritz, but if that's what you're expecting then pay Ritz prices somewhere else.

At first, our room didn't have a nice view. But I talked to a kind lady working in the hotel's office (I can't remember her name). She helped me switch to a better room near the pool. The next day, I got the new room. However, I saw something not good at night on October 5, 2023. A man who works as security I do not know his name but he was a black skin person , got into a fight with a drunk English man. The English man was not behaving well, but the security man should have handled it better and more professionally when we need to calm down this guest english man . We calm this security to not fight with him . His job is to keep everyone safe, not fight. It was a situation that needed calmness. On a positive note, the animation was fantastic, thanks to Mohamed and Dj Tijani. We had a great time. I hope to visit again someday.

Location was very good views was good near by shops and restaurants and beach few minutes walk away

No fridge, no toaster, no ac, no fan 😢 mosquito was biting us all night, so must take your creams and sprays no shampoos or body washes so must take your own as thankfully we always take ours The location was good, no wiifii Only in the reception areas The bed was not comfortable

Good lokacion, ewery where you can go walk. Clean and big room with sea view 😍 Extra for baby, they bring as smoll bed.

In the morning, if you go eat, unfortunately only 1 option is Omlett, and sometimes you need to 20 min to order, becose is only 1 person that cooks. Breakfast Menu is the same every day. My child won't eat nothing there.

Good location, great price, rooms clean and fairly comfortable, great pool facilities and entertainment all day/night, staff very friendly and helpful.

The food is average. Breakfast good but lunch and dinner I found it hard to find something to suit me. A lot of traditional Moroccan food, adding some more European foods would help with people’s complaints on the food.

Entertainment staff was amazing, Mohammed who was always around greeted us with a smile, the service in the restaurant was extraordinary, and the man who walks around with the camel was friendly and always smiling. Also the shows were nice to watch and the Management involved in few activities, topping up with extra fun.This was our second time here, and we will definitely return.

It's really very nice to stay there, the rooms are also nice

Wi-Fi is only available in the reception, it would be perfect if they made sure that there is Wi-Fi in the room too, with that I don't think there is any problem! I would also like to add that on Booking I did not find the possibility and prices of all inclusive which I would certainly have done if I had known

Lovely hotel wounderfull staff great location definitely will return the lifeguard was fabulous every day he came around and greeted everyone 😀 making sure everyone was happy 😊
