The apartment was spacious and incredibly good value. The garden area around the pool was a cool and comfortable place to relax. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and a similar distance back in to the town. I would recommend the café 'On Papote' which is on the square behind the Uniprix market. It's a lovely place to sit and enjoy the excellent 25dm breakfast. Across the square is the Al Barid Bank ATM which dispenses cash without charging a fee, and in the same building is the main Post Office. We usually had dinner at one of the eateries opposite the Mohamed V Mosque on Ave du 29 Fevrier, which aren't touristy. There was never a problem with language and you could get a fantastic tagine for as little as 25dm. Agadir always felt safe and we always felt welcome.

I don't think it would be fair to complain about anything for the price we paid. It was way above expectations.

I have stayed many times over a 30-year period at Residence Yasmina on Rue de la Jeunesse in Agadir, Morocco. It is in an excellent central area close to Avenue Hassan II and Place Amal, and many good restaurants, cafés and shopping is within a short walking distance. Résidence Yasmina has an older main building which has the reception desk and elevator. These are apartments with a full bath with tub and shower, sink and separate toilet, and there is plenty of hot water, towels, bath mat and toilet paper is provided. Maid service is provided. The apartments have a small bedroom with two twin beds, blankets, closet and a safe. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with double-burner electric hotplate, a large refrigerator, toaster oven, cabinets with plates, bowls, cups and saucers, glasses, and cookware, eating, cooking and serving utensils. And the apartments have a living room with reading lights, a small flat-screen television on the wall, another closet, coffee table and plate-glass sliding doors leading to a sunny terrace with one or two chairs. No breakfast is served, but many cafés are nearby, or you can cook in the kitchen. A Uniprix supermarket and the main food market are less than three minutes away. Residence Yasmina has a new addition, which is equally good, and many apartments face the swimming pool and adjacent Royal Tennis Club. The place is a bargain, the check-in is easy, and a porter will bring your bags on the elevator to your room when you check in. Credit and debit cards are accepted, or you may pay in cash.

The property was great value for money. The apartment was absolutely humongous. The reception staff and outside safety were great with everyone including other visitors very welcoming. Two pools, children’s and adults although the adults pool only got sun for 3/4 of the day.

Unfortunately the walls are thin so you can hear quite a bit. There was one worker who was slightly inappropriate asking if he could stay in my room after he’d brought me a new kettle etc so I am glad I spoke French as I think this helped him to understand “no”. I believe he wouldn’t have acted on his words but the fact he asked wasn’t appropriate.

It is self catering. Loved the proximity to the beach and town. Apartment was spacious and I had a huge balcony. I knew there wasn’t a bar as such but the restaurants at the front were just lovely and you could have a beer or wine with your meal. The staff were very welcoming and I felt safe and totally at home.

Wi-Fi but on the whole there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Room cleaned every day. Staff (reception, security, cleaners) all very friendly and happy. Nice gardens and pool area. Fairly close to some good food outlets and an excellent boulanger. Hotel reasonably quiet. All taxi drivers knew the location.

Around 2 kilometres from the beach and the 'strip' down some quite steep steps on the way. No facilities for buying drinks/snacks. Small bedroom (apartment a reasonable size though)

This is an exceptional furnished apartment residence, 🙌 thus I had peace and quiet, could prepare what I prefer to eat, enjoy the garden and either of the two swimming pools.I was pleasantly surprised that there was daily maid service.Residence Yasmina is located in a first class neighborhood, close to the ocean. In this quarter restaurants for any budget including 4 very good ones.The price is very modest considering the very excellent attributes of this wonderful address.ATTENTION...please correct the incorrect word, budget, in " Preview of your experience " It should be BIDET...!

Perhaps a bidet in the bathroom. They should improve the internet reception in the apartment.

Absolutely blown away by this residence. It was spotless and so wrll equipped. We were 2 ladies travelling together and thought we would be sharing 1 bedroom, but this apartment was huge and the living room which was beautiful acted as 2nd bedroom. There was a wonderful kitchen, a massive balcony and the most comfortable beds. It had absolutely everything and 10 min walk from the sea. The only thing missing was a restaurant, but we managed to find some locally. There is a terrific supermarket up the road where you can also buy wine. The security was 2nd to none with a guard on duty outside 24/7.. the apartment slept 5 but we were just 2 and it was around 20 euro each a night. We are in our 70's snd blown away by this place. It hasxa lovely pool and so so quiet. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The apartment exceeded my expectations; comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. I enjoyed the pool/sunbathing terrace and nice gardens. As a lone female traveller I felt safe walking around this area alone, even after dark, as it was central, close to main streets with lighting, shops/cafes, families etc. 5 mins walk to the beach, 30 mins walk to the souk.

I saw other reviewers suggest the apartment was not clean but this was not my experience. Yes, they would benefit from some updating/redecorating which can make things appear less 'sparkling', but this is not the same as being dirty, and my apartment was cleaned every second day, towels refreshed, etc.

The place was kept clean all the time,everyday.There was a butler available on the door to take Ur suitcases to Ur room and down when we left.Residence had security on site 24/7. Had 2 pools for kids,and a nice garden area to sit and relax.Most of the rooms have a balcony as well,love it all the way and also was very close to the beach ABT 10 mins walk maybe not even that.Lovely place to stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like, Kitchen could be updated a touch bit but apart from that cant say much for a 7 day stay. It was lovely to stay with them
