We loved the people in the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and made our stay fantastic. It was my partners birthday while we were there, and they must have spotted that from his passport. The staff all came up to the terrace with a lovely chocolate cake and sang happy birthday, that was so nice. We were also invited to the kitchen to eat couscous with them. Way above and beyond. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooftop terrace was well laid out and very comfortable. We were lucky that it was nice enough to sit and enjoy the sun. We would highly recommend this hotel (Riad)

There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like. Marrakesh was very nice, but we did tend to get lost a lot. It was when we were lost that people tried to take advantage, saying we were not allowed down that street as the mosque was being renovated and they could show us the way. They wanted money, so don't fall for it. Keep going. If lost, go into a shop and ask for help. We found maps.me to be very good. It works offline to avoid data charges, and we didn't get lost once using it. Would recommend the Atlas mountain trip, fabulous.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this relaxing, clean and homely Riad. Very welcoming and helpful staff, especially Mohamed, Khalid & Moad who gave us a handy map with places of interest and dining recommendations. We particularly liked the ease of organising airport transport. Our room was lovely and spacious with a great shower room. Nice touches with robes and orange blossom flower toiletries, the smell was amazing! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, sitting by the pool. We enjoyed a Hammam spa and massage and loved the rooftop area to relax after a busy day in the bustling, vibrant city. We were very sad to leave beautiful Marrakech but have lots of lasting memories. We highly recommend Riad Adika & Spa.

Very small negative as Breakfast was really lovely every morning, but they did alternate the options each day so one day had fresh fruit (delicious) and the next they had a yogurt instead. We would of liked some fruit every morning if possible as it a very carb heavy meal

The welcome we received from the staff was lovely, very polite and accommodating. The place itself was well kept and very clean. The breakfast had a good few things included so was very filling. Thanks to Mohamad the manager for helping sort out activities and taxis, this was a big help to us. Overall had a very good experience and would definitely book again when back in Morocco.

The staff (mona, Mohammad, noor al deen,..) all are very welcoming, friendly and professional. It felt like you went home and not in a hotel. The best staff i have seen. I hope to get back. The hotel is clean and i also enjoyed the breakfast. It is also very quiet so you do not hear the outside noise. The location is also very near to the markets and sights. I would recommend organizing a transfer through the riad since it can be difficult to find at first.

This wonderful Riad is located in a strategic point of Marrakech, a few minutes from the Medina in a silent area of the city. Getting up every morning and seeing the patio with the pool was an unforgettable thing. The room that we chose respected all of our expectations. It was everything we were desired, to feel in Marocco inside an amazing Riad. We had also two dinners arranged by the Riad! But, to make our stay more than beautiful was the staff. Specifically, we personally want to thank you Ismael, the concierge of the Riad. He is an authentic added value for the location! He was every time ready to satisfy all of our requests, with smile, attention to details and professionalism. We defintely stay again at Riad Adika & Spa when we will come back! Don't stay in a 5 star hotel. Experience Marrakech in this luxury Riad. The best part of going to Marrakech is immersing yourself in the culture and experiencing the beautiful madness of the Medina. Riad Adika is the perfect location. A five minute walk and you're straight into the busy winding streets of the Median and a 10 minute walk from the main square. If you don't like the hustle and bustle, Riad Adika has got you covered. Down a quiet and very safe lane you open the door to an oasis of calm. I've never felt so relaxed in my life. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Sumira was the first person we met when we arrived, she greeted us with mint tea (it's even better with sugar), and then proceeded to sit with us and give us all the information we needed. The airline lost our luggage and when the owner, Sebastian discovered this he immediately rang the airport and tried to help with the situation. He would have drove to get the bags himself if the airport had allowed it. As we had no clothes, we decided to stay in Riad Adika for dinner and it was the perfect evening. We had a private poolside dinner, the food was all traditional Moroccan cuisine and was the best food we have had in Morocco. That night we received a call to say our luggage had been found and we had to go back to the airport to collect it. Idriss was able to organise a taxi for us at a very good return rate. The taxi driver was a lovely man and was laughing with us a long the way. We decided to get massages the next day. I have never gotten a massage before so I was unsure what to expect. I recommend husband's/boyfriends do the same. We had a massage side by side and it was very relaxing after a day of navigating the hustle and bustle of Marrakech (also very very reasonably priced). Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, fruits, breads, pancakes and eggs. The orange juice is the freshest you'll ever have and the coffee on point.

There was nothing to dislike about this property and within walking distance to all the city sights. The staff-Mohammed, Khalid, Rashid, the ladies in accomodation, kitchen and spa were excellent. The food was delicious and typically Moroccan, the rooms and bathroom spotless. The accompaniment to and from taxi was very gracious even at 2.30 am.!!Thank you Khalid and Rashid. Just got home from a 3 night stay at Riad Adika and loved every minute of it! The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and had everything we needed. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and we had a lovely dinner there one night (I really recommended booking if you stay.) The Riad itself is beautiful, but what makes this place so great is the staff. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We were even welcomed with tea and biscuits! There is also a terrace with sunbeds that you can relax on after a busy day exploring. The location is great, not in the centre of the busy Medina, but everything is in walking distance. There is also a shop nearby that was good for buying water etc (although you can buy water and a small drink selection from the Riad if you wish) I’d recommend booking the hotel taxi service, this cost €20 and the driver was friendly and a staff member of the hotel met us at the car, helped us with our bags and showed us to the Riad. Overall, I’d definitely recommend you book Riad Adika if you’re in Marrakech!

Really beautiful riad with lovely spacious rooms and bathrooms. Food was really delicious and staff were very friendly. The riad is only 20 mins walk to the centre of Marrakech which is close, but also far enough that you can go to sleep without lots of noise from the medina. Would definitely recommend staying here.
