Riad Magda was a gem of a place and the staff were very accommodating for breakfast times, directions or just questions about Marrakech. They set up transfers to and from the airport. They can also help with tours if you like. The rooms are big with AC and private baths, games room, pool, and roof top areas to use. Your first time down to the Riad feels scary as you walk a ways down narrow alleyways, but we found it very safe to walk around. They meet you at the curb drop off and walk with you the first time as well. Highly recommend Riad Magda & Spa.

During the off hours the staff don’t speak a lot of English but try really hard to figure it out. Google translate worked great.

Riad Magda is a gorgeous place of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The rooms and the rest of the riad are gorgeous, in immaculate state and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delightful with fresh breads, juices, eggs, yoghurt, coffee/tea and spreads. The terrace upstairs is a welcoming space to hang out and relax together. The location is good, just off a Main Street and a 15 minutes walk from the main square and soukhs. It is easy to get to other areas of town, i.e. New Town. The area is energetic and fun to browse around in.

Nothing stands out as negatives.

This was a unique property right on the edge of the Medina so ideal for exploring the Medina. The hotel is quite small and consequently the staff were very attentive. Extremely clean. Home cooked breakfast each morning. Nice roof top seating area and nice area round the pool. The Riad is not on a road as such so you have to walk your bags (or tip a porter) to the door and it is about a 3 minute walk from the road through some narrow alleyways. This came as a bit of a surprise on arrival but it did add to the uniqueness of the property and we never had any safety concerns.

Although the staff were excellent they did not speak much English so communication was very difficult. Most of the time this was not an issue - we managed with gestures and a bit of low level French!

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay! What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff - truly exceptionally kind. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent; everything was well-maintained and welcoming. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful quaint riad in a very central location. Very helpful staff. Substantial traditional breakfast every morning included in the price. If you are brave enough for the hammam spa it's s an experience never to be forgotten!!

It's a bit tough to find on arrival, taxis can't make it down the narrow streets. To be expected in the Medina, worth investing in a SIM card at the airport to find your way around the 1st day. When we were there the rooftop was being renovated, but it was out of season.

The staff were amazing. Amine was so welcoming gave us a nice tour and offered help, the lady was very helpful and makes the best tea ever, once she knew about a problem we faced she didn't hesitate to contact amine to send a technician on the same day. Hisham wasn't bothered by our late knocking and opens the door with a big smile. They really gave us the best experience possible. The riad is perfect, beautiful spacious room with a moroccan touch on the shower and room decoration, a nice rooftop for tanning a cozy beautiful pool.

The riad is in a very good position for exploring the medina and also outside of it. The room is pretty big compared to other places, and it is cleaned every day. The breakfast is nice, mostly sweet options, but they make omelette too if preferred. The rooftop is nice but not used really since the breakfast is served downstairs. The riad is easy to find and the area is very safe.

The staff especially Mustafa was wonderful. He gave us a map where we were located and explained the different points of interest. Helped download an app that worked without wifi. Breakfast was nice. The orange juice was fresh squeezed. Very quiet if you want a good night sleep. Felt very safe.

It was at first a little intimidating going down the narrow streets but that's the Medina.

We really enjoyed the stylish riad, very peaceful and beautifully decorated. It's near the souks and at 10 minute walk to the Jemaa square and Koutoubia Mosque. The room was spacious and spotless with a great decor. The breakfast was good,not much variety from one day to another. The staff attentiveness was at a high level. Amin did the arrangements for a private trip in Agafay to ride camels, so everything went smoothly for me and my daughter. Wi-Fi was efficient. I will definitely go back. Thank you all for hospitality.

The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The bedding and towels are of high quality and cleanliness. Overall cleanliness deserves a five-star rating. While the pillows could be more comfortable, this is subjective and varies from person to person. The breakfast was very good, although adding some fruit options would enhance the experience. The service from all staff members was outstanding—very friendly and helpful. The location is superb with easy access, a crucial factor to consider in Marrakech.
