The propriety was very clean and very relaxing the staff were very helpful and done anything to make you feel at home .

The only thing i didn’t like about was when were sleeping our room was above the dining area for breakfast so it was very noisy say from 7:30 in the morning till midday.

I love all the staff except the old man in the reception he didn't explain anything to us when we arrived, he just gave us the papers to sign and that's it, he is a bit rude and nonchalant maybe because we are asians. But yeah everything was great even the ladies serving the bfast was beyond great!

The property was gorgeous and the staff was so, so friendly and helpful. I love that breakfast was included and once we found the riad, it was easy to navigate back to. The restaurant near the riad was the best meal we had in Morocco.

The only issue I had with the property was that it was difficult to find the first time. The taxi drivers are unable to drop you off next to the riad so they stop about a 5 min walk away. We didn't know this at the time so we mistakenly had 2 locals take our luggage to the riad for us and they obviously expected payment but we didn't have a lot of cash to give them with dissatisfied them but the whole experience was overwhelming. The person who welcomed us to the riad asked why we didn't call them and I did not know that was an option for them to guide us there, so I could've missed something within the booking but regardless, it was very frustrating.

An authentic and welcoming experience in Marrakech We stayed at Riad Al Jazira and felt truly looked after from the very beginning. The place is full of charm, peaceful, and beautifully decorated in traditional style. We want to especially mention Dacko and Yassine, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. On our second night, they offered us an even better room, which we really appreciated — it made the whole experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh products, local flavors, and a lovely atmosphere in the central courtyard.

The room was lovely, had superior with Air Con, definately needed it, had single beds as requested. The pool was lovely and roof terrace amazing. One of the breakfast we had fresh melon and yogurt with a selection of bread,jam and the most lovely lemon cake. Please do this kind of thing every day.

Mattress on beds a little hard. Breakfast was inconsistent, two morning just given bread and jam, and only one morning had fruit and yogurt as well. Would have liked fruit and eggs maybe with the bread and jam.

The hotel was a hidden gem. We were greeted by a very welcoming guy who offered us Moroccan tea and biscuits whilst he arranged our rooms and checked us in. He then gave us a tour of the Riad which just kept getting bigger and bigger. It has 3 beautiful courtyards which you can relax in, one of which breakfast is served in. The breakfast is very nice which included eggs, break, pastries and more. The room was quite cosy with a view of the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and the enough space to move around.

There's not much I can fault on this Riad. I guess if I had to name a few, it'd be the plugs were located awkwardly and the shower is lukewarm after one person using it. The Riad is a bit awkward to get to by taxi, they drop you off a 5 min walk and then you find your own way there. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here

Incredibly nice staff who were very accommodating. The hotel manager took his time to explain everything in the beginning of our stay including where to find the main attractions in the city and best places to eat. For the Medina/Riad experience I really recommend this Riad.

The Riad was beautiful with a large and beautiful terrace. The location was super close to the Souk, central square. If you are looking to buy traditional rugs or pouffs, there are lovely and inexpensive shops near by.

Absolutely stunning Riad, so beautiful and tranquil and peaceful. Has a rooftop, pool, so many areas to sit etc. breakfast included and staff were so so helpful and lovely, breakfast was delicious. Loved staying here, had periods where we would stay in the Riad to just chill out and enjoy quiet time to recharge. Loved it so much. Really clean, very comfortable bed, bathroom and shower were great. No issues whatsoever

The rooftop sunbathing area was fantastic. The authentic decor and general vibe of this place was exactly what we were looking for, proper Indiana Jones vibes. Very clean and staff pleasant and polite. Excellent value for money, and would definitely stay here again.

The pool was cold and unheated and so we were unable to use it, and the breakfast provided was small and inedible for those used to a continental breakfast etc. The hotel was also quite difficult to find, and the surrounding area does seem quite dodgy with plenty of unseemly characters hanging around, particularly at night time.

**Review:** I recently stayed at a stunningly beautiful Riad with a large family group of 45, and we had the entire place to ourselves. The facilities and rooms exceeded our expectations, being even better in real life than in the photos. The cleanliness and aesthetics of the Riad were commendable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. Fatiha, the breakfast lady, was very sweet, and Rami was always available to organize things for us, though he did seem a bit stressed at times. The staff contacted us in advance and had all the cots arranged, which significantly enhanced our experience. Any room issues were promptly addressed, which is precisely what you need when traveling with a large group. There are a few suggestions for the hotel to consider for future guests. Providing fridges in the rooms would make it much more convenient, especially for families with kids. The first day's breakfast was quite disorganized, but they improved significantly after receiving our feedback, which was impressive given the challenge of feeding 45 people at once. Additionally, more fans in the lobby areas would be appreciated as it was quite hot, and one fan was insufficient for that time of year. The Riad is a bit far from the main square and busy areas, which might be a consideration for families with kids. The hotel's menu was also quite expensive, which was a shame because we would have ordered more if the prices were more reasonable. Despite these suggestions, we had the best stay, and this Riad became one of our favorites after multiple visits to Morocco. Therefore, I still give it 5 stars, but please, consider adding fridges for guests!
