This Riad is a gem in the medina. Nestled in one of the seven neighborhoods that form the medina, the Riad Al Nour oozed authenticity and history. The attention to detail was excellent. Mohammed welcomed us, gave us a very detailed explanation of our surroundings, and made us feel at home right away. Kamal was also super helpful, and always available for any needs. Amina and Hind were also great at keeping the Riad immaculate, and at cooking a fantastic breakfast for us every morning. Last but definitely not least, BonBon was the star of the show, a beautiful white kitty part of the welcome committee! :) I highly recommend Riad Al Nour!

Amazing property. The staff was kind and extremely helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and felt authentic. The Riad was just 5 minutes walking from the main market and great location to the rest of the city. The breakfast was delicious and a wonderful addition to the stay. The staff was so kind and available 24hrs a day to help us if needed. They also assisted in scheduling us a ride to the airport. BonBon (the house cat) was the friendliest little greeter as well.

Not any fault of the Riad, but it is quite close to the mosques that sometimes had their first prayer call at 4a, and then always at 5a. Also a very loud bird in the courtyard enjoyed singing in between these. Just a note to maybe bring ear plugs.

Great service, even allowing us to enter the riad late at night and leaving the room ready so we could check in the next day. They also recommended the main tourist attractions while providing us with a city map, and were very warm in their welcome. The whole staff team is very attentive and they always make you feel at home! The place is super beautiful, with its typical central courtyard decorated with tiles and a water fountain in the middle—even Bonbon, the charming white cat completes the scene. Breakfast was very good and varied, with different options offered each morning. The tableware is lovely, and the peacefulness of the early morning hours with the sound of the water running in the background adds to the experience. The room we stayed in (Jasmine) is charming, very traditional and comfortable, with a bed that's quite cozy for a couple and a small but functional bathroom. Bonus: they leave a kettle with tea and coffee bags in the room in case you’d like a cup at night before going to sleep. The location is quite convenient, allowing you to visit the city's main attractions on foot while enjoying the vibrant and cultural atmosphere of Marrakech.

Riad Al Nour is the perfect cozy location if you want to stay in the Medina of Marrakech. The staff is super nice and always trying to accommodate your needs. The entire experience was excellent, from the check-in with traditional Moroccan tea and homemade sweets to the possibility of doing henna with a professional and friendly lady in the riad. The place is always clean and the room service is great. The breakfast is delicious and various, with different food every day. The shuttle service works fine as well. Awesome position if you want to visit all the main attractions by foot. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Definitely recommended!

Our stay at Riad Al Nour was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service-so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The riad itself was stunning, with beautiful traditional décor and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail, from the charming courtyard to the elegantly designed rooms, was perfect. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable and lovable cat that lived at the riad. It added such a special touch to our experience, making us feel even more at home. Highly recommend!

This sumptuously designed riad is like no other. A courtyard that looks like an Arabian fairy tale. A lot of thought has clearly gone into it and the bedroom itself is big and beautiful. The riad is just off Rue Bab Doukalla, which is a busy local market street full of food stalls and restaurants, frequented by locals more than tourists, and which gives you a real feel for life in Marrakech.

Although the bath/shower was also really beautiful and original to look at, it was a tad impractical, as it was too shallow to sit in and be covered by water, and the ceiling was too low (positioned under stairs to next floor) to be able to stand under the shower. The clips to hook the shower into were broken. We weren’t too put out by it though, as the splendour of the surroundings more than made up for it!

The team working there is excellent. Very professional very kind helpful in every way. We loved the courtyard, which was so peaceful and relaxing. My children loved the cat bum bum. We absolutely love the breakfast that was served every morning as it was different menu each morning with very beautiful presentation. The staff was very accommodating to our times and served us breakfast even before breakfast hours were available to accommodate us for our excursions

The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little rundown. Minor renovations will definitely up the game for this Riad. The shower drains need to be addressed some screws Need to be tightened some light fixtures Need to be fixed to make the room a little bit brighter.

We loved our say at Riad Al Nour. It's clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. It's tucked down a little alley off the medina and it was peaceful and quiet -- it felt like an oasis from the business of the city/medina. The room has everything you need to be comfortable. The staff is amazing! Very friendly and helped us in anyway they could. They gave us an overview of the city, suggested places to go and helped us organize a taxi to the airport. The breakfast is delicious and very filling for a day of adventuring. The location is great too, right in the medina and close to all attractions (15 minute walk to the Marjolle Jardin and Jemma el-Fnaa square). We felt very safe and comfortable here.

It was a bit hard to find at first (but this is such a minor point!).

We had an wonderful experience staying and hotel al Nour. Manager Mohamed and staff Kamal are wonderful. You can approach to Mohamed anytime and he would help you out with anything. Whenever, we needed any help, Mohamed was always there for us. Also it's an excellent location, 15-20 minutes walk to medina/ Jma el fena or even new part of the town. Had wonderful breakfast everyday and it was so much fulfilling with different types of bread everyday. Even in the last day when we were struggling to find a weighing scale for luggage, Mohamed managed to borrow one for us. Definitely would return if we come back to Marrakesh

I knew I was in the right place when Bon bon (the cat) welcomed us upon our arrival at the riad, he's so sweet. The staff is really nice. Muhamed greeted us with a lot of information about the area surrounding the hotel which is extremely useful. The building is amazingly beautiful. It's really a dream to stay there. The breakfast is very good.

Even though the place is incredible, it could use some update. The bathroom experience was not great as the shower was way too high and I had to lean forward so the water could reach me. Also the toilet seat was pretty old. There was no wifi signal on the second floor, like, at all.
