I stayed for two nights, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything about my stay was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful traditional Riad in a great location, staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful and kind, and spent a lot of time with us making sure we had an amazing trip. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of choice.

Slightly challenging to find the Riad among the maze of streets, we would recommend booking transfers to and from the airport, making it much easier. The safe was also not bolted to the floor or wall, so you could literally pick it up.

Ambre Epices is an outstanding Riad and I would 100% stay again. Ahead of our arrival I received a comprehensive message with lots of details. They asked if I wanted an airport pick up for €25 which I was happy to do as we arrived late at night and Morocco has a closed currency so I was already wondering how I would locate an ATM to pay for a taxi. The pick up was very easy and the cost added onto our room. They offered to cook us dinner on arrival which was 3 courses for €25pp which we were really happy with as we arrived late, and we pre ordered. The food was ready as soon as we arrived and was amazing. The portions were HUGE and so tasty, didn't find a better chicken pastilla for the rest of the holiday! We also pre booked some massages which were great - they sent the costs ahead of time so you can factor it into your trip. The included breakfast was amazing! It was different pastries/cake every day along with bread, juice, tea and eggs. There was loads of it and kept us going until 4pm!! The room was gorgeous, cleaned every day, bed made, new towels etc. Really wonderful bedrooms and quiet area. The location is perfect. It is just next to the Souks so easy access to the madness but far enough away for some peace and quiet at night. The riad is down some alleys which are full of riads and are well lit and felt safe. The location is near a lot of restaurants, Souks, food shops and a taxi rank, so ideal! Finally the staff - oh wow. Every staff member couldn't do enough for you. They are all so friendly and hard working. Komal especially made us feel so welcome, went through all the local sights on a map for us, made recommendations and answered all our questions. I couldn't fault out stay at all. The riad had a beautiful roof top and smaller inside spaces with sofas and a fire for colder months. It was modern but also has the classic Moroccan charms. I'll be going back!!

Visited for 20 th wedding anniversary Superb riad in a great location- second trip to Marrakesh. Ambre Epices riad leaves you wanting for nothing. Food and especially breakfast and traditional decor is amazing. Massages and hammam were wonderful, but what makes this riad is its staff. Huge thanks to the wonderful Nada, Meryem and Mohammed who were the best hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Communication before we arrived was faultless.

Nothing … but do note they do not serve alcoholic drinks which is not uncommon, but the riad was central enough to go out for drinks….

From the moment we walk out of the Airport, we were greeted by our driver (that was arranged prior by the Riad staff). Once we arrived at the destination another staff was there waiting to accompany us to the Riad. Once arrived there we were welcomed by Mohamed with a nice cold drink and some traditional sweets. He took the time to present the Riad and give us information about the surroundings. The Riad and our room was very well presented, clean and had everything you could ask for. We are very grateful to have met Nada and Mohamed. They were always there to accommodate us with anything that we needed and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. They arranged our tour, dinner, hammam, airport transfers, etc. They could not do more to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The Moroccan meals that we were served made our trip even more authentic and we really appreciate that is was cooked fresh on the premises every day. A huge thank you to Mouhcine, who was serving all our meals and special coffee and tea during the day and he was very pleasant and funny. The Riad is located at 2 minutes walk from the Royal Palace and the Souks, in the center of Medina and 10 minutes walk from the main market. Overall, we had an amazing experience and looking forward to go back. Thank you to all the fantastic staff at Riad Ambre Epices - Medina!!!

From the moment my daughter and I arrived at this Riad, I knew we were in for something special. I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one stands out as one of the most wonderful experience I've ever had. The customer service was simply exceptional, genuine, attentive and thoughtful at every level. The team went above and beyond in every interaction with warm smiles, their care felt very sincere and personal. Communication was seamless, whether in person or through WhatsApp. The Riad itself was immaculate. Spotlessly clean from top to bottom with beautifully maintained common spaces that felt both luxurious and comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness made it feel like a peaceful retreat, an oasis in the heart of the old city. Breakfast was a delight served on the upper level with a view of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. We couldn't have asked for more with a good selection of fruit, pastries and eggs to order. What truly set this Riad apart though, was the heart behind everything they did. It never felt at any time like a business transaction, it felt like we were welcomed into a home by people who genuinely cared about our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. If your looking for a truly personal, warm and flawless experience, then Ambre Epices Medina Riad is the one. Both my daughter and I left feeling refreshed (thanks to a wonderful Hammam), grateful and hoping to return someday soon. One of our highlights of our stay was the traditional hammam offered at the riad. It was an incredible experience—truly the perfect way to unwind. We highly recommend trying it!
